Owned by locally based Thunder Media, Inc. alongside sister station Lightning 1400 (KBLJ), it plays classic country, Red Dirt and Texas country along with local news, weather and high school sports. The station was rebranded from "Big Country 92.1" to "Thunder Country 92.1" on June 1, 2022.
