Test Site of Acoustic Commons 1 (TSAC 1) is a listening point by the Soundcamp cooperative on the edge of woodland at Wave Farm in Acra, New York. An open-microphone streambox sends live environmental sound — birds, insects, wind and traffic on Route 23 — to the Locus Sonus open-microphone network, where it can be heard in real time. The site itself is open to the public on International Dawn Chorus Day and by appointment.
