Talking Information Center (TIC) is a non-profit radio reading service based in Marshfield, Massachusetts, on air since 1978. Its staff and about 200 volunteers read newspapers, magazines and other printed material aloud for blind, visually impaired and print-impaired listeners, 24 hours a day. The service reaches listeners via a WATD subcarrier, telephone lines, smart speakers, a dedicated app and online streaming.
