KYAK 106 is Carriacou's own homegrown radio station, launched in 1996 in Hillsborough and now run as an automated online station. Its playlist centres on roots reggae, dub, calypso and soca, alongside West Indian oldies and occasional local information and talk for the people of Carriacou and Petite Martinique.
