Vision Australia Radio is a community radio network providing a radio reading service for people who are blind, have low vision or a print disability. The Melbourne station (3RPH) broadcasts readings from newspapers, magazines and books, along with specialist programs on technology, current affairs, health, arts and finance. The service is delivered by over 300 volunteers.
