  • SMP 266: Billou & Arpa - What Are Standards? Why Do They Matter? 16.09.2026 40мин
"A man who has standards but repeatedly compromises them will stop trusting himself and cannot be trusted by other men." — Nicky Billou Rob Arpa is back alongside Nicky for a conversation that started with something real — a situation inside the Sovereign Man circle that put the question of standards front and center. A long-standing member, someone who had been in a leadership role, violated a group standard, got called on it, and chose to walk rather than address it. That's the jumping-off point. What follows is one of the most grounded conversations Nicky and Rob have had about what it means to hold a standard — and what it costs when you don't. Standards are the minimum acceptable behavior. Not a ceiling, not a punishment — the floor. And the question isn't whether a man or an organization has them. Every group has them. The question is whether they're upheld. Rob makes a point that lands hard: men who step into a high-standards environment start to change in ways they couldn't manage alone. That's not coincidence. That's compounding, and standards are what make compounding possible. Nicky and Rob get practical — early is on time as a personal standard worth living by, consistent exercise, reading physical books in an age of constant scrolling, and the organizational standards inside Sovereign Man that have shaped what the circle has become over the last two years. They also get honest about the difference between a genuine friend and an acquaintance who tells you what you want to hear, and why a buddy group inside a men's circle is one of the few places most men will ever get a straight answer. If you've been drifting — or if you're in a group and wondering why it isn't holding together — this episode is worth your time. • SMP 265: Tim Leatherman - The Leatherman Multitool Story 09.09.2026 48мин
"There's a fine line between persistence and failure to accept reality. But if you're going to err on one side or the other, you want to err on being overly persistent rather than giving up too soon." — Tim Leatherman Tim Leatherman is back on the show for his third appearance — and this time he's coming with a new book, The Leatherman Book, releasing October 6th. If you caught his earlier episodes, you know this man has a story worth sitting with. If this is your first time hearing him, you're in for one of the most honest founder conversations the show has produced. The Leatherman story starts with a budget road trip through Europe and Iran in 1974, a $300 used car in Amsterdam, and a pocket knife that kept getting the job started but couldn't finish it. Tim jotted down a note: add pliers to a pocket knife. Eight years later, after rejection from every knife company and tool company he approached, after mailing over 100 catalogs and getting zero responses, a purchase order from Cabela's showed up at his home address. The company that grew from that moment now ships 2 million tools a year, all made in Portland, Oregon. What makes this conversation worth your time is what Tim reveals about the discipline behind the persistence. He built to federal military specifications before he had a single commercial order. He accepted brutal feedback from a catalog buyer in Seattle, stripped out features he loved, and came back six months later with a better product. He talks about his four-part design philosophy — highest quality, most functionality, smallest space, least weight — and explains why he treats his 25-year warranty as a profit center, not a cost center. These aren't abstractions. They're the decisions that built an American icon. Tim also reflects on the three lessons he took from eight years in the garage: start with a clear goal, learn what you need to know as you go, and study hard. He puts it plainly — unless you're all in, your chances of success are greatly diminished. • SMP 264: Patrick Francey - Self-Mastery Is An Inside Job 02.09.2026 39мин
"I can only ever be out of integrity with myself. That's the only place you can be out of integrity." — Patrick Francey Patrick Francey has been running businesses since the late 1970s, and the thing he keeps coming back to is not strategy. It is whether a man is actually aligned with his own values, or living out somebody else's and wondering why nothing holds. He makes integrity structural rather than moral. A bridge has structural integrity; degrade it and it collapses. Your core values are that bridge. Operate against them long enough and the collapse arrives as stress, work that stops working, relationships that fall apart — and most men will blame every part of their life except the misalignment causing it. The uncomfortable part: many men cannot name their top five values, so they are making decisions out of values their parents installed decades ago. He no longer uses the word mindset. Mindset is how you handle what is outside you. What he works on now is self-mastery, which is an inside job — hidden beliefs, old traumas, and the willingness to be misunderstood on the way through. Change has a cost, and he does not pretend otherwise: careers end, friendships drift, and sometimes so do the closest relationships a man has. There is also a straight, useful stretch on selling — why you are already a salesman whether you admit it or not, why an integrity-based sale is the easy one, and the story about the dog food that will change how you diagnose a problem in your own business. • SMP 263: Brian Parana - Your Sons Deserve Better From You 26.08.2026 33мин
"I'm not doing this just for you, I'm doing this for your sons. I'm doing this for your grandsons. You gotta show him you're fit, because if he sees you're a fat slob, he's gonna be a fat slob." — Nicky Billou Most men know what they should be doing with their health. The problem isn't information — it's the absence of a real decision, a real plan, and someone who will hold them accountable to both. Brian Parana has been working in health, fitness, and nutrition for 23 years, and he works exclusively with men who are stuck in the cycle — losing weight, gaining it back, never making it stick. In this episode, Nicky and Brian cover the mechanics of getting unstuck: the five pillars of Brian's 100-day fat loss program The Call to Rise, why men resist asking for help even when they've been struggling for decades, and what it actually takes to build a lifestyle a man can maintain long term. They also get into something most health coaches never touch — the generational argument. The man who gets serious about his health isn't just doing it for himself. He's setting a standard his sons will either follow or inherit the absence of. Nicky also shares his own story candidly — 12 years of writing down "get in shape" as a goal, gaining weight every single year, and what finally shifted. And Brian talks about fathering his own four kids through the noise of phones, social media, and the attention economy — and why he's relentless about making sure his sons create more than they consume. If your health has been on the list and never off the ground, this one is for you. • SMP 262: Keyvan Billou - How To Succeed As A Young Man In 2026 19.08.2026 28мин
"However much discomfort you can tolerate is going to equal how much success you achieve, and there's not really any way around that." — Keyvan Billou Nicky Billou sits down with his son Keyvan for one of the most honest conversations on this show about what it takes to succeed as a young man right now — not theory, not motivation, but the actual habits, decisions, and mentality that produce real results at 20 years old. Keyvan graduated with an A average from St. Michael's College School, one of Toronto's most respected private schools, and had a university spot lined up. He walked away from it. His reasoning is worth hearing: if you want results above the majority, you cannot follow the same path as the majority. He went to work at Hammer Fitness, built a client base from scratch, and now coaches people both in person and online — available to clients nearly any hour of the day because the work doesn't feel like work. The conversation goes deep on what actually produces that kind of drive in a young man. Keyvan talks about discomfort tolerance as a trainable skill, not a fixed trait — how going from struggling through 8-hour shifts to running 14-hour days was the result of deliberate, incremental exposure to more. They also get honest about the role of parents, the cost of never hearing no, and the four qualities — decisiveness, process-commitment, coachability, and resourcefulness — that determine whether anyone succeeds at anything. If you have a young man in your life who is drifting, or if you are a young man trying to figure out what kind of man you want to become, this episode has something direct and useful to say. • SMP 261: Billou & Arpa - The Eve Disease 12.08.2026 33мин
"Once you give up your balls to the woman, she's gonna fight to hold on to them, and it's a fight to get them back." — Rob Arpa Rob Arpa is back, and this one gets into territory most men sense but rarely hear named clearly. The concept is the Eve disease — drawn from the story of Adam and Eve, and described by a pastor as the innate drive in women toward control over their man. Not something taught, not something cultural. Something deeper. And according to that pastor, the mark of a good woman is not the absence of this drive but her ongoing choice to keep it in check. Nicky and Rob work through what this looks like in real relationships — the shit tests, the moment a man holds his ground and things shift, and what happens when he doesn't. They get into the Stefan Aarnio parable about what women actually want, Justin Sterling's teaching on what it costs a man to give up his frame, and the broader principle that runs through all of it: tolerance is permission. What a man allows, he invites. That's true in marriage. It's true in culture. It's true in any institution where men have quietly accepted things they should have refused. This is a direct, honest conversation between two men who have lived this stuff — not a theory lecture. If you've ever felt the slow drift of your own life moving in a direction you didn't choose, this episode names what's happening and points toward what to do about it. • SMP 260: Football As A Metaphor For Manhood 05.08.2026 16мин
"The number one virtue that a man can have is loyalty. Francesco Totti demonstrated that more than anyone." — Nicky Billou Nicky Billou goes solo in this episode, using the 2026 World Cup as his starting point for a straight-talking examination of what modern football reveals about the state of manhood in the West. The argument is simple and uncomfortable: elite young footballers today are technically outstanding and humanly unfinished. José Mourinho said it years ago — Steven Gerrard was already a man at 23. Today's 23-year-olds are boys. Not because they lack talent, but because everything in their development has been managed, protected, and softened. The same forces are at work across Western culture: no unsupervised childhood, delayed responsibility, digital distraction, and institutions that treat discomfort as something to be eliminated rather than endured. Nicky names the men who embodied a different standard — Gerrard, Totti, Maldini, Baresi, Roy Keane, Lothar Matthäus — men who carried enormous responsibility as young men because hardship and consequence were still part of how boys became men. And he makes the case for Francesco Totti as perhaps the greatest embodiment of a single, essential masculine virtue: loyalty. Totti turned down Real Madrid, Manchester United, and every other club that came calling with money and trophies. He lived by a code. And when he finally led Roma to a Serie A title, the meaning of it was something no mercenary career could ever produce. Football, Nicky says, is a metaphor for manhood. The great ones are admired not just because they win, but because at their best they reveal the virtues that make men great. Character is not an accident. It is deliberately forged — and right now, not enough people are doing the forging. • SMP 259: Abteen Vaziri - Fighting For Freedom 29.07.2026 48мин
"The US team went out there and forgot everything. They went in there with no confidence, and Belgium took advantage of that and ate their lunch." — Abteen Vaziri Abteen Vaziri is back — and this time the conversation goes deep on football, freedom, and what both demand of a man. Nicky and Abteen cover the 2026 World Cup with the passion of two men who genuinely love the game: Argentina's impossible comeback against Egypt, Norway and Erling Haaland's emergence as the tournament's most dangerous force, and the painful moment-by-moment breakdown of how the US team — talented, well-coached, and ready on paper — completely lost their nerve against Belgium. The question underneath it all: what separates the teams that hold it together from the ones that fold? The answer keeps coming back to confidence, masculine composure, and the willingness to play your game under maximum pressure. The conversation also turns to Iran. Abteen's grandfather was the goalkeeper for the Iranian national team, and his connection to this goes back generations. They talk about the players the Islamic Republic kept off the roster for political reasons, Sardar Azmoun's absence, and the conviction — shared by both men — that a free Iran will one day send its real team to the world stage. And they make the case, plainly, for why Reza Pahlavi is the name Iran needs to rally behind. • SMP 258: PAUL PAPE - The Power Of 'Yes, And' 22.07.2026 28мин
"Living the life of yes and — it's worked out really well for me. It makes people give other people palpitations because it's so unsteady. But with great highs come sometimes great lows, and it helps you respect every bit of it." — Paul Pape   Paul Pape is one of those guys who is genuinely hard to categorize — and that's exactly the point. He's a custom fabricator, a creative entrepreneur, a business consultant, and the founder of Gamify Business. Over 20-plus years, he's made over 3,000 custom pieces for clients ranging from private individuals to multibillion-dollar companies, including animatronic horses for The Tonight Show, a Han Solo carbonite casting for Kevin Smith that came with some unusual modifications, and a fully functional bomb that was supposed to be a ring box.   His core operating philosophy is borrowed from improv theater: yes, and. You never say no. You say yes, and you figure it out. It's a principle that has made him a lot of money, made him impossible to replace, and given him a life doing exactly what he loves — on his own terms, at his own pace.   Nicky and Paul dig into what that philosophy actually requires: the willingness to keep learning, to treat failure as a step rather than a stop, and to refuse the comfortable lie that creativity has no commercial value. They also go deep on the disappearing culture of trades and hands-on mastery — why fewer men are choosing it, what that costs all of us, and why the men willing to get dirty right now are sitting on a wide-open opportunity.   This is a conversation about craft, ownership, and what it means to build a life with your hands and your mind on your own terms.   Learn more & connect: Paul Pape and Gamify Business: https://www.gamifybusiness.com   Resources mentioned: Gamify Business: https://www.gamifybusiness.com The Sovereign Man Movement: https://www.sovereignman.ca Sovereign Circle: https://www.sovereignman.ca/sovereign-circle Battle Ready Program: https://www.sovereignman.ca/store/p/battle-ready-program Robert Bly, Iron John: https://www.amazon.com/Iron-John-Book-About-Men/dp/0306824264   You're invited to come to a Sovereign Circle meeting to experience it for yourself. • SMP 257: Shane Wicks - Patience Is A Superpower 15.07.2026 37мин
"We all have to showboat. We all have to be that actor on stage 24/7. There's no place for us to take off the masks and just be ourselves." — Shane Wicks Shane Wicks is the founder of Hyperactive Men, an Ottawa-based men's development organization built on four pillars: strength and discipline, emotional intelligence and relationships, financial intelligence and strategic thinking, and command and presence. He joins Nicky for one of the more honest conversations this show has had in a while. Shane opens with a line that stops the conversation cold: his son died at 3 months old on a Sunday, and he went to work Monday morning. That's not a story about cruelty or indifference. That's a story about what men were trained to do — push, perform, pretend. And it's exactly why so many men are carrying Pandora's boxes they're terrified to open. What follows is a real conversation between two men who lead other men and know how far the problem actually runs. The 200-to-1 ratio of women's resources to men's resources. The hunter's patience that modern life has systematically destroyed. The math behind why every man doing this work is an ally, not a competitor — because when you do the numbers on how many men are truly lost versus how many men are actually being reached, the scale of the challenge is humbling. There's also a straight exchange about what happens to military veterans when they leave the service, why positioning men's work as personal development rather than mental health makes all the difference, and how training philosophy — going to failure with perfect form rather than forcing weight and reps — applies the same discipline to the body that good men's work applies to the character. Nicky also recommends two specific programs for men carrying unresolved trauma: the Hoffman Quadrinity Process and the Sterling Men's Weekend legacy programs. • EP256: Brett Lavender - The Lessons Of Adversity 08.07.2026 29мин
"Newsflash, no one is coming to save you. This life of yours is 100% your responsibility." Brett Lavender had no father from age 6, no mother from age 19, and no family left by the time he was 20. What he built from that — over decades of hard experience, deliberate self-work, and thousands of hours performing in front of crowds across every walk of life — is one of the most honest frameworks for masculine presence and communication you're likely to hear on this show. Brett created the Persuasive Lion program, built around what he calls the Lost Languages: eye contact, body language, facial expression, tone of voice — the fundamental communication tools that technology has stripped from a generation of men. From there he goes deeper into nervous system regulation, stoicism, and a single contract he asks every client to make with himself: protect your calm nervous system at all costs. The conversation between Nicky and Brett covers the difference between performance and presence, why aggression is the wrong answer in nearly every situation a man will face, and what it looks like to be the rock in the ocean that the waves crash against — at home, in business, and inside your own head. Brett is also honest about his own floor: suicidal at 22, a bottle of vodka a day, no safety net. His message isn't a pep talk. • EP255: Luis Rivas - Lessons From My Father 01.07.2026 30мин
"A lot of men like us are in hiding out of fear and self-preservation because they are being mislabeled as toxic masculine men. We need to create safe places for these men to feel like they can come and be themselves." Luis Rivas has not had a soft road. He came to Canada as a child refugee from a civil war in Nicaragua, the son of a father who gave up a deputy minister's career and a comfortable life to get his family out of a country where the government was recruiting thirteen-year-old boys to fight. That kind of origin shapes a man. And that kind of father leaves a son with something most men spend their whole lives searching for: a clear picture of what it means to show up. Luis is now Head Coach at Wealth Genius, a real estate investment education platform, and a builder of men's communities in Ottawa. In this episode, he and Nicky talk honestly about why men resist men's groups — the cultural wiring that says any sign of emotion makes you weak — and what it actually takes to push past that resistance. Luis was barely sixty days into his involvement with men's groups when three men he knew died by suicide. That kind of thing has a way of clarifying what matters. This conversation also goes into fatherhood: what it means to model manhood for your sons, how your daughter learns what kind of man to marry by watching you, and what it actually looks like to properly launch a young man into the world. Nicky and Luis finish with their shared vision for expanding men's dinners and communities across Canada and beyond — and the phrase that anchors the whole episode: the quiet revolution of masculinity is already underway. • EP254: Tom Pfanner - Mothers Care, Fathers Prepare 24.06.2026 31мин
"A mother's job is to make sure her kids don't get hurt. A father's job is to make sure his kids don't get hurt too much." — Nicky Billou Thomas Pfanner is back, and this conversation goes somewhere real. If you heard his first appearance on the show, you know he's been through the fire with his own son — and that he came out the other side with something hard-won and worth listening to. This time, the focus is on how a father actually passes masculinity to his son — not through a list of rules or demands, but through the kind of presence and example that shapes a young man from the inside out. Pfanner's framework is clean: mothers care, fathers prepare. It's a father's job to make sure his son gets comfortable being uncomfortable, to let the experience be the teacher, and to lead by letting go — which is harder than it sounds when your ego is tied to your son's results. Nicky gets honest about his own version of this. His son Kevan walked away from a soccer career that could have gone professional. The anger that followed was real — and so was the reckoning. The men around Nicky told him plainly: this is about you. Pfanner explains why that's almost always true. Anger, he argues, comes from "you owe me" — and "you owe me" always traces back to something you didn't finish for yourself. That's not a comfortable idea. It's a useful one. There's also a sharp observation about language — why "should" is the language of shame, and why shifting from "you should exercise" to "it would serve me to exercise" changes the entire operating system behind the behavior. Small shift, real difference. • EP253: Arpa & Billou - The "Word-Whore" Revisited 17.06.2026 26мин
"A man that keeps his word generally has a high trust account with a lot of men. And then when the day comes and you need to make that withdrawal — that 3 AM in jail, come bail me out kind of phone call — yeah, buddy." Arpa and Billou are back with a topic that hit a nerve the first time they covered it — and this time they go further. The word-whore isn't just a man who breaks his word. His addictions runs the same circuitry as any hard substance — it overrides everything else, including his commitments to the people who matter most. His word is real in one context and disposable in every other. They get specific: the "just in case" hedge, the "should be good" non-commitment, the 3 AM trust account. And Billou gets honest about himself — naming the difference between the total surrender he gave to his health and fitness versus where he actually stands with Sovereign Man, and what fully committing to a cause really requires. If you've been hedging your commitments — or wondering why the men around you can't be counted on — this conversation will give you language for something you've probably already felt. • EP252: Raising Savage Sons 10.06.2026 9мин
"How much money you make is very important, but making sure your sons turn out and launch properly is a thousand times more important." Raising strong sons doesn't happen by accident. It happens when fathers are intentional about the values, habits, and standards they model every day. In this solo episode, the focus is on what it takes to raise boys who are disciplined, responsible, resilient, and ready for life. The message is simple: if you want strong young men, you need to invest time, energy, and leadership into them consistently.  Drawing from his own experience raising two hardworking sons, Nicky shares the lessons that made the biggest impact. He talks about the importance of organized sports, roughhousing, spending quality time together, teaching practical skills, and challenging boys to rise to higher standards. Rather than trying to make life easy for them, he argues that fathers should prepare their sons for the realities of life while helping them build confidence, character, and personal responsibility.  This episode is ultimately a call for fathers to lead by example. Boys learn what manhood looks like by watching the men around them. Whether it's making time for your children, teaching them life lessons, or simply showing up consistently, the example a father sets can shape a young man's future for decades to come. Also in this episode: * Organized sports and character development. * Roughhousing and father-son bonding. * Teaching practical life skills. * Leading by example as a father. * Being present for your children. • EP251: Jesan Sorrells - 10 Books Every Man Should Read 03.06.2026 54мин
"Once I could read a book, the whole plethora, the whole vista of things began to open to me." Strong men are not built by information alone. They are shaped by stories, examples, principles, and ideas that challenge them to think and act differently. Reading exposes a man to courage, sacrifice, loyalty, honor, leadership, and responsibility through the experiences of others. The books a man chooses become part of the framework he uses to understand himself, his family, his purpose, and the world around him. When combined with action and meaningful relationships with other men, great books can become powerful tools for personal growth. Many modern books fail to speak to the needs of men. Jesan Sorrells encourages readers to revisit the classics. He explains how works such as the Bible, the Iliad, the Odyssey, Shakespeare, Hemingway, and other foundational texts helped shape his understanding of masculinity, leadership, and human nature. Jesan also discusses the importance of reducing distractions, creating space for reading, and participating in male-only environments where ideas can be tested through conversation and real-world experience. Jesan is a conflict engagement consultant, author, speaker, and host of Leadership Lessons From The Great Books. With a Master's degree in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation from Abilene Christian University, he works at the intersection of communication, leadership, problem-solving, and real-world conflict. Jesan writes and speaks about social media communication, peacebuilding, entrepreneurship, and preparing for the future while helping leaders navigate increasingly complex relationships. A former rugby player and lifelong reader, he combines lessons from classic literature with practical experience to help men develop stronger character, clearer thinking, and more effective leadership. • EP250: What Is A Men's Overnight, And Why Should You Attend One 27.05.2026 13мин
"That's where the growth happens. That's where the barriers get dissolved. And that's where the positive change takes place." Strength is not built only in gyms, business meetings, or during hard seasons of life. Men need spaces where they can step out of routine, remove distractions, and reconnect with deeper masculine principles. Brotherhood creates an environment where honesty becomes easier, masks start coming down, and discomfort becomes something useful instead of something to avoid. Growth often begins where comfort ends. Igor Perett, Larry Cooper, and Jefferson Banks describe overnights as something much more meaningful than a simple getaway with friends. They talk about stepping away from daily battles, dropping the armor, sitting around fires, learning from other men, and confronting blind spots that often stay hidden in everyday life. The focus isn't escape; it's connection, accountability, and facing difficult truths that create lasting change. Perett, Cooper and Banks are active members of the Sovereign Man community who bring practical experience and firsthand insight into masculine brotherhood. Their perspectives reflect the value of creating environments where men challenge one another, support one another, and return to life stronger and more grounded. • EP249: Solo - Keep Your Word! 20.05.2026 6мин
"When I don't keep my word, and I go for the easy way, God notices." Keeping your word is less about reputation and more about identity. Discipline is built in the quiet moments where a man chooses discomfort over convenience and integrity over excuses. The episode explores how every broken promise weakens personal momentum, while every kept promise strengthens confidence, direction, and self-respect. The principle is simple: a strong life is built by becoming someone whose word means something, especially when keeping it costs you.  Sovereign Circle member, Jeff Banks, said something recently that framed integrity in a powerful way. Instead of avoiding short-term pain or inconvenience, he said men should willingly endure pain than condition themselves to be unreliable. Keeping your word is a matter of spiritual alignment, momentum, business success, health, and meaningful relationships. • EP248: Tom Pfanner - How Fathers Can Fix Their Broken Relationships With Their Teenage Kids 13.05.2026 34мин
"A young man needs his father as an example of how to be a man. Learning it from social media ain't on. And a young woman needs her father as an example of the type of man she ought to pair bond with and marry." Fatherhood is leadership, not control. Teenagers eventually stop following instructions simply because they're told to. What they continue to follow is strength, consistency, presence, and genuine connection. Sons look closely at whether a father is a man worth respecting and becoming like. Daughters pay attention to whether they are truly heard, understood, and emotionally safe around him. When fathers stop listening, stop leading themselves, or become distracted by work, stress, or technology, the relationship slowly weakens. Repair starts when a man takes ownership of his role and becomes willing to evolve instead of simply demanding obedience. Tom Pfanner shares the deeply personal story of losing connection with his teenage son and realizing that "the only person left to change was me." He explains how rebuilding the relationship required faith, self-reflection, consistency, and a completely different approach to leadership. Tom breaks down the difference between "action respect" and "connection respect," why young men need fathers they admire, and why daughters need fathers who genuinely know their story. The conversation also explores masculinity, social media influence, and the growing absence of intentional fatherhood in modern culture. Tom is the founder of Dads Who Lead and author of Dads Who Lead: The Ultimate Guide to Stop Parenting and Start Leading. A former middle and high school PE teacher, strength coach, martial artist, and mentor, Tom now helps fathers strengthen broken relationships with their children through leadership, faith, and intentional presence.  Learn more & connect: Take Tom's free leadership quiz at https://dadswholead.com/. • EP247: Joseph Riggio - Can You Take A Punch 06.05.2026 48мин
"The first time, it's shocking. By the third time, it's interesting. By the 10th time, they're looking forward to it because they feel like they're now engaging, and they're ready to hit back." Strength isn't about avoiding pressure—it's about meeting it head-on and staying intact. A man's ability to take a punch, whether physical, emotional, or psychological, becomes the proving ground for his integrity. When identity is clear and internally aligned, decisions become decisive and grounded. When it's not, hesitation and confusion take over. Masculine strength, in this sense, is less about dominance and more about stability—the capacity to hold your ground without losing yourself. Joseph Riggio expands this through lived experience. From combat training to high-stakes decision-making, he shows how men rediscover their edge by stepping into discomfort. Taking a hit becomes a catalyst. What once felt threatening becomes engaging, even energizing. He challenges men to confront what irritates or unsettles them—not as a weakness, but as a doorway to unrealized strength. Through this process, men sharpen their instincts, rebuild confidence, and begin to operate with clarity again. Joseph is a neuroscientist, decision-making expert, and martial artist who works with high-level performers navigating internal instability. His work focuses on "unmasking"—helping individuals break free from societal constraints, reconnect with their true nature, and fully express their highest potential in life, leadership, and relationships.
