  • What Story Is Your Life Telling? How Your Life Can Point Others to Jesus | Galatians 1:11-24 15.09.2026 17min
Hey Sis 💛 What story is your life telling? Today we’re studying Galatians 1:11–24 and looking at the incredible transformation of the Apostle Paul. Paul’s past could have made anyone assume God would never use him. But grace changed everything. And by the end of this chapter, we read one powerful sentence: “And they praised God because of me.” Sis, what would it look like for the way we live to point someone else toward God? Your past doesn’t have to disqualify you. Your story isn’t finished. And the transformation God is doing in your life may be speaking louder than you realize. Grab your Bible, grab your journal, and let’s study together. 💛 🔴 Study Galatians with the Bible Study Companion Guidehttps://circletimeforthesoul.com/bibleguides 📖 Studying Galatians with us?Join the Bible Study Companion Guide Subscription to follow along with our current studies + get access to all previously released subscription guides while you’re a member. • Stop Trying to Earn What Jesus Already Gave You | Galatians 1:1-10 14.09.2026 19min
Hey Sis 💛 Have you ever known the truth—but let someone else make you question what you knew? Today we’re beginning our study through Galatians 1:1–10, where Paul gives an urgent reminder that there is only one true gospel. The believers in Galatia had heard the truth about Jesus, but after Paul left, other voices began adding requirements to what Christ had already accomplished. And Sis, that same tension can show up in our lives too. What happens when people, traditions, expectations, or even our own insecurities start making us feel like Jesus isn’t enough? Galatians brings us back to the truth: we don’t have to earn what Jesus has already freely given. So how do we stay grounded when another voice tries to make us question what God’s Word already says? Grab your Bible, grab your journal, and let’s study together. 💛 🔴 Study Galatians with the Bible Study Companion Guidehttps://circletimeforthesoul.com/bibleguides 📖 Studying Galatians with us?Join the Bible Study Companion Guide Subscription to follow along with our current studies + get access to all previously released subscription guides while you’re a member. • Praying for Someone Who Has Walked Away From God | James 5: A Bible Study for Women 11.09.2026 17min
Hey Sis 💛 Have you ever been praying for someone you love and wondered if they were just too far gone? Today we’re closing out our journey through the book of James with James 5—a powerful chapter about patience, endurance, prayer, and what to do when someone we love wanders from the truth. James begins by warning us about wealth and the danger of allowing money and selfish desire to take the place that belongs to God. He then encourages believers to remain patient and take courage while waiting on the Lord. Through the prophets and the story of Job, we’re reminded that suffering does not mean God has abandoned us. Our hope remains in Jesus. We’ll also spend time in one of the most encouraging parts of James: the power of prayer. James reminds us to pray in hardship, praise God in seasons of joy, pray for the sick, confess our sins, and believe that earnest prayer has great power. We don’t control the outcome—but we can pray in faith knowing that God is able. And then, as James closes his letter, he gives us one final reminder: Don’t give up on the person who has wandered. Sis, someone can drift from the truth without their story being over. We don’t have to argue them back, force them back, or try to save them ourselves. But we can continue praying, loving them, standing firmly in God’s truth, and obeying when the Holy Spirit nudges us to reach out. Sometimes God chooses to work through the obedience of one of His daughters who was willing to make the phone call, send the text, have the conversation, or simply keep praying when everyone else had given up. Never underestimate what God can do through your prayers, your obedience, and a heart that refuses to give up on someone He still loves. Grab your Bible, grab your journal, and let’s study together. 💛 🔴 Study James with the Bible Study Companion Guidehttps://circletimeforthesoul.com/bibleguides 📖 Studying James with us?Join the Bible Study Companion Guide Subscription to follow along with our current studies + get access to all previously released subscription guides while you’re a member. • Can You Trust God With Your Plans? A James 4 Bible Study and Devotional for Women 10.09.2026 22min
Hey Sis 💛 Have you ever prayed, “Lord, Your will be done,” while already having the entire plan mapped out in your head? Today we’re studying James 4:1–17 and getting to the heart of what it really means to surrender our lives, desires, decisions, and plans to God. James challenges us to examine what’s happening within our hearts, why conflict can arise, how our motives affect our prayers, and what it truly looks like to draw close to God. We’ll talk about what James means when he tells us to humble ourselves before God, resist the devil, and draw close to the Lord. We’ll also look at his warning about judging others and his powerful reminder that our lives are like a morning fog—here for a little while and then gone. And Sis, this episode asks us to consider something deeper: Are we trusting God, or are we asking Him to approve the plans we’ve already made? There’s nothing wrong with planning, dreaming, setting goals, or moving forward. But James reminds us that even our plans belong in God’s hands. Surrender means being able to say, “Lord, if You want to change the plan, I trust You.” It means trusting His heart toward us when His timing looks different, when a door stays closed, or when His direction isn’t what we expected. Because surrendering our plans to God doesn’t mean we don’t care what happens. It means we trust Him more than we trust ourselves. • “The Wisdom From Above Is…” How to Know if It’s Really From God | James 3:13-18 09.09.2026 15min
Hey Sis 💛 Have you ever received advice that sounded good, made sense, and even felt right in the moment—only to realize later that it probably wasn’t wisdom from God? Today we’re studying James 3:13–18 and learning how to recognize the difference between godly wisdom and worldly wisdom. James gives us a powerful way to discern the wisdom we’re following: look at the fruit it produces. Worldly wisdom can be rooted in jealousy, selfish ambition, confusion, and disorder. But wisdom from God looks completely different. Scripture tells us that godly wisdom is pure, peace-loving, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good deeds, without favoritism, and always sincere. And Sis, this gives us an important question to carry with us: What kind of fruit is the wisdom I’m following producing? Is it leading toward peace, humility, mercy, sincerity, and righteousness? Or is it producing jealousy, selfish ambition, confusion, and disorder? We’ll also talk about why knowing God’s Word helps strengthen our discernment so we can recognize when something sounds wise but doesn’t actually line up with His truth. • “The Tongue Is a Flame of Fire:" Are Your Words Pleasing God, Sis? | James 3:1-12 08.09.2026 15min
Hey Sis 💛 What do the words coming out of your mouth reveal about what’s happening in your heart? Today we’re studying James 3:1–12, where James gets very real about the power of our words and the importance of learning to control our tongue. James compares the tongue to a tiny spark that can set an entire forest on fire. Our words may seem small in the moment, but they have the power to encourage, heal, tear down, hurt, and leave an impact long after they’ve been spoken. And Sis, there’s one verse in this passage that gave me a serious heart check: How can we use the same mouth to praise God and then turn around and speak poorly about someone who was made in His image? Today we’re talking about gossip, frustration, hard conversations, the words we speak when someone gets on our nerves, and what it looks like to allow the Holy Spirit to change not only what comes out of our mouths—but the heart those words are coming from. • Faith Without Works Is Dead” — But What Does That Really Mean as a Woman of God? | James 2:14-26 Bible Study 07.09.2026 16min
Hey Sis 💛 Can your faith save anyone if nobody can see it? Today we’re studying James 2:14–26 and unpacking one of the most well-known teachings in the book of James: “faith without works is dead.” But what does that actually mean for us as women of God trying to live out our faith every day? James reminds us that genuine faith isn’t meant to stay hidden in what we believe or what we say. Our faith should move us into action. Together, we’ll look at Abraham and Rahab and how two very different people demonstrated their faith through what they did. We’ll also talk about the example Jesus gave us through serving others, the Good Samaritan, the Great Commission, and what it looks like for our faith to become visible in the way we love, serve, give, encourage, and obey. And Sis, this is a heart check for all of us: Where is our faith more spoken than shown? Is there something God has been nudging you to do that you’ve been putting off? Hey Sis 💛 What does James 2 teach us about favoritism, prejudice, and showing mercy the way Jesus does? Today we’re studying James 2:1–13, where James challenges us to examine how we treat people—and reminds us that favoritism is ultimately a heart issue. We’ll talk about how favoritism can show up in our assumptions, why God calls us to love our neighbor as ourselves, and how the mercy we’ve received from Him should change the way we extend mercy, grace, and dignity to others. Hey Sis 💛 What does it really mean to hear God’s Word…and actually do what it says? Today we’re studying James 1:19–27, where James challenges us to be quick to listen, slow to speak, slow to anger, and—most importantly—not just hearers of God’s Word, but doers of it. • Temptation Doesn’t Start Where You Think It Does...It's Time To Prepare! | James 1:9-18 02.09.2026 17min
Hey Sis 💛 What if the best time to prepare for temptation is before it ever shows up? Today we’re studying James 1:9–18 and talking about money, temptation, steadfast faith, our identity in Christ, and the unchanging character of God. Because temptation doesn’t always arrive as one huge, obvious decision. Sometimes it looks like a shortcut. A little compromise. Choosing what feels good or easy right now instead of what we already know honors God. And Sis, we don’t have to wait until temptation is staring us in the face to decide how we’re going to respond. James shows us how temptation progresses, where our true worth comes from, and why deciding on our boundaries before we’re tested can help us stand firm when the moment comes. And we’ll end with one of the sweetest reminders in this passage: every good and perfect gift comes from our unchanging Father, and through Christ, we are His prized possession. • When You Don’t Know What to Do: The Wisdom Remedy | James 1:5-8 Bible Study 01.09.2026 15min
Hey Sis 💛 What do you do when you genuinely don’t know what to do next? Maybe you’re facing a decision. Maybe you’re walking through a season that feels uncertain. Or maybe you’ve been asking God for direction and wondering, “Lord… which way am I supposed to go?” In today’s Bible study, we’re walking through James 1:5–8 and talking about the wisdom remedy. James reminds us that when we need wisdom, we can ask God — and He gives generously. But there’s also a challenge here for us: Are we asking while fully trusting Him, or are we still keeping one foot in what God says and another in what the world says? Sis, you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. We can seek God’s wisdom, trust His character, and learn to follow where He leads — even when we can’t see the entire path yet. Grab your Bible, grab your journal, and let’s get into James 1:5–8 together. 💛 📖 Study James with the Bible Study Companion Guidehttps://circletimeforthesoul.com/bibleguides 💌 Get encouragement + weekly love notes delivered to your inboxhttps://lovenote.circletimeforthesoul.com/ 🙏 Accept Jesus Into Your Hearthttps://peacewithgod.net/steps/ 🤍 Support the Ministryhttps://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=XEP4CUT65R2H6 📖 Bible Study Fellowshiphttps://www.bsfinternational.org 📖 Blue Letter Biblehttps://www.blueletterbible.org 📖 BibleRefhttps://www.bibleref.com 📖 My Bible — Spiritual Growth Bible (NLT)https://amzn.to/4urjU8R Some links in this description may be affiliate links, which means we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. We’re beginning our journey through the tiny but mighty Book of James with James 1:1–4, and James does not waste any time reminding us of something important: trials are not an “if.” They’re a “when.” Following Jesus doesn’t mean we’ll never walk through difficult seasons. But those seasons can become opportunities for God to strengthen our faith, build endurance, mature us, and prepare us for what He wants to do through our lives. And no, this isn’t about pretending hard things don’t hurt or trying to force ourselves into toxic positivity. It’s about learning to pause in the middle of what we’re facing and ask: “God, what are You developing in me through this?” In today’s Bible study, we’re talking about: • Why James tells us to consider trials an opportunity for joy• What James 1:1–4 teaches us about faith and endurance• Why our faith is often tested in difficult seasons• What it means to let perseverance fully develop• How God can use adversity to mature and prepare us• How we can encourage someone else walking through a trial Grab your Bible, grab your journal, and let’s get into the Word together. 💛 🔴 Study James with the Bible Study Companion Guide:https://circletimeforthesoul.com/bibleguides ⭐️ Get weekly encouragement delivered to your inbox:https://lovenote.circletimeforthesoul.com/ 🔗 Helpful Links 🙏 Accept Jesus Into Your Hearthttps://peacewithgod.net/steps/ 🤍 Support the Ministryhttps://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=XEP4CUT65R2H6 📖 Circle Time for the Soul Bible Study Guideshttps://circletimeforthesoul.com/bibleguides 📖 Bible Study Fellowship — Study the Book of Johnhttps://www.bsfinternational.org 📖 Blue Letter Biblehttps://www.blueletterbible.org 📖 BibleRefhttps://www.bibleref.com 📖 My Bible — Spiritual Growth Bible (NLT)https://amzn.to/4urjU8R Some links in this description may be affiliate links, which means we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. • What’s Really Stopping You From Obeying God? | Acts 28:17-31 [S4 E120] 03.07.2026 25min
Hey Sis 💛 What if no one is actually stopping you—but you? Sometimes, the door is open. God has already given the direction, and the next faithful step is right in front of us. But fear, overthinking, perfectionism, self-doubt, and the need for approval can keep us standing still. In Acts 28, Paul reaches Rome after experiencing rejection, imprisonment, false accusations, a shipwreck, and even a snakebite. Yet the book of Acts does not end with Paul allowing his circumstances to silence him. Sis, there are times when we will face real opposition, closed doors, or seasons when God tells us to wait. But we must also be honest enough to recognize when God has already opened the door—and we are the ones afraid to walk through it. You do not have to feel completely fearless, qualified, or ready to obey God. Keep your eyes on Jesus, listen for His direction, and take the next step. • God Didn’t Bring You This Far to Leave You | Acts 28:1-16 [S4 E 119] 02.07.2026 20min
Hey Sis 💛 Have you ever made it through a difficult season, only for one more thing to happen that makes you wonder, “Lord, how much more can I take?” Sometimes, it isn’t the biggest trial that causes us to lose hope. It’s the unexpected last-straw moment that comes after we already feel tired, discouraged, and worn down. In Acts 28, Paul survives a violent storm and a shipwreck—only to be bitten by a snake while gathering wood for a fire. But instead of allowing one more unexpected problem to stop him, Paul shakes it off and keeps moving forward. The snake bite could not cancel what God had already promised. Today, we’re talking about remembering God’s faithfulness when problems begin piling up, trusting His promise when your circumstances feel discouraging, and refusing to let one difficult moment convince you that God has abandoned the journey. God did not bring you this far just to leave you here. • When God’s Promise and Your Reality Don’t Match | Acts 27 [S4 E118] 01.07.2026 24min
Hey Sis 💛 What do you do when God’s promise and your current reality look nothing alike? In Acts 27, Paul reminds us that being in God’s will does not always mean the journey will feel peaceful, easy, or predictable. Sometimes, you can be in the right place at the right time—and it can still feel completely wrong. Today, we’re talking about trusting God when the journey feels wrong, believing His promise when the outcome looks uncertain, and allowing Him to use us even in seasons we never would have chosen. • When Other Voices Become Louder Than God | Acts 26 [S4 E117] 30.06.2026 25min
Hey Sis 💛 Have you ever stopped to ask yourself: Whose purpose am I actually following? Sometimes, without realizing it, we begin building our lives around other people’s expectations, approval, and plans for us. In Acts 26, Paul stands before King Agrippa and shares how one encounter with Jesus completely redirected his life. Before meeting Christ, Paul was carrying out a mission given to him by religious leaders. But after meeting Jesus on the road to Damascus, he received a new purpose: to become a servant, a witness, and a messenger of the Gospel. Sis, there is a difference between receiving godly counsel and allowing someone else’s voice to become louder than God’s. People can offer wisdom, but they were never meant to become your God. Today, we’re talking about releasing the need for approval, surrendering the expectations that may be pulling us off course, and boldly walking in the purpose Jesus has given us. • God Is Working in Rooms You Haven’t Entered Yet | Acts 25 [S4 E116] 29.06.2026 20min
Hey Sis 💛 Have you ever felt overlooked, delayed, or stuck in a season that seemed to be going nowhere? What if God is using that very season to prepare you for rooms you haven’t entered yet? In Acts 25, Paul is still facing false accusations, delays, and uncertainty. But behind the scenes, his name is being discussed before governors, leaders, and kings. What looked like opposition was creating another opportunity for the Gospel to be heard. The very circumstances meant to silence Paul continued placing him before people who needed to hear about Jesus. Sis, God’s favor does not always look like being immediately removed from the difficult situation. Sometimes, favor looks like being protected within it, sustained through it, and positioned because of it. Today, we’re talking about trusting God when we cannot see what He is doing, believing that our delays are not wasted, and remembering that God is already present in every room He is preparing us to enter. • Are You Putting Off What God Told You to Do? | Acts 24 [S4 E115] 26.06.2026 19min
Hey Sis 💛 What happens when we keep postponing obedience until it feels more convenient? When God asks us to release something, change something, or step into something new, our first response isn’t always yes. Sometimes, we tell ourselves we’ll do it later—when we have more time, when it feels easier, or when it costs us less. But what if waiting for a more convenient time is actually costing us more than we realize? In Acts 24, Felix hears Paul speak about faith in Jesus, righteousness, self-control, and the coming judgment. The message affects him so deeply that he becomes afraid—but instead of responding to the conviction, he tells Paul to return when the time is more convenient. Sis, we can do the same thing. We know God is asking us to forgive, release a habit, exercise self-control, make a change, or take a step of obedience—but we continue putting it off. Today, we’re talking about the spiritual cost of convenience, the difference between hearing God and responding to Him, and why discomfort may be part of the growth God is producing in your life. • God Is Protecting You in Ways You Cannot See | Acts 23 [S4 E114] 25.06.2026 22min
Hey Sis 💛 Have you ever looked at everything happening around you and wondered, “God, what is going on?” In Acts 23, Paul is surrounded by rejection, violence, uncertainty, and even a secret plan to take his life. Yet in the middle of it all, Jesus appears to him and says, “Be encouraged.” Paul could not see everything God was arranging behind the scenes—but God was already positioning the right people, providing protection, and guiding him toward the next part of his purpose. Sis, the same God who protected Paul is still working in your life today! There may be conversations you never hear, dangers you never see, doors God closes without explanation, and people He positions at exactly the right time. You may not understand what is happening right now, but that does not mean God is absent. Be encouraged. He is still working.
