Bridget Marquardt: Ghost Bunny 13.07.2026 40minThe Playboy Mansion's hauntings continue in Part Two of our conversation with Bridget Marquardt , Ghost Bunny podcast host, certified paranormal investigator, and former star of The Girls Next Door. This episode uncovers the mansion's original ghost story, the legend of Mrs. Letts, said to have fallen to her death from the balcony just outside Bridget's old bedroom, and the decades of strange encounters that followed in her wake. We go deeper into the mansion's most unsettling spaces, the game house where pinball machines and arcade games reportedly switch on when no one near them, the locked library where Cooper Hefner once vanished from an empty, sealed room, and the night Holly Madison's dog Panda was found frozen and unreachable on a couch, clearly reacting to something no one else could see. Bridget also shares her path into formal paranormal investigation, training under renowned researcher Troy Taylor and conducting her certification's final case study on the Playboy Mansion itself with legendary investigator Barry Taff. Then she takes us somewhere even more frightening than Hefner's estate: a sleepless, terrifying night in the most haunted room at the top of the stairs at Myrtles Plantation, Louisiana that is widely regarded as the most haunted house in America. Mandy, the Haunted Doll 08.06.2026 30minDeep in the heart of British Columbia's Cariboo Gold Rush country sits a community museum with a sixty-year history — and one very famous resident who has never technically been alive. Her name is Mandy. She is a cracked-faced composition doll dating back to the early 1900s, and since arriving at the Quesnel Museum and Archives in 1991, she has allegedly made a child faint dead in front of her case, sent a mysterious text message to the museum's new manager on her very first week on the job, and may or may not have burned down the house of a woman who put her magnet in a junk drawer. In this episode of Haunted Canada, host Nadine Bailey speaks with Elizabeth Hunter, manager of the Quesnel Museum and Archives, about Mandy's haunted history, her national television appearance with psychic Sylvia Brown on the Montel Williams Show, and the night a back emergency door blew open the instant an ex-military investigator told a ghost soldier he was out of uniform. Introducing "Hostile History" 22.05.2026 45minSince the dawn of time, humanity has been at war. Conflict in one form or another has been part of our existence since we first walked the earth. In this first episode of a four-part series, join military historian David Borys as we travel back in time to Iran, where we chart how a modern monarchy, which was armed, wealthy, and globally backed, lost control. On our journey, we'll be helped by historian Roham Alvandi from the London School of Economics and Political Science. While conflict and armed rebellion have evolved to look very differently over the centuries, if you want to understand the world today, you need to go back because history doesn't just repeat itself; it echoes. The Poorhouse Ghosts- Wellington Museum 04.05.2026 38minThere's a grand stone building in Fergus, Ontario, that has stood for nearly 150 years. It was built as a poorhouse in 1877 — a place for the destitute, the sick, the aged, and the forgotten. But according to staff who work there today, some of those who lived and died within its walls may never have truly left. In this episode of Haunted Canada, we speak with Katie Clark, heritage programmer at the Wellington County Museum and Archives, about the strange encounters inside one of Canada's last remaining poorhouses — from footsteps heard walking down carpeted hallways when no one is there, to a little girl whose laughter echoes through the kitchen at midnight. Visitors have smelled cigar smoke in empty rooms. Rocking chairs move on their own. And staff have learned one unsettling rule: if you hear the little girl, don't talk back to her. With 271 souls buried in the pauper cemetery on the grounds — and twice that number who died inside — it's no surprise that the Wellington County Museum has become one of Ontario's most haunted historic sites. Some believe the spirits of former inmates still walk the old dormitories, unwilling or unable to move on from a place they never wanted to be Guest info: Katie Clarke, Heritage Programmer Wellington Have ghost stories of your own? Pickering Museum Village 27.04.2026 32minThere's a Pioneer Village in Pickering, Ontario, where 19 heritage buildings stand frozen in time. But according to staff who work there after dark, the people who once lived in these homes may never have truly left. In this episode of Haunted Canada, we speak with heritage programmer Ali Crone about the strange encounters inside Pickering Museum Village — from disembodied voices calling out names in the Brougham Temperance House, to a mysterious fainting couch that makes visitors feel sick and dizzy. Children on school trips have pointed to figures watching from upstairs windows when no one else was inside. And in one house, multiple witnesses have heard something growl. Some believe the spirits of early settlers — including the woman who once lived in what is now the museum's office — still walk these creaking floors.
