Magna Mining – Key Takeaways From The Levack Mine PEA and Board Approval To Restart Production 08.10.2026 18minJason Jessup, CEO and Director of Magna Mining Inc. (TSX: NICU) (OTCQX: MGMNF) (FSE: 8YD), joins me to review the key takeaways from the Preliminary Economic Assessment (“PEA”) released after the market close on October 7th, for the restart of the fully-permitted Levack Mine, located in the North Range of the Sudbury Basin, northeastern Ontario, Canada. We also discuss the potential for the dual-track development of 2 mines, because the Company plans to release the PFS on Crean Hill in the next few weeks. Levack PEA Highlights: (All amounts are expressed in Canadian dollars) Solid production profile and short time frame to commercial production: The Levack PEA contemplates underground mining of 5.75 million short tons with 7.3 years of commercial production and average annual payable copper equivalent (“CuEq”) production of 36.8 million pounds (“lbs”) at all-in sustaining costs (“AISC”) of US$3.71 per CuEq payable pound and commercial production anticipated in mid-2028. Low initial capital and robust pre-commercial production operating cash flows: Initial capital costs from January 1, 2027 to the start of commercial production are estimated to be $70.1 million, after incorporating equipment financing timing effects. This initial capital is estimated to be offset by refundable tax credits of approximately $5.6 million and expected pre-commercial production operating cash flow of approximately $55.9 million using base case price assumptions1, leaving a calculated net initial funding requirement of $8.6 million. Rapid payback and robust base case economics: Assuming base case commodity prices, the Levack PEA estimates payback in 0.6 years with a base case after-tax Internal Rate of Return (“IRR”) of 92.4% and an after-tax NPV7% of $227.0 million. Pre-tax cash flows in 2028 and 2029 are estimated to be approximately $96.5 million per year. Using September 2026 average commodity prices, the after-tax NPV7% increases to $313.6 million and the IRR improves to 115.8%, with average pre-tax cash flows of approximately $120.6 million per year in 2028 and 2029. Positive potential impact from the recently announced Productivity Mega Deduction: Incorporation of the Productivity Mega Deduction (“PMD”) could reduce the estimated federal taxes payable over the life of mine. The Levack PEA after-tax NPV7% improves by $5.1 million to $232.1 million and the IRR increases to 99.2%, by reducing total federal taxes paid by $1.6 million and accelerating the utilization of certain tax deductions. Jason goes on to discuss the exploration upside at Levack to expand resources and future mine life well above what was released in this more conservative economic study. As a reminder, all of the recent high-grade copper, nickel, platinum, palladium, and gold results from the R-2 Zone are not included in the current resources or this PEA. There are also a number of other areas that will be getting drilling, and initiative to make another discovery at Levack. Next we pivoted over to the potential for the dual-track development of Crean Hill along with Levack, after the C$140 Million strategic investment by Alpayana, that just closed on August 31st. The Company will be releasing a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) in October for Crean Hill, and the board will evaluate the final construction decision at that time. Wrapping up, Jason paints the value proposition for how this Company could grow into a mid-tier polymetallic base metals and precious metals producer over the next handful of years, with other permitted projects like Podolsky and Shakespeare waiting in the project development pipeline. Joel Elconin - Deteriorating Market Breadth, Tech Concentration, and S&P 500 Technical Levels 08.10.2026 14minIn this Daily Editorial, hosts Cory and Shad welcome Joel Elconin, Co-Host of the PreMarket Prep Show and Founder of the Stock Trader Network, to dissect an increasingly bifurcated market environment. While major indexes hover near record territory, underneath the surface, market participation tells a far more complicated story. The Market Breadth Divergence: Major cap-weighted indexes continue pushing near all-time highs, but broad market participation is thinning rapidly as capital funnels almost exclusively into mega-cap technology leaders. Real-Economy Warning Signs: Sharp downturns across critical logistics and transportation names point to potential headwinds for the broader economy that index-level gains may be masking. Cash Alternatives and Concentration Risks: With risk-free Treasury paper offering 5% yields, we examine why investors remain hesitant to step aside and whether widespread institutional crowding in Big Tech creates systemic exposure. AI Sentiment and Earnings Expectations: Rumored revenue adjustments in enterprise artificial intelligence are putting suppliers, data center plays, and software partners under the microscope ahead of a critical earnings season. S&P 500 Technical Benchmarks: A review of where the cash index stands relative to its 50-day moving average and what technical signals separate a standard market pullback from a meaningful trend reversal. Stocks and Symbols Mentioned: S&P 500 Index (SPX / SPY), Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.A / BRK.B), iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (TLT), iShares Russell 2000 ETF (IWM), J.B. Sierra Madre Gold and Silver – Ramp Up To 720tpd Throughput At The La Guitarra Mining Complex, Exploration Strategy Across La Guitarra and Del Toro Properties 06.10.2026 16minAlex Langer, President and CEO of Sierra Madre Gold And Silver (TSXV: SM) (OTCQX: SMDRF), joins us to review the ramp up in throughput in operations at the La Guitarra silver-gold mine complex in Mexico, which includes 3 producing mines: La Guitarra, Coloso, and Nazareno. We look ahead to the ongoing 2-phase plant expansion and upcoming increased 30,000 meters of drilling planned across the La Guitarra District slated to begin here in Q4. Additionally, we discussed the path forward at the recently acquired Del Toro mining complex, and the increased drill program there to 30,000+ meters of drilling across that property package starting next year. Throughput at the Guitarra processing plant has significantly increased following Phase 1 expansion modifications to the existing crushing and milling circuits. Daily production has reached up to a steady 720 tonnes per day ("tpd"). This represents more than a 40% increase versus the previous nameplate capacity of 500 tpd. Further modifications to increase capacity are scheduled to be made following the commissioning of the new 11x12 ball mill, which is now installed. Sierra Madre has also accelerated underground development, and started the groundwork for the permitted dry stack tailings facility expansion. This is a key component of the eventual Phase 2 plant expansion plan to increase throughput to 1,200 tpd to 1,500 tpd. Development has been accelerated at all three of the mines within La Guitarra - Guitarra, Nazareno and Coloso - to provide feed to the expanded plant. Approximately 2.6 kilometers of development drives have been completed since June 2026. As haulage ramps are being driven both vertically and downward from the 180-access level, this ramp development is expected to allow for additional production areas to be developed. Since July 2026, over 800 meters of access and production drives have been completed. For the balance of the discussion Alex outlined the aggressive 30,000+ meter exploration plan about to commence across the La Guitarra district land package. There will be a drilling focus on the East District, at past producing historic mining areas like Mina de Agua and El Rincon. The company will also embark on a parallel 30,000+ meter program next summer across their Del Toro complex. In June 2026, Sierra Madre closed the acquisition of the Del Toro silver mine, adding a past-producing, fully permitted asset of 3 mines and a 3,000 tpd plant to its Mexico-focused silver and gold portfolio. Erik Wetterling – Beaver Creek Takeaways, And The Valuation Disconnect In Junior Resource Stocks After The Recent Sector Correction 06.10.2026 27minErik Wetterling, Founder and Editor of The Hedgeless Horseman website, joins me to review his key takeaways from the Precious Metals Summit in Beaver Creek. The conversation then moves into how he is evaluating opportunities in lieu of the recent correction in gold, silver, and copper juniors. We also review a site visit that he just came back from with a copper explorer operating in British Columbia. We start off discussing the mining conference dynamics as attendees, but then dial into what Erik was looking for in the meetings he took. This touches upon reflections on investor sentiment, the deluge of sector newsflow, company valuations, and portfolio management. He points out that often times the news released by junior companies over the last few weeks was actually positive, and further derisked or advanced their projects, and yet only got a muted response with the bearish sector backdrop during the month of September. This macro backdrop pressuring a sector-wide correction was there at the same time as many company key press releases hit; which had retail investors making an erroneous correlation that given news was not positive. This is one of the setups and sector disconnects that Erik looks forward to exploiting in his own portfolio. He is looking for improving value propositions in exploration stocks, that have put out compelling news in the recent past, which sets up future news releases, and thus they have key alpha growth catalysts on tap in the medium-term. We wrapped up getting Erik’s reflections from a recent site visit he just returned from with the team at Red Canyon Resources Ltd. (CSE: REDC | OTCQB: REDRF | Frankfurt: I91) in British Columbia, Canada. The Company’s core goal is to make impactful copper discoveries and has a portfolio of 100%-owned copper and copper-gold porphyry exploration projects. The 100%-owned Kendal copper project in west-central British Columbia is a priority project for the Company. The 2026 exploration program including an independent vectoring study and expanded geochemical surveys have been completed. A 3DIP geophysical survey is currently in progress. Recent work on Company’s 100%-owned Osiris project in central British Columbia has outlined new high-priority areas at Nautilus and EV (see news releases September 14, 2026, and August 14, 2026). Fall exploration work is ongoing including, planned initial diamond drilling at the EV and Nautilus targets. Santacruz Silver - Acquisition Of 500 TPD Mill To Unlock Production Growth At San Lucas, Freeing Up Milling Capacity At Their 3 Other Bolivian Mines 05.10.2026 17minArturo Préstamo Elizondo, Executive Chairman and CEO of Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd. (TSX: SCZ) (NASDAQ: SCZM) (FSE: 1SZ), joins me to review the acquisition of a 500 tpd mill dedicated to their San Lucas ore-sourcing business; which will then free up milling capacity at their 3 other mining complexes in Bolivia. In addition, we discuss the growth on tap at their Zimapan Mine in Mexico, the near-term production that should begin by year-end at their Soracaya Project, and the potential for future project acquisitions. On September 18th, the Company announced the acquisition of a 500-tonne-per-day ("tpd") milling facility located in Bolivia, comprising two 250-tonne-per-day processing circuits, each equipped with selective flotation systems for the recovery of lead and zinc with high-grade silver contents. The newly acquired facility will be solely dedicated to processing ore sourced through the Company's wholly-owned Bolivian subsidiary, San Lucas, providing additional milling capacity to support continued expansion of its third-party ore-sourcing business. By transitioning materials from San Lucas to the acquired facility, Santacruz will free up capacity at its existing three mine processing facilities at Bolivar, Porco, and Caballo Blanco, allowing the Company to advance its mine development plans and increase production from its own operations in Bolivia without internally competing for available processing capacity. This milling facility is expected to be commissioned during the fourth quarter of 2026 and to reach commercial production by year-end 2026. The total investment in the milling facility is expected to be approximately US$14 million, inclusive of acquisition, commissioning and all costs required to bring the facility to commercial production. Next we shifted over to the combination of exploration success at the Level 960 and the improved efficiencies at the Zimapan Mine in Mexico. Operations will be stepping up over the next few quarters from processing higher grade material at better costs. Additionally, the operations team is advancing their silver-dominant Soracaya mine, where there is already a decline ramp into this project with initial stope access in 2 areas. The company has been working on the optimization plan and getting equipment lined up to start mining. Once the permit is received in the near-term, then the plan is to get the mine into initial ramp-up production by December of 2026. Full production will begin in 2027 with the potential to add another 2-3 million ounces of mostly silver contribution to the company’s production profile. Wrapping up, we discussed their guidance this year for just over 10 million ounces of silver equivalent production, and the delta in their lower valuation compared to other mid-tier silver producing peers. Arturo highlights their clean balance sheet, lack of royalites or stream hindering financials, and the potential for future accretive acquisitions in the Americas; in addition to the growth initiatives at all their current mines that could be catalysts for a rerating higher. If you have any follow up questions for Arturo regarding Santacruz Silver, then please email those to me at [email protected]. Sean Brodrick – Beaver Creek PM Summit Takeaways and Opportunities In Gold, Silver, and Copper Stocks 01.10.2026 17minSean Brodrick, Editor of Wealth Megatrends, Supercycle Investor, Resource Trader, and contributing analyst to Weiss Ratings Daily, joins us for a wide-ranging discussion where he shares his key takeaways from the Beaver Creek Precious Metals Summit, as well as opportunities he sees in gold, silver, and copper stocks. We start off getting insights into how Sean approached interviewing the companies he met with, the primary trends he noted with the producers and developers, and also some red flags he looks for to help filter through all the companies. This ties into his broader portfolio management strategies. Sean is still mostly animated by revenue-generating gold, silver, and copper producers, but still sat down with developers with a line of sight towards near-term production. We kick it off reviewing how higher oil and diesel prices may effect input costs in many producers much less than some analysts would anticipate. He shares how he views low-cost producers versus high-cost producers that may have a plan to expand or improve efficiencies to bring costs down. We delve into companies that have had relative strength versus remaining relative laggards, what the market is telling us about these stocks or if they are just underfollowed, and if that could presents any opportunities. He discusses the wide margins of the miners, and his views on different capital deployment and return to shareholder options that companies have in this strong metals price environment. We contrast companies that want to grow organically versus those that may be inclined to use their strong balance sheets to make acquisitions. Sean talked about the unique point in time where some juniors actually want to move forward into production on their own, and that some companies actually don’t want to be taken over until they have the chance to further unlock their value proposition. We review the risks associated with different company strategies, and tie it back to the management team’s experience and ability to execute. Goliath Resources – 2026 Exploration Program Successfully Completes 48,443 Meters Of Drilling in 97 Drill Holes in 94 Days, With A 100% Hit Rate 01.10.2026 13minRoger Rosmus, Founder, CEO, & Director of Goliath Resources Ltd (TSX-V: GOT) (OTCQX: GOTRF) (FSE: B4IF), joins me for another exploration update at their Surebet Discovery on the Golddigger Property; located in the Golden Triangle of British Columbia. We review that 48,443 meters were drilled, in 97 holes, utilizing 7 drill rigs, turning 24 hours a day, for 94 days. The 2026 drill program at the Surebet discovery has exceeded expectations with multiple successful large step-out drill holes, maintaining 100% hit rate, and with abundant occurrences of Visible Gold to the Naked Eye (VG-NE). 83 holes drilled in 2026 are still pending for assays that should provide a steady stream of news flow into the new year. The focus of this year’s drill program was on expansion and pushing the limits of the geological model. The process has proved successful with a number of high-grade gold drill assays already returned when doing substantial 100-meter to 700-meter step-out drilling into the Bonanza and Golden Gate Zones. Additionally, a new zone of mineralization likely amenable to bulk-tonnage mining methods, has also been identified between those 2 larger zones, dubbed accordingly the “Big Bulk Zone.” Over 200,000 meters have been drilled to date at the high-grade Surebet gold discovery, and 412 holes out of 483 (85%) contain VG-NE that clearly demonstrates the continuity and predictability of this expansive gold-rich system that remains wide open. There will be a steady stream of assays being reported in the months to come that continue to infill and expand the deposit at the Surebet discovery. Click here to follow the latest news from Goliath Resources If you have any questions for Roger about Goliath Resources, then please email them to me at [email protected]. In full disclosure, Shad is a shareholder of Goliath Resources at the time of this recording and may choose to buy or sell shares at any time. Joel Elconin - Can the 'Buy the Dip' Mentality Survive Rising Yields and Sector Breakdown? 01.10.2026 17minToday we are joined by Joel Elconin, co-host of the PreMarket Prep Show and founder of the Stock Trader Network, to unpack the stark divergence unfolding across broad market indices and key industry sectors. While headline indices remain buoyant, underlying price action reveals aggressive rotation and significant dispersion under the hood. Key discussion topics: The Dichotomy in Market Breadth: The headline S&P 500 has spent two months moving sideways, but equal-weight indices like the RSP have steadily deteriorated for six weeks. We look at whether this persistent crowding into mega-cap tech represents genuine safety or underlying market fragility. Bond Yield Shifts and the Intraday Tech Rebound: A fresh multi-year low and subsequent green reversal in the 20+ year Treasury bond coincided with an explosive intraday recovery across semiconductor names. We explore what fixed-income volatility is signaling for risk assets. AI Demand vs. Stretched Valuations: Micron delivered strong guidance and staged an impressive reversal off session lows, reigniting momentum in enterprise AI hardware leaders. We discuss whether exponential earnings growth can continue to justify elevated multiples. Macro Data and Midterm Election Jitters: With labor numbers ahead and political uncertainty looming, market participants continue to look past economic headlines. We examine why technical price action and dip-buying behavior are overpowering macro ambiguity. Sector Deterioration in Rate-Sensitive Names: From mortgage rate pressure slamming homebuilders to tightening margins dragging down financial institutions, rate sensitivity is exacting a heavy toll. We assess the risks emerging across housing, healthcare, and lagging energy equities. Nick Hodge – Beaver Creek Recap, Key Newsflow In Portfolio Stocks, and Outlook On Gold, Silver, Copper 30.09.2026 23minNick Hodge, Co-Owner of Digest Publishing and editor of Foundational Profits and Underground Alpha, joins me for our monthly longer-format discussion on macroeconomic factors moving the markets, his key takeaways from the Precious Metals Summit in Beaver Creek, CO; and his portfolio management strategies in select gold, silver, and copper stocks. We start off reviewing the themes and companies that had his attention at last week’s PM Summit in Beaver Creek. Nick addresses the encouraging sentiment and companies focused on execution of their key workstreams, versus worrying about whether we are in a bull market. There has been a steady flow of sector news the last few weeks and Nick highlighted some recent news from Empress Royalty Corp. (TSXV:EMPR)(OTCQX:EMPYF), Au Gold Corp (TSXV:AUGC), Southern Cross Gold Consolidated Ltd (TSX: SXGC) (ASX: SX2) (OTCQX: SXGCF), and Banyan Gold Corp. (TSXV:BYN) (OTCQB: BYAGF) that stood out to him leading into and during the conference. We discussed the rising number of spinouts and new spin-cos being created or contemplated, and Nick highlighted: Riverside Resources Inc. (TSX-V: RRI) (OTCQB: RVSDF), getting ready to spin out Ravena with their Mexican assets, after successfully spinning out both Capitan Silver Corp. (TSXV: CAPT) (OTCQX: CAPTF) and Blue Jay Gold Corp. (TSXV: JAY) (OTCQB: JAYGF) Latin Metals Inc. (TSXV: LMS) (OTCQB: LMSQF) and Bravo Mining Corp. (TSXV: BRVO) (OTCQX: BRVMF) are both considering spinouts of assets which are not getting much value in their portfolios at present. Aldebaran Resources Inc. (TSX-V: ALDE, OTCQX: ADBRF) just successfully spun out Centauri Minerals Inc. (TSXV: CENT). Next we pivoted to the continued strength in copper throughout this year. Nick pointed out that after substantial inflows of copper into the US to get in front of potential tariff news from the Trump administration, that the decision not to put a tariff on the red metal, in lieu of higher diesel and inflation readings, did not cause a collapse in copper like it did last summer. He highlighted Ero Copper Corp. (TSX: ERO, NYSE: ERO) as a name he is still holding, and flagged Koryx Copper Inc. (TSX-V: KRY) as one of the best meetings he had in Beaver Creek and that he strongly considering a position in it. Wrapping up we comingled thoughts on gold, silver, and the macroeconomics at play: He remains encouraged that we’ll see gold hold above $4,000 and would like to see the yellow metal stay above $4,175. He sees more potential weakness in Silver and wouldn’t be surprised to see it pull back down to retest $55 again, before moving back higher again. Nick quickly summarized the macro movers citing trends in the US Dollar, inflation, oil and diesel, geopolitics, and rising short-term interest rates at the short-end of the yield curve due to Fed policy contrasted against flattening rates at the long-end of the curve.
