The Last Human is a serialized audio show adapted from a sci-fi story of the same name. It explores a post-human galaxy hundreds of thousands of years in the future, where humanity is the progenitor race that first colonized the stars. Most alien species are derived from Earth lifeforms that have been uplifted to sapience. The story follows Vas, a human boy who grew up on an insectoid hive world, recounting his journey from slavery to becoming one of the most feared individuals in the galaxy.
