We then talk about 1996 being Classic Year For hip-hop & discuss Albums From Time period.     After losing the vocals to the episode we recorded the day before, we decided to record the very next day. Dula came to the crib and we started off talking out about hip-hop samples by Pete Rock & his production on remixes back then. We then get into talking about How New Yorkers are able to hand down public housing apartments to their children without the rent increasing. We then get into a conversation about Marvin from Raising Kanan and discussing where does he rank amongst the top shooters in the Power universe as well as all black Hood TV series. Dula also shares a very interesting story of when he was young, and the types of records his mother would play which says a lot. Glad to be back recording. Enjoy.

    Pardon the delay. Had some technical difficulty with my broadcaster, which is what I used to record my episodes so I hadn’t put out an episode last week. This episode was recorded two weeks ago right before the roots picnic. I was joined by Vin Rock and we discussed TV shows for the most part. We got to punisher killshot as well as the daredevil season finale. Of course I had Vinny on to pick his brain about comparisons with the actual comic book in regards to killshot, etc. We then talk about the boys series, finale, and all the madness that that entails. We also get to the series finale of invincible Before finishing the show off talking about Aubrey Graham, of course. We give our little theories and a quick review of ice man and what we think about fandom in today’s Internet age. Enjoy.

We then go into celebrating the two-year anniversary of the Kendrick, Drake Battle and our opinions on it now. In hindsight. We then give a quick and prompt to Michael Jackson. Review more of the person rather than the movie. We also discussed Markt on Hill and Joe Budden. arguing about Megan Clay Thompson. Lots of jokes back-and-forth. We also highlight Terrence Smart, in who was one of the produces of 1500. Or nothing On Kendrick Lamar to pimp a butterfly.

Dula and myself and his brother-in-law and nephew. All went to see Game four of the NBA finals. Celtics versus the 76ers in Philadelphia, of course. We went dressed in full Celtics attire and thought we were going to get slaughtered. To the contrary, everything was opposite. In this episode, we start off with Vinny’s Washington DC adventures at the comic con. We then take a topic that Rory and Mal had in regards to worst classic albums. Reef hustle then jumps on and gives us some exclusive BIG PUN stories that you haven’t heard. Afterwards, the guys jumped me for about 20 minutes. PAUSE! When I stated that “Nelly Country grammar is a classic album” which kind of ran congruent with the topic we were having in regards to which artists had amazing album runs. Jokes all around. After that, we then got into the topic at hand, which is what is the album that you heard that made you fully invested into this hip-hop culture. We go around the room and get our takes and opinions. After that Dula calls into curse us all out for not including him, and we then start talking about Wonder Man on Disney plus. After that, we finish off with a discussion on all of the ice.     Very inspirational episode. Dula and myself had the pleasure of interviewing a creative and motivated retired street pharmacist turned movie, Director, actor, and author. Luc Stephen is a Haitian born Jamaica Queens (by way of Boston) entrepreneur creative who has an amazing story. We talk about his beginnings in Boston, Massachusetts. Then moving to Jamaica Queens in High School. We talk about the stigma of Haitians in the early 90s as well as his transition from wanting to be a basketball player to falling into the streets in the early 80s. We then go into his transition from jail to becoming a fitness Coach to then getting bit by the Director bug & wanting to direct movies. Definitely a Man of many hats. Great story. Enjoy.
