  There is a world of difference between waking up thinking, “I have to serve the Lord,” and waking up realizing, “I get to serve the Lord!” Remember who Jesus Christ is, what He paid to redeem you, and where you would be without His mercy. Then consider that He has given you a place in His work. We get to open the King James Bible and teach its truths. We get to carry the gospel into a prison cell, put a Bible into an outstretched hand, support a missionary, and tell a lost sinner how to be saved. What a privilege! Paul remembered what he had been before his salvation, and he thanked Christ for allowing him to preach the gospel. Paul considered it an honour to “spend and be spent” for Jesus Christ, do you?“And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry;” 1 Timothy 1:12 (KJB)Serving the Lord Jesus Christ will cost you something. There will be long hours, personal sacrifice, opposition, and days when your body is tired and the results are hard to see. Paul knew all of that, yet he rejoiced in his service because he understood its value. Think about that prisoner reaching through the bars for a Bible you help send him. Through your willing participation, he can receive the words that tell him how to have forgiveness of sins and eternal life in Jesus Christ. Think about the child learning the Scriptures, the missionary preaching in a distant village, and the discouraged believer strengthened by a faithful teacher. These are opportunities worth giving ourselves to. We get to spend our brief time on this earth doing work with eternal value, and the Lord has promised that our labour here matters. You have free will, you have liberty, you don’t have to serve the Lord…but you get to.

That is exactly the environment in which mass deception flourishes. Satan does not always deceive by presenting one enormous lie; sometimes he simply buries the truth beneath ten thousand distractions. Keep people angry, entertained, frightened, stimulated and scrolling, and they will have neither the time nor the spiritual clarity to notice what is happening right in front of them. And that is why the coming deception of Antichrist will not arrive in an intellectual vacuum. The world is being conditioned for it right now — conditioned to react instead of think, consume instead of discern, and follow whatever dominates the screen in front of them. Another spirit entered using the names of Jesus, Pentecost and the Holy Ghost, and from that polluted fountain flowed the modern Charismatic movement, theatrical faith healers, prosperity preachers, false apostles, female prophets, holy laughter, deliverance ministries and the New Apostolic Reformation. Azusa trained generations to judge doctrine by manifestations when the Bible commands us to judge manifestations by doctrine. That deception is preparing the professing Church for the supernatural religion of Antichrist, when Satan will produce “all power and signs and lying wonders.” The strange fire kindled at 312 Azusa Street continues to burn today, and millions are calling it revival because they have abandoned the Book that would expose the spirit behind it.

Instead, Iran has survived, Saudi Arabia has become a primary target, the Houthis are capturing strategic territory, and two of the world’s most important shipping lanes are being dragged toward paralysis. Washington may possess the larger military, but Iran is attempting to seize the greater leverage by placing its hand around the throat of the world economy. Today my message and teaching is entitled "That Stumbling Stone', Jesus of Nazareth. “Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone; As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.” Romans 9:32,33 (KJB)All through the Bible, Jesus Christ is revealed as That Stumbling Stone—the tried Stone laid by God, the precious Corner Stone, the Stone rejected by the builders and the Rock of offence over which unbelieving men continue to stumble. Israel had been entrusted with the oracles of God and should have recognized its Messiah, yet the builders examined the Stone and cast Him aside. When Pilate presented Jesus Christ alongside a robber, insurrectionist and murderer, the people cried, “Away with this man, and release unto us Barabbas.” But the Gentiles were equally guilty: Herod, Pontius Pilate, the Gentiles and the people of Israel gathered together and crucified the Lord of glory. At Calvary, the religious world and the political world united in choosing a guilty criminal over the sinless Son of God. Behold that stumbling Stone!

The 1948 Latter Rain movement announced the restoration of modern apostles and prophets; the Charismatic Renewal carried tongues and manifestations into Protestant denominations and Roman Catholicism; Word of Faith preachers such as Kenneth Hagin and Kenneth Copeland turned faith into a force and giving into a formula for prosperity; Toronto and Brownsville normalized shaking, screaming, falling and uncontrolled behavior as evidence of revival; and the New Apostolic Reformation combined restored apostles, private revelation, territorial spirits, deliverance, Seven Mountain dominionism and Christian Nationalism into a global religious network. Through every stage, the same deadly exchange was taking place: “What saith the scripture?” was replaced by “What did you feel?” and the authority of the Bible was surrendered to whoever claimed to possess the newest prophecy, impartation or anointing.Kathryn Krick is not a strange departure from that history—she is its logical conclusion. Illinois mother Corie Walsh has been charged with murdering her two-year-old son, Bennet, after prosecutors say she hanged him in the basement and attempted to take her own life. Her attorney says she experienced a psychotic episode, while investigators allege that she called her own little boy “the devil” or “the Antichrist.” In North Dakota, another mother, Kailey Erhart, stands accused of attacking her three small children with a knife, killing two and seriously injuring the third. Authorities have not formally established either crime as an imitation of Clancy, but the emergence of multiple mothers accused of slaughtering their children amid a national movement portraying Clancy primarily as a victim should set off alarms throughout the country.
