During today's episode we explore: Why achievement can quietly turn hollow even when it's working & the wins keep coming What actually gets harder for high achievers in burnout: not motivation, but disconnection from their own inner knowing Paige's definition of rest & why it's important for your next chapter  Reconnecting to your own intuition and creative direction: A simple practice for busy women    Enjoy the ep!  Jenna    Resources mentioned:  Paige Fredrika - Website | Instagram | Feminine Archetype Quiz  Jenna Ward - Website | Instagram  Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification - professional training  Graduate Spotlight - more stories from past graduates

Today I'm joined on the podcast by Kate Mellis discussing the midlife portal so many women hit - that moment the body sends an urgent signal that the old script of self-betrayal has finally run its course. Kate's a 2018 graduate of our Feminine Embodiment Coaching Cert  & a teacher in the program since 2019. Kate works with women reclaiming embodied consent, authentic pleasure, and the safety that was never really about the house or the job in the first place.   During today's episode we explore: The safety illusion: why the house or career isn't (real) safety when you're not say to say no, be respected, or say what you need  Why re-learning embodied consent is essential to having healthy boundaries in life & intimacy  Redefining pleasure outside the male gaze - why that pleasure can be feral, grotesque, kinky, or anything else once the "performance for others" script is dropped   Resources mentioned:  Kate Mellis - Website | Socials  Jenna Ward - Website | Instagram  Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification - professional training  Graduate Spotlight - more stories from past graduates

Today I'm joined on the podcast by Jasmine Kali, a 2021 graduate of our coaching certification, who built an embodied movement ritual that carried her through one of the most harrowing periods of her life & that she's gone on to share in more than 100+ classes. During today's episode we explore: Are you fixing or completing your hard emotions - why undesirable feelings aren't a problem to solve, but something to let move through and finish "Pleasure is a muscle" - how the capacity for pleasure and aliveness can be built with repetition, not something you either have or don't What embodied movement practices feels like - this convo is rich in tips, insights & suggestions for how to weave more embodiment into your own devotional practices Why pleasure doesn't require ease & how to access it even mid-grief, mid-conflict, or mid-hard-season   Resources mentioned:  Jasmine Kali - Website | Instagram Jenna Ward - Website | Instagram  Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification - professional training  Graduate Spotlight - more stories from past graduates

What to kick indecision to the curb & get clear on your next move, in the most embodied way? Me too. Which is why I love embodied decisions. Beyond a list of pros & cons, embodied decisions help us make slow, considered, felt decisions that sincerely get to the heart of what we value, how we want to feel & how we can step into more of ourselves. I've used embodied decision making countless times (with myself & my clients). So today on the podcast we're diving into how to do it & a recent example from my life… Resources mentioned in this podcast:  Somatic Self Coaching - free guide Info Session - Explore the Philosophy of Feminine Embodiment Coaching Primal Feminine Flow - at home embodiment practice Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification - professional training
  • 194. Coming Home to Worth: How I'm Dismantling the Stories Extractive Capitalism Built Inside My Body 26.06.2026 36λ
If you want to embody deep worthiness that floats around you in an aura of constant, unquestioning I am enough…  you just need to dismantle the scaffolding capitalism built inside your body.  Capitalism has (without our consent) built stories inside our bodies that tell us we are what we own, what we produce and what we earn. So let's unpack those & dismantle this scaffolding! In this podcast Jenna Ward (Feminine Embodiment Coach & Founder of the School of Embodied Arts) explores how we can become more embodied & full in our feminine flow by dismantling the stories capitalism has shaped us with.  Because you are not what you get done. You are not what you own. And your value is not what you earn. You are a precious part of the web of life. Just as you are.   Resources mentioned in this podcast:  Global inequality facts What is capitalism?  Caliban and the Witch: Women, the Body and Primitive Accumulation by Silvia Federici I Eat The Stars by Sarah Wilson  Info Session - Explore the Philosophy of Feminine Embodiment Coaching  Somatic Self Coaching - free guide  Primal Feminine Flow - at home embodiment practice  Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification - professional training

  • 192. Feeling Rushed or Disconnected? 5 Bite-Sized Embodiment Practices To Try 09.06.2026 24λ
Want to shift from rushed → calm, and going through the motions → deeply connected (without going on a retreat or spending a week in meditation)? Me too!!! Most of us know what it feels like to go through the motions - ticking off the to-do list, getting from one task to the next, collapsing into bed and wondering where the day actually went. Not burned out exactly. Just... a little numb. A little out of touch with ourselves. We've got a new podcast sharing 5 practices I've been loving lately as a human trying to actually feel her days, not just survive them. None of these require a retreat, a ritual, or an hour of free time. They are tiny practices that create a big exhale as you get more calm & connected (to yourself, your aliveness & our world). • 191. [Best Of] The #1 Skill In Embodiment Is…. 24.03.2026 44λ
The single most popular podcast I've ever made is this one. After publishing 200+ episodes to 140,000+ listeners over years, there is one clear fave ep that still stands the test of time. So today I'm sharing it with you from the archives. Embodiment is a practice, devotion - and skill. We are born embodied - you only have to watch how effortlessly a young child inhabits & expresses themselves fully. But as culture & the demands of life shape us… we often lose the skill of inhabiting our most essential self. We get numb, armored, and pulled into the demands of living which, TBH, are sometimes easier to manage when the world is on fire (but you've still got to pay your rent or drop your kid to school). While there's nothing wrong with being dis-embodied & disconnected from the universe of feeling within - for some of us, it feels like half living. And we might not be willing to settle for that. So if you want to feel more embodied, here's the skill to practice….   Resources mentioned in this podcast:  Info Session - Explore the Philosophy of Feminine Embodiment Coaching  Somatic Self Coaching - free guide  Primal Feminine Flow - at home embodiment practice  Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification - professional training

  • [Wise Body] Aliveness As Medicine: Pleasure & Flow Is How We Grow 16.02.2026 24λ
We're kicking off our Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification with a special Orientation Week. → We start 2 March 2026. → You can find all the details here →     Transformation shouldn't only be heavy, painful or vulnerable (if it is you're missing half of the key ingredients).    Many of us treat our bodies as the sum of our hurts. And when we're healed enough, whole enough, THEN we can feel good.    This approach is noble - but it misses the fact that you don't have to be "fully healed" BEFORE you become an alive, pleasure-filled human.    In fact healing is NOT the fastest path to feeling more radiantly alive, most of the time.    Today on our limited series podcast we're talking about aliveness, pleasure & how we can raise the ceiling on how good we (& our clients) can feel when we stop 'fixing' and start cultivating pleasure as power.    This episode is drawn directly from frameworks & teachings in our Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification - which is kicking off 2nd March with a special Orientation Week.    If you're loving the podcast so far let's chat about the coaching cert & if it's the right fit for you.  Learn more here 📆Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification Orientation Week - March 2026 →

We're kicking off our Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification with a special Orientation Week. → We start 2 March 2026. → You can find all the details here → —------------ Want to learn the structure of a potent somatic session?   When I was first working with clients it started with… have a chat, hope it worked!    Each time I was drawing on my intuition & 🤞hoping we'd find the sweet spot (it was exhausting).    Over time I developed a goal-centered foundation to hold both myself & my clients. It made my sessions easier to hold AND allowed me to charge more money for my services.    Today in our 3rd episode of The Wise Body limited podcast series I'm spilling the tea on….    🎧Goals, But Make Them Embodied: The Structure Of Potent Somatic Sessions  →    This episode is drawn directly from frameworks & teachings in our Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification - which is kicking off 2nd March with a special Orientation Week.    If you're loving the podcast so far let's chat about the coaching cert & if it's the right fit for you.  Learn more here 📆Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification Orientation Week - March 2026 →
  • [Wise Body] The Architecture Of Breakthroughs - Vulnerability That Transforms 14.02.2026 30λ
If you tune in today & feel I want to walk this path more deeply… We're kicking off our Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification with a special Orientation Week. → We start on 2 March 2026. → You can find all the details here → —------------ If you're drawn to the embodied arts and feel called to support women in deepening into their body's wisdom - vulnerability is a KEY tool to get there. But vulnerability can be hard enough to cultivate in ourselves. Let alone with clients who are resistant (or numb).  So in today's podcast, the second of our Wise Body series exploring the 6 domains of embodiment coaching for women practitioners, we're mapping the architecture of breakthroughs using vulnerability.    In this episode, we geek out on theories of change, prerequisites for vulnerability, how to cultivate action through flow (not force) & my own recent vulnerable questions.  I'll also share THE key question I ask myself when I'm feeling crunchy & confused… and want to crack my heart open with some (constructive) vulnerability.    Hope you enjoy! • [Wise Body] Felt Sense First - Why Interoception Is the Heart of Embodiment 13.02.2026 27λ
If you tune in today & feel I want to walk this path more deeply… We're kicking off our Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification with a special Orientation Week. → We start on 2 March 2026. → You can find all the details here → —------------ How do we shift ourselves (& our clients) from numbness to heart-tingling-ravishing-aliveness (without taking a 10-day silent meditation retreat)?    This question is how I got into embodiment.    The answer (which I discovered is a "technology" that sits at the 💛 of all somatic modalities) is interoception.    I didn't know this word (or WTF it meant) for YEARS into my embodiment journey. I was "doing" embdoiment (& feeling more ravishingly alive) without the fancy theory.    But when it was time to guide my clients deeper, I needed to have a better understanding of the underpinning philosophy AND be able to work in more predictable (& safer) ways.    So today, on our first episode of The Wise Body limited podcast series, we're exploring The Felt Sense & Why Interoception Is The 💛of Embodiment.   If you tune in today & feel I want to walk this path more deeply… We're kicking off our Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification with a special Orientation Week.  We start 2 March 2026. You can find all the details here →   Resources mentioned in this podcast:  Somatic Self Coaching - free guide  Primal Feminine Flow - at home embodiment practice  Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification - professional training | Orientation kicks off 2 March 2026
