Southern Remedy is Mississippi Public Broadcasting's flagship wellness radio program, airing weekdays at 11 a.m. It is a call-in show where a different healthcare provider from the University of Mississippi Medical Center discusses health topics and answers listener questions. The program features themed episodes each day, such as Healthy & Fit, Relatively Speaking, The Original Southern Remedy, Kids and Teens, and Southern Remedy for Women. Listeners can email their questions to the show.
