Be That Girl (BTG) began as a response to the "that girl" trend on social media, but host Kaitlyn Unland says it has evolved into a reminder to keep showing up and trying each day, even when you feel sad or not at your best. The podcast discusses the feelings people carry inside but are often afraid to say out loud for fear that no one else can relate. Through those conversations, it aims to create a safe, honest space and to remind listeners that they are not as alone as they may think.
