When giving flows from love and obedience, it becomes a seed that Heaven recognizes and multiplies. Giving breaks the spirit of scarcity, dismantles greed, and positions a Christian to receive from the abundance system of God’s Kingdom. A cheerful giver does not give out of pressure, guilt, or fear but out of revelation that everything they have is entrusted by God. When you give, you partner with God’s purpose and open the gates of His supply. Giving is not measured by the size of the seed but by the posture of the heart. A giving life invites God’s favour, supernatural opportunities, and continuous provision.   Psalm 5:12 (KJV)For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.Favour is God’s mark of distinction upon a person’s life. It is the supernatural influence that causes people, systems, and opportunities to respond positively to you. When God surrounds you with favour, you become preferred where others are merely present. Joseph was in a foreign land, yet God’s favour distinguished him in Potiphar’s house, in the prison, and eventually in Pharaoh’s palace. Favour is a mark of distinction that God places on you to display His approval of your family, your business, finances, and career. Favour lifts, promotes, and accelerates. It breaks protocol, silences opposition, and opens doors that effort cannot open. When favour rests on you, what is difficult for others becomes simple for you.   Acts 12:5 (KJV)Peter therefore was kept in prison. But prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him.I have seen the effectiveness of prayer in and around my life in such an incredible manner that I can boldly declare that prayer works! Some doors will never open until prayer is offered. Peter was locked behind iron gates, guarded by soldiers, and scheduled for execution, but the church prayed. Their prayer activated angelic intervention which broke chains, opened gates, and delivered Peter without struggle. This shows that there is no prison too fortified, no situation too hard, and no door too sealed that prayer cannot open. Your prayers summon angels, silence demonic agendas, and enforce God’s divine will. When you pray, the supernatural becomes natural, and the impossible becomes possible. Do not be intimidated by the size of the barrier; be confident in your prayers to a powerful God.   Deuteronomy 1:6 (KJV) The Lord our God spake unto us in Horeb, saying, Ye have dwelt long enough in this mount.There comes a point in your walk with God when staying in the same place—spiritually, mentally, or even physically—can become disobedience. God told Moses to move on because Israel had remained at Mount Horeb too long. Though God had promised them a land flowing with milk and honey, they settled for Horeb instead. Horeb had become a place of comfort and honour, but it represented frozen success.God often disrupts our settled places because He is preparing us for greater territory. As we move closer to the end of this Year of Strange Oil, know with certainty that God specialises in doing new things. New pathways are being forged to usher new beginnings into your life.   Hebrews 12:1 (KJV) Let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.A weight is a burden that does not come from God—something that hinders you from fulfilling His purpose for your life. A weight can be pride, a wrong attitude, unhealthy relationships, or anything that slows your spiritual progress. The Greek word translated patience in today’s verse is hupomoné, meaning stickability or endurance in the face of trials and circumstances. To succeed in our walk with Christ, we must lay aside these burdens so we can run the race with patience. Apostle Paul was stoned and left for dead in Lystra, yet he continued to preach the Gospel.  He didn’t just grin and bear it but endured trials in a way that glorified God. Stickability requires abiding in Jesus Christ, who is the Word, for the Word builds His character within you in the face of trials.PRAYER FOR TODAYFather, help me to lay aside every weight and distraction.   Roman’s 12:11 (KJV) Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord.Some Christians feed their bodies three meals a day but give their spirit only one cold snack. The word ferventin our opening scripture is the Greek word zéō, which means to boil a liquid or make a solid glow with heat. So, to be “fervent in spirit” means your spirit is boiling with the Word of God, causing you to glow outwardly. The Amplified translation says, “be aglow and burning with the Spirit,” while The Message version reads, “keep yourselves fuelled and aflame.”The Bible speaks of John the Baptist as a “burning and shining light.” A fervent spirit is cultivated by tuning into the frequency of God by praying in tongues often, maintaining zeal for spiritual activities such as attending church, and remaining devoted to the study of God’s Word.   Isaiah 48:10 (NIV)See, I have refined you, though not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction.If you stand on God’s Word, you’ll understand that affliction doesn’t come to destroy a child of God—it comes to refine them. The word refined in today’s scripture is the Hebrew word tsarph, which means to subject metals to fire to remove impurities.Just as silver is purified seven times (Psalm 12:6), affliction is allowed to burn away what doesn’t belong, shaping us into mature and perfected children of God. The number seven represents completeness and perfection, showing that what you endure is not random; it's a divine process producing something priceless within you.Apostle Paul, when faced with affliction, declared that it pushed him to his knees. Scripture says, “Is any among you afflicted? Let him pray” (James 5:13). Righteousness places us in right standing with the Father. No matter how far someone believes they have strayed away from God, once they embrace His righteousness, they will reign in life.In any kingdom, the king holds the highest influence. God has ordained His children to be kings. The word reign is directly connected to kingship, for kings exercise the highest influence in life. The Greek word for reign, basileúō, means highest influence or control.   Peter 1:16 (KJV) Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.Most people think the opposite of holiness is sin, but it’s actually commonness. Holiness means being set apart—uncommon from the world and its values. When you are born again, you are immediately separated from the world. Sin separates us from God, but obedience to His Word separates us from the world. Children of God should go beyond being separated from the world to being separated unto God. Being born again gives you the vital and legal right to be a son of God, but separation unto God makes you a vessel fit for the Master’s use. It gives access to God’s authority and power over the enemy. Prioritise spending time with the Master through His Word, and you’ll rise into the fullness of who God has called you to be—separated for God and unto God!PRAYER FOR TODAYFather, separate me unto Yourself completely. The same strategy was used when Jesus was born. The devil always targets those who carry Kingdom purpose. His nature is to release the spirit of assassination against God’s Kingdom agenda. Yet even in the midst of such opposition, God faithfully defends and sustains everything connected to His purpose.God has upheld you from birth and carried you since the day you entered the world. In Isaiah 46:4, He assures us that He will sustain us even to old age and grey hairs.God’s Word promises that He will satisfy us with long life. No disease, accident, or calamity has the power to cut your life short. Your years on Earth are preserved and supernaturally increased for God’s glory.PRAYER FOR TODAYLord, thank You for preserving my life for Your purpose. I receive strength, longevity, and divine protection, and I will live long to declare Your works.PROPHETIC DECLARATION I refuse to die as an infant. God's visitation over my life preserves me.
