  • How to Argue With Anyone 14.09.2026 11m
Hey kids. This is a “how to argue with anyone” video. I think a lot of people assume a good argument is just having the better point, but you can be completely right and communicate it so badly that nobody wants to hear you.So I hope this video gives you actual tools for difficult conversations: understand what the other person is really saying, separate behavior from identity, present your point in a way that can actually be received, and know what you’re trying to resolve before the conversation turns into a fight about everything.Because good arguments are not just emotionally mature. They’re structured. The goal isn’t to make somebody lose. It’s to understand their point, make yours clear, and leave with something actually resolved.Feel free to leave a comment because I love to talk! Also taking suggestions for future “how to” videos. • How to be a Good Partner 29.08.2026 17m
Hey kids this is a “how to be a good partner” video. (Back in college so I've been busy. also sorry the audio is a bit butchered but only at the start!) I think everybody wants a healthy, understanding, loving partner, but not enough people stop to ask whether they know how to be one too.Being a good partner is not just “don’t cheat,” “communicate,” and “be nice.” It’s learning the person in front of you, sacrificing without abandoning yourself, repairing the things you break, and protecting the relationship from your own ego when conflict gets hard.So I hope this video helps you love people in a way that actually reaches them instead of only loving them in the way that feels natural to you. Because good relationships are not built by two perfect people. They’re built by two people who keep learning each other, adjusting, repairing, and choosing not to destroy the person they’re supposed to solve problems with.Everybody wants a good partner. Make sure the person you choose gets one too.Feel free to leave a comment because I love to talk! Also taking suggestions for future “how to” videos. Would love suggestions! • How to choose a good partner 13.08.2026 14m
Hey kids this is a “how to choose a good partner” video. I think a lot of people date backwards. We meet someone, feel chemistry, get attached, imagine a future together… and THEN start asking whether we’re actually compatible. And by that point, we reallyyyy want the answer to be yes.So I hope this video helps you slow that process down. Figure out what you actually need before someone shows up, separate chemistry from compatibility, observe who they really are over time, and then decide whether the person in front of you actually fits the life you’re trying to build.Because liking someone is not the same thing as being compatible with them. And feeling something quickly does not mean you have to choose quickly.Fall in love. Love is beautiful. Just don’t let attachment make the decision before observation finishes.Feel free to leave a comment because I love to talk! Also taking suggestions for future “how to” videos. Would love suggestions! Go to https://nor3mak.com/ for amazing advice with me :)
  • How to be Vulnerable 08.08.2026 7m
Hey kids this is a “how to be vulnerable” video. I think a lot of people want deeper relationships without realizing how much of themselves they’ve learned to hide. You make a joke. Say “I’m fine.” Change the subject. Hint at what you need instead of asking for it. And sometimes that isn’t because you don’t know how to communicate. Somewhere along the way, being honest stopped feeling safe.So I hope this video helps you understand what vulnerability actually looks like: helping people understand the story behind what you feel, asking directly for what you need, and then doing the scary part—giving them the opportunity to respond.Because vulnerability isn’t telling everybody everything. It’s allowing the right people to actually know you.Feel free to leave a comment because I love to talk! Also taking suggestions for future “how to” videos. Would love to hear them! • How to Stand Up to Your Parents 01.08.2026 6m
Hey kids this is a “how to stand up to your parents” video. I think one of the hardest transitions into adulthood is realizing that loving your parents and living your own life are not mutually exclusive.A lot of us become adults everywhere except around our parents. We overexplain, panic, change our minds, or ask for permission when what we’re really looking for is approval. The problem isn’t that we don’t know what we want. It’s that disappointing the people who raised us can feel terrifying. So I hope this video gives you a practical framework for making your own decisions, communicating them with respect, and setting boundaries without becoming disrespectful. Because standing up to your parents isn’t about winning an argument. It’s about learning to respect them without surrendering your adulthood.Feel free to leave a comment because I love to talk! Also taking suggestions for future “how to” videos. I’d love to hear them! Go to https://nor3mak.com/ if you’d like to work through these conversations with me one-on-one :)
  • How to Mind Your Business 28.07.2026 9m
Hey kids this is a “how to mind your business” video. I think one of the most overlooked signs of emotional maturity is realizing that not every thought, opinion, or emotional reaction deserves to become someone else’s problem.A lot of people mistake personal discomfort for moral responsibility. They see someone wearing something they wouldn’t wear, believing something they don’t believe, or living differently than they would—and suddenly feel the need to correct them. (boo!)But disagreement is not the same as harm.So I hope this video helps you recognize the difference between preference and principle, understand why certain harmless choices trigger such strong reactions, and learn the three questions I ask before deciding whether something is actually my business.Because maturity isn’t agreeing with everything you see. It’s learning that you can dislike something without needing it to stop existing.Feel free to leave a comment because I love to talk! Also taking suggestions for future “how to” videos. I’d love to hear them! Go to https://nor3mak.com/ if you’d like to work through situations like this one-on-one :)
