A soft place to land for when you have had enough guided sleep meditation VOICE ONLY 13.09.2026 3t 30minEpisode Notes – "Here I Am, Still Here: A Soft Place to Land" In this episode, I share a gentle, looping meditation for the days when you've simply had enough. We begin with a soft, honest ramble from my morning here in the Barossa and then ease into a repetitive practice using phrases like "Here I am" and "I'm still here" to help you rest, regulate, and remember that your presence matters, exactly as you are. If this podcast supports you and you're in a position to do so, your donations truly change everything. They help me keep creating trauma‑informed, accessible practices and allow others—who may not be able to pay right now—to still receive this support. It's a way of paying it forward so our little community of care can continue. For when you have completely had enough- Looped relaxing comfort guided meditation VOICE ONLY 10.09.2026 2t 59minHello lovely ones, As always, you hear things first here. I've been reflecting on how grateful I am to be doing this work – teaching, creating meditations, and studying – and how much I'm absolutely loving my job more and more. It's a juggle, but it's an enjoyable juggle. I'm recording these notes at four in the morning. The night sky is stunning, my son has just got up, and I've made him his very specific crumpet recipe: soak them in maple syrup, then add Nutella, then more maple syrup on top. The kittens have finally emerged from under the couch and are now racing around the house with complete, reckless joy. It's a messy, beautiful, real-life moment – and I'm so glad I get to share it with you. Thank you so much for supporting me and Patrick. I have two assessments due in the next few days, so I've been a little quieter than usual, but I am still here, still creating, and still holding you in mind as I design each practice. Honestly, I would not be creating this content without your support. Your generosity genuinely makes this work possible. Thank you, from my heart. Fed Up to Okay – Guided Meditation for When You're Done and Exhausted Voice only 01.09.2026 2t 41minFed Up to Okay – A Meditation for When You're Done, Drained, or Overwhelmed In this gentle, looping meditation, Lauren invites you to come exactly as you are – fed up, exhausted, grieving, frustrated, or simply "not okay." Together, you'll explore small, compassionate steps toward being okay enough, even when life itself isn't okay yet. Through simple breathing, grounding through the senses, and nervous-system-aware language, this practice supports you to: Notice strong feelings (frustration, fed up, done) and soften around them Return to what is in your control: your breath, posture, next small step, and attitude Work with the phrase "Right now, I am safe enough to breathe" as a gentle anchor Use "one percenters" – tiny kind acts – to move through grief, stress, or burnout over time Remember that again is allowed: you can fall, rise, adjust, and continue You'll also hear the soundscape of early morning in South Australia – cockatoos and birds as a living reminder that we rarely get perfect quiet, but we can still practice with what we have. Thank you for listening and for bringing your real, human moments into this space. Your presence here matters. If this episode supports you and you'd like to go deeper with more practices, reflections, and community resources, you can support Lauren and access extra content on Patreon: 👉 Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/cw/laurenostrowskifenton -

Do This Before Bed A Vagus Nerve Reset for Deep Healing Sleep guided meditation 02.08.2026 1t 1minDo this before bed to calm your nervous system, support your vagus nerve, and drift into deep, healing sleep. This gentle vagus nerve reset meditation is designed to help you shift from fight-or-flight into rest-and-digest using slow breathing, soft sighs, self-compassion, and a tender full-body scan. You're invited to arrive exactly as you are—busy-minded, tired, or tender-hearted—and be reminded again and again: you are safe, you are held, you are okay as you are. In this sleep meditation you will: - Use slow, rhythmic breathing and soft sighs to send a message of safety through your whole system - Explore a somatic hug and soothing (or imagined) self-touch to gently tone the vagus nerve - Experience a warm, tender body scan with visualization, from the crown of the head all the way to sleepy toes - Ground into three points of support beneath you and feel fully held and supported - Practice kindness, acceptance, and letting go of attachment and expectations - Rest into healing affirmations such as: - I am safe to rest - My body is heard - My body's natural healing is active now - rest deeply now This practice is ideal as a bedtime meditation, sleep hypnosis style relaxation, or a nervous system reset at the end of a long day. Listen lying down or seated, let the ground meet you where you are, and allow your body to remember how to rest, repair, and heal. If your mind wanders, that's perfectly okay. Thoughts can simply float by—like leaves on a slow stream—as you are gently guided back to your breath, your body, and the steady support beneath you. 🕯 Best used: - Before sleep or during the night if you wake up - When you feel wired, overwhelmed, or stuck in worry - As part of your nighttime routine to train your system to feel safe to rest Chapters 0:00 Welcome, intention & arriving just as you are 0:05 Gentle breathing, soft sighs & "I am safe to rest" 0:12 Somatic hug, soothing self-touch & vagal toning 0:18 Tender body scan with warm summer air visualization 0:24 Grounding, kindness to the body & releasing excess energy 0:30 Vagus nerve explanation & self-healing guidance 0:33 Repeating relaxation cues, deep reassurance & drift into sleep About Lauren Ostrowski Fenton Lauren Ostrowski Fenton is a meditation teacher, yoga instructor, counselor, and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner based in South Australia.
