359. Can ‘Nice Girls’ Win In Business & Life? Chatting With Kelly Ehlers 13.09.2026 33min In this episode of The Face Yoga Expert Podcast, I’m joined by entrepreneur, founder and author Kelly Ehlers for a conversation about success, kindness, ambition, self-worth and giving ourselves permission to choose again. So many women have consciously created the life they thought they wanted — the career, the relationship, the family, the home, the success — and are incredibly grateful for it. But what happens when, underneath all of that, there’s a quiet feeling of “Is this it?” And perhaps an even bigger question: Can we want more without being ungrateful for everything we already have? Kelly believes we absolutely can. Kelly is an award-winning entrepreneur who has spent more than 16 years building businesses and brands. She scaled The Evoke Agency into an agency working with major global brands, with the company earning a place on the Inc. 500/5000 five times. She is also the founder of The Tease Media and author of the forthcoming book Nice Girls Win. What I particularly love about Kelly’s message is her belief that we don’t need to become harder, colder or less ourselves in order to succeed. In fact, kindness, generosity, empathy and integrity can be some of our greatest strengths in both business and life. In this conversation, we talk about the invisible contracts so many women unknowingly live by — the idea that our needs should come last, that wanting something different makes us ungrateful, or that once we’ve chosen a particular life or season, we have to stay there. We explore what it means to choose again without burning everything down. Choosing again doesn’t have to mean quitting your job, ending your relationship or completely changing your life. Sometimes it simply means recognising that you’re allowed to evolve and enter a new season. We also talk about the fascinating difference between wanting, needing and deserving. What happens when instead of saying, “I want this,” we begin to believe, “I deserve this”? Kelly and I delve into manifestation too, not simply vision boards or wishful thinking, but what happens when we genuinely embody the belief that the things we’re calling into our lives are possible for us. We also discuss Kelly’s own extraordinary business journey, the challenges she faced along the way, boundaries, people-pleasing, self-worth and why being a “nice girl” doesn’t mean playing small. Kelly’s work challenges the traditional idea that success requires women to become tougher or less caring. Her message is about winning without losing yourself in the process. This is such an inspiring conversation for anyone who is ambitious but wants success to feel good too and particularly for women who are beginning to wonder whether they’re ready for their next chapter. Find Kelly You can discover more about Kelly, her work and Nice Girls Win here: Website: https://www.nicegirlswin.com Instagram: @kellyehlers Become a Face Yoga Teacher And before we get into today’s conversation, I also share a little about my Accredited Face Yoga Teacher Training Course. If you love Face Yoga and would like to take your knowledge to the next level, whether that’s to teach professionally, incorporate Face Yoga into an existing wellness business or create a completely new career for yourself, my training gives you the techniques, knowledge and confidence to get started. It feels particularly fitting alongside today’s conversation because sometimes choosing again doesn’t require changing your whole life. It can simply begin by taking one step towards something that excites you. 358. 5 Ways to Motivate Yourself to Do Face Yoga (When You Really Don’t Feel Like It!) 06.09.2026 8minWe all know that consistency is key when it comes to Face Yoga. But knowing what to do and actually motivating yourself to do it regularly are two very different things! After more than two decades of practising and teaching Face Yoga, one of the questions I’m asked most often is: “How do I stay consistent with Face Yoga?” So in this solo episode of The Face Yoga Expert Podcast, I’m sharing 5 simple ways to motivate yourself to practise Face Yoga, even on the days when you’re busy, tired, distracted or simply don’t feel like doing it. These aren’t about creating another rigid wellness routine or putting more pressure on yourself. Instead, they’re small, realistic shifts that can help Face Yoga become an enjoyable and sustainable part of your everyday self-care routine. In this episode, I talk about: Why just 2 minutes of Face Yoga can be enough to keep your habit going How to attach Face Yoga to things you already do, such as your skincare routine, shower, watching TV or bedtime Why choosing the facial exercises, face massage and acupressure techniques you genuinely enjoy can make consistency easier The importance of focusing on how Face Yoga makes you feel, not only how it makes you look How Face Yoga can support relaxation, help release facial and jaw tension and create a moment of calm Why dropping the all-or-nothing mindset may be one of the most important things you can do What consistency really means — and why missing a day, a week or even longer doesn’t mean you’ve failed My biggest reminder in this episode is that there is no perfect Face Yoga routine. Consistency isn’t about doing something perfectly every single day. It’s about coming back to it again and again. Face Yoga should ultimately be an act of self-care, not another reason to be hard on yourself. SPECIAL FACE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING BONUS If you’ve been thinking about taking your love of Face Yoga further, I also have a special bonus available for my accredited Face Yoga Teacher Training course. 355. What I Wore In Greece & Why It Mattered For My Mindset 16.08.2026 13minIn this short solo episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of what I packed and wore for our family holiday in Greece — but this episode is about so much more than clothes. I’ve always believed that wellness is about the whole picture. It’s the way we move, the way we think, the way we care for ourselves and, perhaps surprisingly, even the way we dress. Fashion can have such an impact on how we feel, and being more intentional about what we wear can be a simple way to shift our mindset, confidence and energy. In this episode, I talk about: What I packed and wore for our family holiday in Greece The connection between fashion, mindset and wellness My simple approach to packing without taking too much How to rediscover older pieces in your wardrobe and make them feel fresh again Being intentional about dressing for the way you want to feel Why practicality still matters when choosing what to wear How clothes can help us step into a different energy or version of ourselves Embracing the season we are in Why feeling good in what you wear doesn’t have to mean constantly buying something new This is a light, personal episode with some simple ideas you can take into your next holiday, your wardrobe and your everyday life. I hope it inspires you to look at the clothes you already own in a slightly different way and to think about not just how you want to look, but how you want to feel. 354. What I Have Changed My Mind About After 21 Years in the Wellness Industry 09.08.2026 25min After more than two decades working in the wellness and beauty industry, I’ve realised that some of my strongest beliefs have completely changed. In this personal solo episode, I’m sharing the lessons that only time, experience and thousands of conversations with clients have taught me. From ageing and skincare to hormones, exercise, success and beauty standards, I talk honestly about how my perspective has evolved over the last 21 years. In this episode, I share: Why my view of ageing has shifted from trying to look younger to embracing healthy, vibrant ageing. The biggest lessons I’ve learnt about skincare and why simplicity often works better than complexity. How my approach to exercise has changed and why supporting your nervous system matters just as much as pushing your body. What I’ve learnt about stress, hormones and the importance of looking after your overall wellbeing. The supplements I now prioritise (and the ones I no longer believe everyone needs). How my definition of success has completely changed over the years. My changing thoughts on fashion, beauty and learning to feel comfortable in your own skin. The evolution of the wellness and beauty industry over the past two decades. Personal stories, reflections and the biggest mindset shifts that have shaped both my life and my business. Whether you’ve followed me for years or you’re new to the podcast, I hope this episode encourages you to question old beliefs, embrace change and remember that growth often comes from being willing to evolve. Mentioned in this episode I also mention my 10 Minute Face Yoga for Sexy, Sculpted, Smooth Skin Over 40 course. If you’d like to find out more, you can do so here: https://www.faceyogaexpert.com/smooth_skin_over_40 Thank you so much for listening. 353. Why You’re Still Stuck + How To Finally Take Action 02.08.2026 13min Have you ever noticed that dreaming, planning and setting goals often feels exciting… but actually taking the action is the part that feels hardest? After more than 21 years building a successful wellness business, I’ve realised that most people don’t struggle because they lack ideas. They struggle because fear, procrastination, perfectionism and self-doubt stop them from taking the consistent action that creates real results. In this episode, I’m sharing the mindset shifts and practical strategies that have helped me build an international business while staying true to my values. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been in business for years, these simple tips will help you stop overthinking and start moving forwards. In this episode, I talk about: Why planning, dreaming and goal setting often feel easier than taking action. The hidden reasons we stay stuck, including fear, procrastination, feeling too busy, imposter syndrome and waiting until we feel “ready.” Why confidence usually comes after taking action, not before it. Five practical ways to start making consistent progress in your business and life. The five action steps I share: 1. Start before you’re readyDon’t wait for the perfect moment. Action creates confidence, clarity and momentum. 2. Make the next step ridiculously smallWhen a goal feels overwhelming, shrink it until it feels almost impossible to say no. 3. Schedule action in your diaryTreat the most important tasks in your business like appointments you wouldn’t cancel. 4. Done is better than perfectPerfection delays progress. Publishing, launching and learning will always move you forwards faster than waiting for everything to be perfect. 5. Expect discomfort… but do it anyway Growth nearly always feels uncomfortable. The people who succeed aren’t fearless—they simply learn to keep moving despite the discomfort. I hope this episode leaves you feeling inspired to stop waiting and start taking the small, consistent actions that create lasting success. Work with me If you’re ready to gain more clarity, build a business that feels aligned with your values and receive personalised support, I’d love to work with you through my private one-to-one business coaching. 352. The 10-Minute Meditation That Changed How I Feel About Ageing 26.07.2026 11min What if one simple practice could completely change the way you think and feel about ageing? In this week’s episode, I’m guiding you through a calming meditation that I return to whenever I want to reconnect with gratitude for my face, my body and the privilege of growing older. You can listen with your eyes closed in a quiet space, allowing yourself to fully relax, or simply play it in the background while you’re walking, tidying the house or going about your day. Even if you’re not consciously focusing on every word, your mind can still absorb the positive messages. This meditation is designed to: Calm your nervous system. Relax your mind, body and facial muscles. Help reduce stress and tension held in the face. Shift your mindset from fear of ageing to gratitude for ageing. Cultivate greater self-love, self-acceptance and confidence. Support a more positive relationship with your reflection. Complement your Face Yoga practice by encouraging you to approach it from a place of kindness rather than criticism. I’ve always believed that Face Yoga is about so much more than exercises. The way we think about ourselves, the emotions we carry and the relationship we have with our face all influence how we care for ourselves each day. When we move away from self-judgement and towards appreciation, our wellbeing often improves, our stress levels reduce and our healthy habits become much easier to maintain. I hope this meditation leaves you feeling calmer, lighter and more connected to yourself. Continue your natural lifting journey If you’d like to combine this positive mindset with practical techniques to naturally lift, tone and rejuvenate your face, I’d love you to join my 7 Day Natural Face Lift With Face Yoga course. You’ll learn my signature combination of facial exercises, massage, acupressure, relaxation techniques and wellness practices to help you create healthier, more radiant skin naturally in just 12 minutes a day. 351. I Felt Overwhelmed… Then a Friend Told Me to Try This 19.07.2026 14minLately, life has felt busy. Like so many of us, I’ve found myself moving from one task to the next, focusing on what needs doing rather than truly noticing the beauty that’s already around me. Then I had a conversation with a friend. I realised she has a wonderful way of romanticising her life. Not in the sense of romance or relationships, but in how she notices the small, meaningful moments throughout her day and creates little rituals simply because they bring her joy. That conversation completely shifted my perspective. In this episode, I share how I’ve started embracing this mindset myself, why it’s helping me feel calmer, more present and more grateful, and how it can be a beautiful way to reduce overwhelm and reconnect with yourself. I also explore the idea of glimmers – those tiny moments of joy, peace or connection that help regulate our nervous system and remind us that happiness is often found in the simplest everyday experiences. This is a gentle, uplifting episode that invites you to slow down, notice more and create a life that feels just as beautiful as it looks. In This Episode You’ll Learn: What it really means to romanticise your life (and why it has nothing to do with romance). How a simple conversation with a friend changed my perspective. Why finding beauty in ordinary moments can help ease feelings of overwhelm. What “glimmers” are and how they can positively influence your nervous system. Why doing things purely because they bring you joy is so important. Easy ways to bring more presence, gratitude and intention into everyday life. How small daily rituals can help you feel calmer, happier and more connected. Key Takeaway Life doesn’t have to be extraordinary to feel magical. When we slow down enough to notice the little moments, create simple rituals and allow ourselves to do things simply because they make us feel good, we often discover that joy has been there all along. 350. The Business Advice I Only Share With My Coaching Clients 12.07.2026 23min What if growing your business wasn’t about doing more, but about doing the right things consistently? In this episode, I’m sharing three of the biggest lessons I regularly discuss with my private business coaching clients. These aren’t complicated strategies or quick wins. They’re simple principles that have helped me build a wellness business over the last 20 years in a way that feels sustainable, aligned and enjoyable. Whether you’re a wellness entrepreneur, personal brand, coach, teacher or creative business owner, these ideas will help you simplify your approach and focus on what really matters. In this episode, I talk about: Why clarity is the foundation of every successful business. How understanding your unique strengths helps you stand out in a crowded market. The importance of clear messaging and knowing exactly who you help. Why consistency beats perfection every time. How small, daily actions create long-term growth and trust. Why chasing every trend often slows your progress. How calm can become your greatest business advantage. Why making decisions from a regulated, intuitive place leads to better results. How creating a business that supports your wellbeing leads to greater freedom and longevity. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck or unsure about your next step, I hope this episode reminds you that building a successful business doesn’t have to feel complicated. Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs come from simplifying. If you’re interested in working with me one-to-one through my private Business & Personal Brand Coaching, I’d love to hear from you.
