236: Transactional Health Goals 15.09.2026 12minWhat if the scale froze today and never moved again? Would you still want to eat, move, sleep, and take care of yourself the way you are right now? For overachievers, it's easy to bring transactional energy into our health goals. We follow the plan, put in the effort, and expect the scale to pay us back. And when it doesn't happen on our timeline, resentment, frustration, and "why bother?" can quickly creep in. In this episode, I'm exploring what happens when we stop keeping score with our bodies and start paying attention to a different kind of return. The kind that may never show up on a scale, spreadsheet, or tracker, but can completely change the way you experience taking care of yourself. 235: Time vs. Reps: Why More Time Won't Get You to Your Health Goal 08.09.2026 15minWhat if time isn't actually the reason you haven't reached your goal? As high-achieving women, it's easy to believe that we simply need more time, a calmer season, or fewer responsibilities before we can finally follow through. But in this episode, I'm challenging that idea and sharing a clip from a recent coaching call inside The Unstoppable Group about what actually creates results. We're talking about the difference between letting time pass and intentionally putting in high-quality reps, especially on the days when you don't feel motivated, excited, or perfectly on track. If you've ever told yourself, "I'll start tomorrow," this episode might change the way you think about your timeline entirely. 234: Achieving the Impossible Goal (TEDx Story Bonus Episode) 01.09.2026 15minThe TEDx talk is officially done. After months of preparing, rehearsing, getting rejected, trying again, and thinking about those 12 minutes on the Red Circle, I expected to wake up afterward feeling completely different. But that's not exactly what happened. In this bonus episode, I'm sharing what surprised me most on the other side of accomplishing an "impossible" goal, including the patterns that showed up right before I stepped on stage, what helped me stop performing and start connecting, and why the biggest transformation often happens long before anyone else can see it. We're also talking about the people and environments we surround ourselves with, and how much they can shape what we believe is possible for us. 233: Overthinking + Nerves the Week Before My TEDx Talk (TEDx Story, 4 of 4) 25.08.2026 9minThis is the final chapter of my TEDx story before I step onto the stage, and this time, I'm not telling it from the other side. I'm recording it in real time, just days before the talk, while the nerves, perfectionism, and overthinking are very much alive. In this episode, I'm sharing what surprised me about getting close to a big goal, why success can sometimes make our stress patterns louder instead of quieter, and the shift that's helping me stay grounded as the red circle gets closer. Because sometimes the hardest part isn't starting. It's letting yourself arrive. 232: How my Weight Loss Journey Prepared me for TEDx Rejections (TedX Story, 3 of 4) 18.08.2026 11minThis week, I'm sharing part three of my TEDx journey, and the part that I believe matters most when you're going after a big goal: what happens when you get rejected. As an overachiever, rejection can feel like so much more than a simple "no." It can quickly turn into questioning whether you're good enough or whether the goal was ever meant for you in the first place. In this episode, I'm sharing what my TEDx rejections brought up for me, how my 60-pound weight loss journey prepared me for these moments, and the skill I believe every overachiever needs if they want to create a bigger life. 231: Why We Procrastinate on Goals That Matter (My TEDx Story, 2 of 4) 11.08.2026 13minThis episode starts with a surprising realization: making the decision to chase a big dream isn't actually the hardest part. The real challenge begins after the excitement fades. In part two of my TEDx journey, I'm sharing the mindset shift that helped me move forward when motivation disappeared, and why this lesson changed not just my TEDx experience, but my weight loss journey too. If you've ever wondered why you procrastinate on the goals that matter most, or found yourself waiting to "feel motivated" before taking action, this episode will help you see those moments in an entirely new way. 230: I Landed a TEDx Talk and how almost talked myself out of it (TEDx Story, 1 of 4) 04.08.2026 12minA few years ago, I had a dream that felt way too big, and I almost talked myself out of it before I ever took the first step. In this episode, I'm sharing a milestone I've been waiting months to announce and the mindset shift that finally helped me stop dismissing my own dreams. This is the first episode in a four-part series that takes you behind the scenes of my TEDx journey. If you've ever had an idea that excited you only to immediately convince yourself it probably wasn't for you, this episode is for you. 229: The What If Loop and How Craving Certainty Keeps Overachievers Stuck (plus what to do instead)! 28.07.2026 10minWe're wrapping up the six-part summer series with the mindset pattern I see most often in the smartest women I work with: wanting to feel completely certain and in control before you take action. It sounds responsible. It even feels productive. But if you've ever spun through every "what if" scenario, you already know what this really is: a time machine that takes you out of the only moment you can actually control, which is right now. In this final bite-sized episode, I'm sharing the exact process I use to get myself out of the loop. 228: "I'll Decide Later" is Sabotaging Your Health Goal (and what to do about it) 21.07.2026 6minIf you've ever made a plan on Sunday and thought, "But what if I don't feel like eating that way by Thursday?" and then quietly made no plan at all, this one is for you, friend. In Part 5 of the Success Mindset summer series, I dig into the mindset that keeps so many of us overachievers stuck: the fear of feeling boxed in, and the way that fear quietly hands your most important decisions to the most depleted version of you. Here's the uncomfortable truth underneath it. The freedom you think you're protecting by "staying flexible" is the very thing draining your time, your energy, and your results. This is a short and sweet episode with a concept that gave me hours of my life back, and it reaches far past the plate. 227: Win Now by Doing the Hard Thing First 14.07.2026 10minIf you're the kind of woman who gets a little hit of satisfaction every time you cross something off your list, this one's for you, friend. Because here's what I've noticed after years of chasing those tiny checkboxes: the small, easy tasks we tell ourselves are "productive" are often the exact thing keeping us from the goal that actually matters. I call it procrasto-working, and overachievers are dangerously good at it. In part four of our six-part Success Mindset summer series, I'm sharing the shift I personally made that changed how I move through my entire day — starting with the hard thing instead of saving it for a version of me that has more time, more energy, and fewer emails (spoiler: she never arrives). It's a small reorder with a surprisingly big ripple effect, and it's less about discipline than you'd think. 226: How Overworking is Sabotaging Your Weight Loss Wins 07.07.2026 10minIf you're the kind of woman who scans the room to make sure everyone else is comfortable before you even think about yourself, this one is for you. Somewhere along the way, a lot of overachievers picked up a quiet belief: that rest has to be earned. That you can take care of yourself once the to-do list is finally done, once the fires are out, once everyone else is handled. It sounds generous on paper. But in Part 3 of the summer Success Mindset series, Priyanka does the real math on what that belief actually costs you, on the scale and off, and why the version of you that's running on fumes is never the version that gets to show up at your best. This episode is a permission slip. It's also a little uncomfortable, in the way the most important shifts usually are. If you've ever undone a whole week of wins between Friday and Sunday because you were desperate to squeeze in a break, come sit with this one. 225: Why Choosing Inconvenience Will Create Your Next Weight Loss Win 30.06.2026 10minMost overachievers don't fall short of their goals because they lack a plan. They fall short because they're running their life on autopilot — and a goal, by definition, means you want something different than what you have right now. In part two of the Success Mindset series, Priyanka unpacks the sneaky mindset that quietly keeps smart, busy women waiting: the when-then thought. When my calendar clears, then I'll focus on myself. When I finish this to-do list, then I'll take care of my health. If you've ever caught yourself waiting for the "right time" to recommit, this episode names exactly why that moment never quite arrives — and what to do instead. It's a million-dollar skill that applies on the scale and off, and most overachievers are leaving it completely on the table. 224: Double Your Weight Loss Results This Summer by Letting Go of All-or-Nothing Thinking (mindset series) 23.06.2026 8minIf you've ever caught yourself thinking, "If I can't do it perfectly, why even bother?" — this one's for you, friend. Welcome to the very first episode of a brand-new summer series, where I'm sharing shorter, more unfiltered, off-the-cuff thoughts on the mindset of success — the gaps I'm watching come up again and again for the overachieving women I coach every single week. We're kicking it off with the barrier I see derail more smart women than almost any other, especially this time of year: all-or-nothing thinking. It's the pattern that quietly convinces you to take your foot all the way off the gas the moment your calendar isn't perfect. And here's the part most overachievers never calculate — it's costing you the wins you could be having right now. In this episode, I'll walk you through where this pattern actually comes from, why it feels so convincing, and the one question that can change everything (without requiring A++ effort). 223: Coaching vs. Therapy, Self-Worth, and Raising Emotionally Aware Kids with Dr. Shivana Naidoo 16.06.2026 47minIf you've ever gotten the A+, the promotion, the passed board exam... and felt good for maybe two days before sprinting toward the next thing, this episode is for you. This week I'm joined by Dr. Shivana Naidoo, a child and adult psychiatrist I met at a women physicians conference, where her talk hit me so squarely in the heart that I tracked her down afterward and asked her to come on the show. We get into the chase, that hamster wheel so many smart, overachieving women are running without even noticing, because the running has become who we think we are. Shivana shares the moment she realized the system was never going to hand her the credit she was waiting for, and the small, slightly rebellious thing she did about it. About Dr. Shivana Naidoo: Dr. Shivana Naidoo, MD is a double board certified Adult Psychiatrist, and Child-Adolescent Psychiatrist, who aims to help her patients and community to know better, do better and feel better. She is the creator/host of the podcast Thinking It Through with Dr. Naidoo- Child Psychiatrist and the founder of DoBetterMD her telehealth private practice. She greatly enjoys working with female professionals and overachieving teens in her practice. 222: How to Lock In on your Health Goal 09.06.2026 23minIf you've ever told yourself "I'll get serious about this after summer… after the holidays… in January," this one's for you. There's a quiet thought error running underneath that delay, and once I name it, you won't be able to unsee it. So many of us keep pushing off the best parts of our lives because a primitive part of the brain has decided that losing the weight you want has to feel terrible and restrictive. And if that were true, of course you'd put it off. In this episode, I name that trap directly and share the one high-currency question that flips weight loss from "miserable" to an act of self-care, and gets the best parts of your brain back online. Because you don't have to choose between enjoying your one precious life and reaching your goals. You get to have both. Bonus Episode: Inside The Burn Stress Lose Weight Group Coaching Experience 04.06.2026 17minYou've done this before. You get a clean plan, the macros mapped out, a tidy calorie budget, and you feel completely ready... and then a busy work week, an on-call shift, or the after-school chaos quietly dismantles it by Wednesday. In this short bonus episode, I'm talking about why a plan on paper almost never survives real life, and what actually does. There's a big difference between having a strategy ChatGPT can spit out and having what I call million-dollar skills, the kind that transcend your calendar and don't run on willpower. I won't give all three away here, but I'll say this: they're the reason my clients don't just lose the weight, they go after bolder promotions, hold firmer boundaries, and feel more present at home. If you've been circling the idea of joining us inside Burn Stress, Lose Weight, Feel Unstoppable, this is the one to listen to first. Enrollment is open this week, and our next cohort starts next. 221: The Miserable Middle Maybe 02.06.2026 30minThere's a decision you've been carrying around. Maybe for weeks, maybe months, maybe (if you're honest) years. You've made the pros and cons list more than once and you're still circling. If that's you, friend, nothing is broken, you're not indecisive. You're a smart woman who learned to wait until you feel completely certain before you move. In this episode I name that holding pattern, do the math on what it's quietly costing you, and hand you the way out. 220: How A Busy ObGyn Physician Lost 40 Pounds Without Tracking Calories 26.05.2026 40minIf you've lost weight before only to gain it back, this conversation is for you. I'm bringing Dr. Kara Geoghegan back to the podcast because we're catching her at a part of the journey we rarely talk about — what happens after you hit your goal. Kara is a private practice OBGYN, a mom of four, married to another physician. She had every justification to say she didn't have time. She used to use them all. In this episode, Kara shares what it actually looked like to lose 30 pounds (and then 10 more) with a plan she loves, and the part she didn't expect — the 10 hours a week she got back in the process. About Dr. Kara Geoghegan: Kara Geoghegan is a dedicated OB-GYN, devoted mother of four, wife and lifelong learner with a passion for helping others. Known for balancing a demanding medical career with an active family life, she values meaningful connections, adventure, and personal growth. 219: 38 Pounds Down with Ashley Conway and taking quitting off the table 19.05.2026 37minAshley Conway came to me convinced she'd tried everything. A PA, planner, and overachiever to her core, she'd run the calorie-restriction route, the intense-cardio route, the I-just-need-a-better-spreadsheet route. The morning she called a friend to ask if bariatric surgery was her only option left, she found this podcast. Then she got pregnant — and messaged me asking if it even made sense to join the group. This episode is her honest answer to that question, and the story of how she lost 38 pounds, walked through pregnancy and postpartum without chasing a number, and built a relationship with herself she didn't know was possible. If her story stirs something in you, my next free live training, Lose 30 Pounds Without Calculating Anything, is happening Sunday, May 31st at 11am Eastern. About Ashley Conway: Ashley is a mom of three and aesthetic dermatology PA. 218: 24 Pounds Down with Erin Hennessey, Turning Weight Loss Into a Health Story 12.05.2026 29minHave you ever put off going to the doctor because you wanted to lose the weight first? If that hits, this episode is for you. This week I'm joined by my client Erin Hennesey — former state senator, CPA, mom of two — who shares what it actually looked like to stop the on-again-off-again cycle and lose the weight in a way that feels like a lifestyle upgrade. We get into the parts most weight loss conversations skip: the perfectionism that quietly keeps overachievers stuck, and what changed when Erin finally stopped circling and started. About Erin Hennessey: Erin Hennessey is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in the financial sector and public service. She graduated from Boston College's Carroll School of Management and began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has since worked with organizations including Callaway Golf Company, Resources Global Professionals, and the University of Northern Vermont.
