Making Nutrition-First Healthcare a Standard, Not a Luxury w/ Dr. Cheryl Lee Eberting 14.09.2026 48minDr. Cheryl Lee Eberting is paving the way in the functional medicine world. Her focus on nutrition first and prescriptions second is a mission I really align with, and I'm so glad she's tackling this challenge head-on. I think this is going to become a powerful tool for my listeners and honestly, it's an approach I hope the rest of the medical world follows one day. If you've ever left a doctor's appointment feeling unheard or frustrated you don’t have access to the tools you need, this conversation is just for you! Here are a few keys from our discussion: "Normal" labs don't mean optimal health. Cheryl Lee breaks down why so many moms get told everything looks fine on paper while still feeling exhausted, foggy, or just "off" and why that gap is exactly what nutrition-first care is designed to close. Functional medicine doesn't have to be out of reach. Through AZOVA, she's built a way for regular families to access functional medicine doctors, labs, and ongoing monitoring without the traditional cost and access barriers. Monitoring matters more than a one-time test. Instead of a single snapshot of your health, AZOVA's ongoing monitoring piece lets you actually track how your body responds over time, and adjust from there. Supplements should be personal, not generic. Recommendations are built around each person's actual labs and needs, not a one-size-fits-all protocol. You don't have to wait to start. Cheryl Lee shares small, practical steps a mom can take this week to start moving toward nutrition-first health, even before signing up for anything. Tune in now and share this one with a friend who is looking for access to more “whole”istic wellness. About our Guest: Dr. Cheryl Lee Eberting is a former NIH scientist, physician, and serial entrepreneur who founded AZOVA, a patented digital health platform helping people access affordable, personalized preventive care — from at-home lab testing to integrative primary care. She's been named Utah's #1 Female in Technology, an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and led AZOVA to be named Utah's fastest-growing company in 2023. Her mission is simple: build a healthcare system that's accessible, affordable, and actually helps people extend their healthy lifespan. Changing the Conversation Around Periods w/ Amber English 07.09.2026 1t 3minI first met Amber earlier this year at an expo, and I was completely amazed by her story. From there, I knew I had to have her on the podcast. In this episode, we get into how she built her company from the ground up, but also the beautiful role her faith has played along the way, including the story of her husband. I left this conversation feeling so uplifted and inspired, and I know you will too. Amber is doing so much good in the world, and I can't wait for you to hear her heart behind it. Here are a few of my biggest takeaways from our conversation: Period freedom is real, and it changes everything. Amber breaks down what actually shifts for a woman once she stops dreading her cycle and why that freedom is worth pursuing. Buy One Give One isn't just a giving program. Amber shares what she's witnessed firsthand on trips to give women access to safe period products, and why access impacts everything from health to education. The conversation around periods needs to change, starting at home. Amber offers real, practical guidance for moms introducing this topic to their daughters for the first time. Faith can shape how you build a business. Amber opens up about her faith journey in building her business and with her husband's story. Faith has guided the company from day one and her faith is inspiring! Tune in now and share with your lady friends!! Clothing 101: What's Really Touching Your Skin w/ Hannah Dunning 31.08.2026 1t 17minI've been on my non-toxic /less-toxic journey for almost 20 years now, and clothing is still one of the areas I'm just barely getting into. That's the thing about a health journey, everyone is at a different step. Maybe this episode is old news for you, or maybe it's the first time you've ever thought about what's touching your skin all day long. Wherever you're starting from, just take it one step at a time. The more we as consumers ask questions and demand better, the more this industry has to change. I loved this conversation with Hannah and everything she's doing in this space. It's such a good reminder of the power of one voice. What she's built started with her just asking questions, and now she's working to change an entire industry. Here are a few of my biggest takeaways from our conversation: Check your underwear! Hannah's research points to our undergarments — especially bras and sports bras — as some of the most important pieces to reconsider, since they sit directly against sensitive tissue for hours at a time. Sweat changes everything. When our pores open up during a workout (or just a hot day), our skin absorbs more of whatever our clothes are made of and treated with — which makes workout gear one of the first places to upgrade. Not all "certified clean" labels mean the same thing. GOTS certification actually tests the finished garment for over 100 different chemicals, which is a much higher bar than a lot of the sustainability buzzwords on clothing tags. "Natural" fabric isn't always the full story. Hannah walked us through why Tencel lyocell tends to be a cleaner process than conventional bamboo, even though both get marketed as eco-friendly. Our clothing laws haven't caught up. The regulations governing what's allowed in American clothing are decades old, which is part of why Hannah is working directly with brands, manufacturers, and even House Representatives to push for the country's first clothing safety bill. Share this with a friend looking to upgrade their closet! Bio: Hannah Dunning is a textile health advocate, founder of the world's first Clean Fashion Consulting firm, and founder of The Clean Clothing Coalition. She advises fashion brands, collaborates with manufacturers, and works alongside policymakers to advance transparency and higher safety standards for the chemicals used in clothing. Breast Cancer Screening Is Broken: What Every Woman Should Know w/ Dr. Jennifer Simmons 24.08.2026 1t 30minI love this conversation so much. At its core, it's about empowerment — education, knowing your options, and taking charge of your own health instead of waiting for someone else to hand you a plan. Dr. Jenn Simmons has spent her career cutting through mainstream noise around breast health, and I love how committed she is to creating something new instead of just accepting the way things have always been done. If you've ever felt confused or scared by the conversation around breast cancer risk, hormones, or screening, this episode will change the way you think about all of it. Here are a few of my biggest takeaways from our conversation: You need a health plan, not just a treatment plan. Conventional medicine is built to treat sickness — it's rarely built to help you build actual health. Dr. Jenn breaks down why so many women are missing this piece entirely. Mammograms miss more than you'd think. Standard mammograms miss up to 40% of breast cancers, and Dr. Jenn explains why the diagnostic difference between mammogram and non-mammogram screening isn't as clear-cut as we've been led to believe. Not every cancer cell becomes cancer. Roughly 25% of the time, cancer cells found in breast tissue never actually progress into cancer — a fact that changes how we should think about diagnosis and next steps. Screening needs to look at the whole picture. Dr. Jenn points out that similar numbers of women die from fractures as from breast cancer, yet our screening conversations rarely account for context like this. You can't make an informed decision without information. From dense breast tissue to hormone replacement therapy, Dr. Jenn walks through what women actually need to know — not just what they've been told — before making decisions about their own health. Send this to a women in your life who needs it! Bio of the guest: Dr. Jenn Simmons didn't just step away from breast cancer surgery — she walked out and sparked a revolution. As the founder of PerfeQTion™ Imaging, she's disrupting the fear, confusion, and medical dogma that have controlled women's breast health for generations. At PerfeQTion™ Imaging, she's transforming how women are screened for breast cancer with technology that's safer, smarter, and kinder to the body — no radiation, no compression, no trauma, because peace of mind shouldn't hurt. She's the author of The Smart Woman's Guide to Breast Cancer and host of the Keeping Abreast podcast, and she's on a mission to open PerfeQTion™ Imaging centers across the country and around the world — giving every woman access to safe, painless breast cancer screening, and the power to prevent a diagnosis instead of just reacting to one. We're partnering with world-class athletes who understand that when performance matters, ingredients matter — and there is no better place to start than with Amanda Anisimova. Amanda has been so open about her mental health journey, including her decision to step away from professional tennis in 2023 at the height of her career. That kind of vulnerability is rare in the professional athlete space, where the pressure to push through no matter what often runs so deep. I appreciate how honestly she talks about that season of her life, and I think this conversation is going to mean a lot to anyone who's ever felt like they needed permission to stop and take care of themselves first. This episode is coming out right before the US Open, and we are cheering Amanda on every step of the way! Here are a few of my biggest takeaways from our conversation: 1. Stepping away can be the strongest move you make. Amanda opens up about walking away from tennis in 2023 for her mental health, and what that journey looked like for her. 2. Rest looks different than we think. She shares what genuine rest looked like during her break, and the changes she made during that season that she still holds onto today. 3. Coming back on her own terms. Amanda talks about what made her feel ready to return to the court, and how she manages pressure differently now. 4. Fueling a body built for the world stage. From what "clean ingredients" means to her as a professional athlete to the routines she leans on most for training and recovery, Amanda gets real about what it actually takes behind the scenes. 5. Redefining success. She opens up about her support system, what she'd tell a young athlete, life on tour, and how her definition of success has changed since her comeback. Share this episode with your favorite tennis fan! Bio of the guest: Amanda Anisimova is a professional tennis player and one of the top-ranked women in the sport today. After stepping away from the tour in 2023 to prioritize her mental health, Amanda made a powerful return — reaching back-to-back Grand Slam finals at Wimbledon and the US Open in 2025 and climbing into the world's top 10. Known for her powerful, aggressive playing style, Amanda has become just as respected for her honesty about burnout, rest, and what it really takes to build a sustainable career at the highest level of professional sports. The Neuroscience of Becoming Your Best Self w/ Craig Manning 17.08.2026 1t 17minThis might genuinely be my favorite episode I've ever recorded! Dr. Craig Manning completely shifted how I think about stress, fear, and the stories we tell ourselves every single day. I walked away from this conversation seeing my own mind differently, and I think you will too — especially if you're a parent trying to raise kids who talk to themselves with kindness instead of criticism. Here are a few of my biggest takeaways from our conversation: Fear isn't real — we create it. Dr. Manning explained that fear doesn't exist in reality; it's something our brain manufactures. Once you understand that, you can start choosing a different response. Learning is the opposite of fear. The more we're in a state of genuine learning and curiosity, the less room fear has to take over — and chronic stress makes learning (and remembering) so much harder. Self-talk is neuroscience, not just a buzzword. We hear "self-talk" everywhere on social media, but Dr. Manning breaks down what's actually happening in the brain — and how inaccurate self-talk quietly reshapes our behavior. Discipline and self-criticism are not the same thing. One builds you up, one tears you down, and most of us have been mixing them up for years. Kids learn their self-talk from watching us. One small shift in how we speak to ourselves tonight could start rewiring how our kids talk to themselves for life. Everyone could benefit from listening to this podcast! Bio of the guest: Dr. Craig Manning is a Human Performance Consultant and bestselling author of The Fearless Mind: Five Essential Steps to Higher Performance. He's been an Adjunct Professor of Performance Psychology at Brigham Young University for over fifteen years and serves as a Mental Strength Coach for the university's athletic department. His clients include the Milwaukee Bucks, US Ski and Snowboarding teams, Red Bull High Performance, and organizations around the world. Dr. Manning's research shows that Cognitive Control — the ability to control one's own mind — predicts success better than IQ or family wealth. His formula: Potential + Training – Interference = High Performance. Through his methodology, he helps individuals, teams, and organizations acquire the mental performance skills that show up consistently in high performers, unlocking greater potential at the core. Constipated to Consistent: What Your Kid's Gut Is Trying to Tell You w/ Dr. Sheila Kilbane 10.08.2026 1t 4minI love episodes like this one, because they remind you that the answers we're looking for are usually simpler than we think. We talk to a lot of experts on this show, but what stood out most about this conversation with Dr. Sheila Kilbane is how practical it all is — real, everyday solutions for something so many parents deal with and rarely talk about. If your child struggles with constipation, mood swings, sleep issues, or just seems "off" and you can't quite figure out why, this episode connects the dots in a way that actually makes sense. No complicated fixes here, just real answers, rooted in simple everyday practices. Here are a few of my biggest takeaways from our conversation: Constipation is way more common than we think. It's not some rare issue, it's affecting a huge number of kids and adults, often quietly. The gut and the brain are constantly talking to each other. Backed-up digestion can show up as irritability, meltdowns, anxiety, or trouble focusing, long before there's an obvious tummy complaint. Most of our serotonin is made in the gut, not the brain. Which means gut health has a direct line to how our kids actually feel, day to day. Sleep, mood, and poop are more connected than you'd guess. Restless nights and rough moods often trace back to what's happening in the gut. The warning signs aren't always digestive. Things like dark circles or skin bumps can be early gut clues most parents never learn to connect. Tune in now and share this one with a friend who needs to hear it! About Dr. Sheila Kilbane Sheila Kilbane, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician, TEDx speaker, best-selling author, and founder of Infinite Health in Charlotte, NC. For more than two decades, she has been on the leading edge of transforming pediatric healthcare through an integrative medicine approach that addresses the root causes of eczema, asthma, allergies, and gut issues. No More Excuses: What to Do When Motivation Runs Out w/ Noelle Pikus Pace 03.08.2026 51minNoelle Pikus Pace was ranked #1 in the world in skeleton when a freak accident shattered her leg and her Olympic dream in an instant. Most people would have walked away right there. Noelle came back the very next season and won the World Championship by the largest margin in the sport's history, and years later stood on an Olympic podium with a silver medal around her neck, her husband and kids by her side. We talked through what that whole journey taught her about consistency, mindset, and taking ownership of your very next decision. If you've ever felt "stuck," waiting for the right moment to start showing up for yourself, this conversation is a must listen for you! In this episode: From #1 in the world to a shattered leg. Noelle walks through the freak accident that ended her Olympic dream in 2005 — and the season that followed, when she came back to win the World Championship by the largest margin in the sport's history. Why "stuck" is usually a waiting problem. Noelle unpacks her central belief that we stay stuck because we're waiting for life to calm down, for confidence to show up, or for someone else to change and why progress actually starts with your very next decision. What consistency is really built on. Noelle and Karalynne dig into why motivation runs out and what actually holds up when life gets busy plus where most people go wrong when they're chasing better health or bigger goals. The Daily 3 and the 60-second rule. Two simple tools Noelle uses to turn tiny daily decisions into lasting identity change and why she believes small moments shape us more than big goals do. Mindset on the track and at home. Noelle shares how the way she chooses to see hard situations has shaped outcomes in both her sport and her family life. Noelle also opens up about how becoming a mom changed her definition of winning. About Noelle Pikus Pace Noelle Pikus Pace is an Olympic silver medalist, two-time World Champion, and 26-time World Cup medalist in the sport of skeleton. In 2005, ranked #1 in the world, she was struck by a runaway bobsled in a freak accident that shattered her leg and her Olympic dreams — only to come back the next season and become the first American woman to win the Skeleton World Championships, by the largest margin in the sport's history. At the 2010 Vancouver Games she competed on a sled built by her husband, finishing just shy of the podium, before returning one final time in 2014 to win Olympic silver with her husband and two children by her side; her celebration leap into the stands was named the USOPC's "Moment of the Games." Outside of sport, Noelle is a best-selling author (Focused and No Excuses), holds an MBA, and is a mother of four. She now speaks to corporate audiences around the world, helping teams and leaders turn setbacks into comebacks through focus, resilience, and intention. Finding Hope in Cancer Treatment w/ Dr. Antonio Jimenez 28.07.2026 59minThis is one of the episodes that has stayed with me since we hit record. Dr. Antonio "Dr. Tony" Jimenez has spent more than 30 years in integrative oncology, and getting to sit down with him and learn about his approach to cancer care was genuinely one of the most inspiring conversations I've had on this podcast. We talked through his 7 Key Principles of Cancer Therapy, and dove deep into nutrition, detoxification, and the connection between emotions and cancer — topics I know so many of you are curious about. If you know someone walking through a cancer diagnosis or treatment right now, please send them this episode. I think it will give them hope that there are so many options out there. Note: this episode was recorded in a different setting than usual, and you may notice a few small technical differences along the way, but we think our editor worked her magic, making it almost unnoticeable! In this episode: 1. The 7 Key Principles, explained. Dr. Tony breaks down why he believes cancer can't be approached from just one angle, and introduces the framework that guides his entire practice: non-toxic therapies, immunomodulation, detoxification, restoring the microbiome, full-spectrum nutrition, oxygenation, and emotional/spiritual healing. 2. Full-Spectrum Nutrition. Karalynne and Dr. Tony talk through what "full-spectrum nutrition" actually means, common mistakes people make with food and cancer risk, and where to start if you want to eat in a way that supports your body 3. The emotional side of healing. Dr. Tony shares what he's observed in patients who do the inner emotional work, and what he tells someone who's just been diagnosed and might be scared for the road ahead. 4. Light, sound, and hope. Dr. Tony explains the light and sound therapies he's worked with for over two decades Dr. Antonio Jimenez, M.D., N.D., is the Founder and Chief Medical Officer of the Hope4Cancer Treatment Centers, with locations in Tijuana and Cancun, Mexico. From Seed to Scoop: Growing Microgreens Into a Daily Drink w/ Halie and Ricardo Camacho 20.07.2026 48minThis one has been two years in the making. I sit down with Ricardo and Halie, the husband-and-wife team behind Mico's Micro Farm, to finally tell the full story of how Just Ingredients' new microgreens drink came to life. What started as their own family's search for healing and health turned into a farm, a friendship, and now a greens drink flavored with only real food. In this episode, Ricardo and Halie on to walk through the whole journey: the health scare that started it all, what it really takes to grow microgreens the right way, why heavy metals are such a big deal in this category, and what it took to scale a small farm up to something that could supply this product. If you've been waiting for this drink, you're going to want to hear the story behind it before you try your first sip. In this episode: From family struggle to farm. Ricardo and Halie share how watching one of their kids struggle with their health pushed them to search for answers, and how that search turned into Mico's Micro Farm. The connection. Long before this greens drink idea came to be existed, Ricardo was personally delivering microgreens to Karalynne. Hear how that relationship grew into a 2+ year journey to bring this product to life. Why growing environment matters. Ricardo and Halie break down what makes their growing process different from typical produce farming, and why soil quality has such a direct impact on the nutrition and safety of what ends up in your kitchen. The heavy metal problem in greens powders. Not all greens powders are created equal. They explain why heavy metals are such a common concern in this category, and what their process does differently to address it. Scaling without losing quality. Going from local deliveries to a national product isn't simple. Ricardo and Halie talk through the unexpected hurdles of scaling up, and what they're most proud of in the quality they've maintained along the way. The Just Ingredients Difference. We talk about the many ways that this new drink is unique to any other greens on the market. We are so excited to get this microgreens drink into your hands. About Ricardo & Halie: Ricardo and Halie are the co-founders of Mico's Micro Farm. They started this after watching one of their kids struggle with their health and realizing how hard it was to find food they could actually trust to nourish them. Cellular Healing, Detox, & Hormone Balance w/ Dr. Daniel Pompa 13.07.2026 1t 14minAre you wondering if fasting will actually work for you, or why it hasn't worked the way you hoped? In this episode, I sit down with Dr. Daniel Pompa, a leading expert on cellular health and fasting, who shares the personal health crisis that first sent him down this path. He breaks down why fasting is doing something so much deeper in the body than most of us realize, and why it isn't a one-size-fits-all approach — especially for women. Here are a few of my biggest takeaways from our conversation: 1. Fasting is about a lot more than weight lossDr. Pompa breaks down what's actually happening on a cellular level when we fast — and why the number on the scale is really just a side effect of something much bigger. We also get into autophagy: what it is, when it kicks in, and how the body uses fasting to clear out old, damaged cells to make room for new ones. 2. Why eating less all day can actually backfireThis one might surprise you. Dr. Pompa explains why "grazing" and constantly under-eating can send the body into a stress response that actually works against fat loss and detox — the opposite of what so many of us have been taught. 3. Fasting as a form of detox We talk about how fasting helps the body release stored toxins as it burns fat, what "detoxing the cell" really means, and why your body won't prioritize burning fat or detoxing if it doesn't feel safe first. 4. Finding the right fasting approach for youFrom feast-famine cycles to block fasting to partial fasting, Dr. Pompa lays out the different protocols and who each one is actually for, plus the practical, real-life stuff: what breaks a fast, how to ease into it, and how to fit fasting into a life that includes kids, travel, and busy seasons. This episode is a must-listen if you've ever felt confused, discouraged, or even a little afraid of fasting. My hope is it helps you feel more confident about whether, and how, fasting fits into your own health journey. What Our Food Scientist Won't Buy at the Supplement Store w/ Ruston Pack 06.07.2026 34minIn this episode, I sit down with Ruston Pack, our Food Scientist and Director of Quality and Regulatory at Just Ingredients, who's spent 7 years in R&D, manufacturing, and food science, and has seen firsthand some of the wildest things that happen behind the scenes in the supplement industry. Ruston pulls back the curtain on what's actually happening inside a supplement bottle between the day it's made and the day you take it, and some of it might surprise you. Here are a few of my biggest takeaways from our conversation: Supplement labels don't work like you think We talk about the difference between a Nutrition Facts Panel and a Supplement Facts Panel, and why that distinction matters. Ruston breaks down whether the amount listed on a label is exactly what's in the product, and whether companies only have to hit that number on day one, or all the way through the expiration date. Why supplements break down over time Light, oxygen, moisture, heat — supplements are fighting a slow battle against all of it from the moment they're manufactured. We get into why certain ingredients are especially hard to keep stable, and what you can look for as a consumer. Gummies are the hardest format to get right If you've ever wondered why your gummy vitamins taste a little different bottle to bottle, this is why. We talk about why water is the enemy of stability, what actually happens to melatonin and other actives as gummies sit on a shelf, and why some companies use large overages to compensate. Ruston also gets into the creatine conversation, and why the gold-standard powder form gets tricky the moment it's mixed into a gummy or a drink. How to shop smarter We close out with the practical part: what to actually look for on a label, what separates a company that's cutting corners from one that's genuinely trying to do formulation right. This one is a must-listen if you've ever tossed a supplement in your cart without a second thought. My hope is it helps you feel a little more confident reading labels and asking better questions about what you're actually giving your family. Tune in now and share this one with a friend who needs to hear it. Bio: Ruston is a chemist by education and a food scientist by profession. He has worked in multiple food and supplement co-manufacturing facilities as an R&D scientist and has extensive experience in formulation, ingredient validation, supplement facts panel verification, and batch corrections for major brands in the industry. He is deeply familiar with the ways companies use deceptive marketing, hide ingredients, and cut corners. Ruston has also studied analytical testing methods used to validate label claims and ensure product integrity. At Just Ingredients, Ruston serves as the Quality and Compliance Manager. He oversees and audits our co-manufacturers, protects product quality, and creates scientific substantiation files to ensure our supplement claims are accurate, compliant, and backed by strong research. We talk about what’s really going on beneath the surface when it comes to kids’ health—and how symptoms like eczema may be pointing to much deeper root causes. Choosing more whole, organic foods can be a simple but powerful step for families. 2. Eczema is not just a skin issue Eczema isn’t just something to manage with creams and topical treatments. The connection between eczema and other conditions We also talk about the patterns Dr. Temple sees in practice, including links between eczema, ADHD, and other immune-related challenges. Cortisol is often called the “stress hormone,” but as Jared explains, it’s not inherently bad. In fact, healthy cortisol patterns are essential for energy, focus, and helping our bodies respond to everyday stressors. The problem arises when chronic stress disrupts those natural rhythms, leading to imbalances that can affect everything from sleep to blood sugar regulation. We also dive into the powerful relationship between sleep, cortisol, and gut health. Jared shares how even one night of poor sleep can negatively impact insulin sensitivity and why ongoing stress may contribute to issues like leaky gut and metabolic dysfunction. Finally, we discuss GLP-1 and its role in appetite regulation, blood sugar balance, and metabolic health. Before turning to medications, Jared encourages listeners to address foundational factors like stress management, sleep quality, and gut health. We also cover lifestyle strategies and nutrients that may help support healthy GLP-1 production naturally. Here are a few key takeaways from our conversation: Why cortisol is essential for health—and what happens when levels are too high or too low How chronic stress can impact metabolism, blood sugar, and overall wellness The connection between poor sleep and reduced insulin sensitivity How elevated cortisol levels may contribute to gut health challenges The role GLP-1 plays in appetite regulation and metabolic health Natural ways to support healthy GLP-1 production, including prioritizing protein intake and key nutrients like berberine and bitter melon Practical tips for improving sleep and managing stress Whether you're struggling with energy, weight management, sleep, or blood sugar balance, this conversation offers practical tools to help you better understand your body and support your long-term health. Bio: Jared St. Clair has spent his life helping people optimize their vitality through education and supplementation. Could Your Dental Work Be Making You Sick? w/ Dr. Michelle Jorgensen 15.06.2026 58minIn today’s episode I’m sitting down with Dr. Michelle Jorgensen, and we’re taking a closer look at dental health and how it can have a much bigger impact on overall wellness than most of us are ever taught. Here are a few key takeaways from our conversation: 1. Mercury fillings and what to know: Dr. Jorgensen shares her experience and what she’s learned about silver fillings and mercury exposure. We talk about why the removal process matters and why it’s so important to only work with a dentist trained in safe protocols like SMART removal to help minimize exposure during the process. 2. Root canals and hidden infection risk: We also dive into root canals and why they’ve become a point of concern for some practitioners. Dr. Jorgensen explains how trapped or residual tissue in the tooth structure can sometimes become a source of chronic, low-grade infection. 3. Wisdom teeth removal and proper healing: Another important topic we cover is wisdom teeth extraction and how technique can influence long-term healing. Dr. Jorgensen shares what to look for in a provider and why things like proper tissue removal and supportive therapies (like ozone) can play a role in reducing complications and supporting recovery. This episode is such an important one for anyone who wants to understand the connection between dental procedures and whole-body health. Bio: Today’s guest is Dr. Michelle Jorgensen, a former traditional dentist turned holistic health pioneer, who helps exhausted, health-conscious people finally feel like themselves again—by starting where health actually begins: your cells. How to Keep Moving Forward Through Hard Times w/ Ashleigh & Kara 08.06.2026 37minIn this episode, I’m sitting down with my friends Ashley and Kara for an honest, lighthearted, and powerful conversation about healing, resilience, and what it actually looks like to move through hard seasons of life. We laughed, we got vulnerable, and we talked through the real-life tools that have supported us through mental health challenges, business pressures, and everything in between. I left this conversation feeling so grateful for their openness—and I think you will too. Here are a few key takeaways from our conversation: The power of being a problem solver: One thing that really stood out is the mindset of “we’ll figure it out.” Whether it’s in business, motherhood, or personal struggles, approaching challenges with curiosity instead of panic can completely shift the outcome. There’s something powerful about not getting stuck, and instead choosing to move forward one step at a time. Healing is not one-dimensional: We talked a lot about how healing rarely comes from just one thing. It’s often a combination of supports—nutrition, movement, therapy, rest, community, and more. When we think of health as “multiple hoses on a fire,” it removes the pressure of needing one perfect solution and instead opens the door to a more holistic approach. You are not alone: Both Ashley and Kara shared parts of their mental health journeys, including seasons of depression and the long process of finding what truly helps. One of the most important reminders from this conversation is that your struggle does not define you—and there is hope, support, and help available even when it feels far away. I’m so grateful for this conversation and the reminder that healing looks different for everyone, but no one has to walk it alone. I hope this episode meets you where you are and gives you encouragement for your own journey. Liana shares how being diagnosed with early-stage cancer at just 21 became a turning point that changed everything. One of the most impactful tools she shares is “Replacement Therapy,” where she recreated healthier versions of her favorite junk foods, helping her break cravings and support her healing journey. We also dive into her upcoming book The Truth About Seed Oils and talk about how industrial seed oils may contribute to inflammation, gut issues, hormonal imbalance, and chronic disease. Liana breaks down how to spot them on labels and why the type of fats we eat truly matters. Her story is a powerful reminder that healing is possible when we get back to real food and start paying attention to what’s in our everyday diet. Chronic Symptoms That Don't Add Up? Start Here w/ Juanique Roney 25.05.2026 53minI’m so excited to share this conversation with you—this episode features Juanique, founder of Provo Health. We take a closer look at Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) and what so many people are still missing when it comes to chronic illness, unexplained symptoms, and underlying immune system dysfunction. Here are a few key takeaways from our conversation: 1. What CIRS actually is (and what triggers it) Juanique shares her personal story with CIRS and explains how it’s not just “mold illness.” It’s an immune system dysregulation that can be triggered by multiple stressors—viruses like COVID, environmental toxins like mold, and more. If you’re dealing with symptoms like chronic fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, or just feeling “off,” this conversation will help you better understand what might be happening underneath the surface. 2. Why proper testing matters so much One of the biggest issues with CIRS is that it’s often missed. Standard labs don’t typically look at the inflammatory markers needed for diagnosis, which means many people are left without answers. 3. Turning off the “faucets” Once you identify CIRS, the next step is finding what’s driving the inflammation—whether that’s mold exposure, chronic stress, or hidden infections. But healing doesn’t stop there. We also talk about the importance of actually repairing the body and calming the immune system through a more comprehensive approach. This episode is such an important one for anyone navigating chronic health challenges or trying to make sense of persistent symptoms that haven’t been explained elsewhere. The Science Behind Our New Sports Nutrition Line w/ Dr. Ben Bikman 11.05.2026 40minIn this episode, I sit down with Dr. Ben Bikman to discuss the science behind our new sports line, focusing on ketones, creatine, and endurance nutrition. We break down how these ingredients support energy production, brain function, and athletic performance—grounded in real science, not hype. 1. Ketones as an alternative fuel source Ketones are naturally produced when the body burns fat for energy. Dr. Bikman explains how they can serve as a powerful alternative fuel for the brain, especially in situations where glucose metabolism is less efficient. Exogenous ketones may help support mental clarity and steady energy without requiring a strict ketogenic diet. 2. Creatine supports both brain and body energy Creatine plays a key role in recycling ATP, the body’s primary energy currency. While commonly associated with muscle performance, it also supports cognitive function. The combination of creatine and ketones is designed to support both physical output and mental performance. 3. Dual-fuel strategy for endurance performance Our new Endurance drink combines glucose and ketones to help sustain energy during prolonged activity. This approach may help spare glycogen stores while supporting consistent performance. Additional ingredients like S7 (for nitric oxide support) and PeakO2 (for mitochondrial efficiency) are included to further support endurance and recovery. Tune in now to learn more—this episode is perfect for anyone looking to improve their health and elevate their performance. Bio: Benjamin Bikman earned his Ph.D. in Bioenergetics and was a postdoctoral fellow with the Duke-National University of Singapore in metabolic disorders. Currently, his professional focus as a scientist and professor (Brigham Young University) is to better understand the role of elevated insulin and nutrient metabolism in regulating obesity, diabetes, and dementia. In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr. Bikman is the author of "Why We Get Sick” and "How Not to Get Sick" as well as the upcoming book “The Carb Crisis”. Exciting news!
