Her Period Came Every Month—But Her Luteal Phase Was Only 8 Days. 90 Days Later, It Was 12. 09.09.2026 24minYou’re getting your period every month. You’re tracking ovulation. You’re timing sex. So why are you still not pregnant? In this episode of PMOS & Prosecco, Tianna Trinidad, RN and PCOS Hormone & Ovulation Specialist, breaks down one woman’s PCOS fertility story—and the cycle pattern hiding behind her “regular” periods. Her period came every month, but once we looked beyond the bleeding and examined what was happening after suspected ovulation, we discovered her luteal phase was only about 8 days. Over the next 90 days, that pattern shifted to around 12 days, and later in our work together, she got the positive pregnancy test she had been hoping for. We’re talking about:• PCOS, ovulation and regular periods• What your luteal phase can tell you about your cycle• Why a positive OPK does not tell the entire ovulation story• Cervical mucus, progesterone and fertility tracking• Why “normal” fertility labs may not answer the question you actually have• What to look at when you’re doing everything “right” but still not getting pregnant• How to recognize repeating fertility patterns without obsessing over every symptomIf you have PCOS and you’re trying to conceive naturally, especially if you keep hearing that everything looks “normal” while pregnancy still isn’t happening, this podcast is for you.PMOS & Prosecco goes beyond basic fertility advice and asks the questions women with PCOS are often left trying to figure out alone.Follow PMOS & Prosecco now so you don’t miss the next episode: Brown Spotting 5–8 Days After Suspected Ovulation With PCOS: 4 Questions I’d Ask Before Calling It “Normal.”And if this episode sounds like somebody you know, send it to her and tell her: “Girl. Lost Weight and Got Your Period Back—So Why Aren’t You Pregnant With PCOS? 01.09.2026 14minYou changed your diet, lost the weight and finally got your period back.Everybody celebrated. They praised your progress and made pregnancy sound like it should be waiting right around the corner. Then another month passed, the pregnancy test was negative and nobody had prepared you for what happens when you do everything you were told—but the baby still does not come.In the final episode of this series, Tianna explains why weight loss and a returning period can represent meaningful PCOS progress without answering every fertility question.Changes in nutrition, movement, body weight and metabolic health may support blood sugar, energy, cycle regularity and other important health markers. Getting your period back is a real win. A shorter, more predictable cycle is a real win.The problem begins when visible progress is treated like proof that the entire reproductive process corrected itself along the way.Did ovulation become more consistent? Did the spotting change? Did the time between suspected ovulation and your next period improve? Did your medication response change? Has your partner been evaluated? Are other appropriate medical questions still unanswered? Those questions do not erase your progress. They help you understand what the progress answered—and what it did not.Tianna also shares her personal experience of losing more than 60 pounds, getting her period back and reversing prediabetes. She explains how easily supporting your health can become another performance when you begin believing that eating perfectly enough, becoming small enough or controlling your body hard enough will make it owe you a baby. Why weight loss and more regular periods can be meaningful without being the complete fertility solutionWhy getting a period does not independently confirm consistent ovulationHow “just keep doing what you’re doing” can become an incomplete fertility planWhy progress and unanswered fertility questions can exist togetherHow diet culture and weight shame affect women trying to conceive with PCOSWhy partner testing and broader medical evaluation may still matterWhy your fertility strategy cannot be reduced to your weight, one symptom or one laboratory resultYou did not fail because your baby was not waiting on the other side of the weight loss.Your body is not a failed project because one intervention did not answer every fertility question.During the private PCOS Fertility GPS™ Assessment, Tianna organizes your cycle history, medication, bleeding, OPKs, symptoms and what happened before and after suspected ovulation. Together, you identify what appears clear, where the pattern raises questions and what deserves your attention next.Book your PCOS Fertility GPS™ Assessment: -
Egg-White Cervical Mucus With PCOS: Why It Doesn’t Prove You’re Ovulating 25.08.2026 13minYou saw clear, slippery, egg-white cervical mucus and immediately assumed your body had completed the whole ovulation assignment.Baby, your body may have turned in one page—and you already started planning the graduation party. In this episode, Tianna shares the fertility-tracking mistake she made during her own PCOS journey: allowing one exciting fertility sign to write the story for her entire cycle.Egg-white cervical mucus can be useful information. It may be consistent with hormonal changes that often happen as ovulation approaches and may signal that a fertile window is opening. What it cannot independently do is confirm that an egg was released, identify the exact day ovulation occurred, explain what happened afterward or promise that pregnancy should happen.Tianna explains why seeing fertile cervical mucus and later receiving a negative pregnancy test does not mean your body lied to you. The mucus was real. Your body was doing something. The mistake was assigning that sign more certainty than it could carry alone.Instead of asking only whether the mucus appeared, Tianna teaches you to consider whether the rest of the pattern agrees with what you decided that mucus meant. What egg-white cervical mucus may tell you about your fertile windowWhy fertile-looking mucus does not independently confirm ovulationHow hope can influence the way you interpret fertility signsWhy cervical mucus, OPKs, spotting and your next period must be considered togetherHow one promising sign can prematurely end the investigationWhy collecting more data does not always solve an interpretation problemHow Build, Surge and Hold create context around the entire sequenceYou do not need to throw away useful fertility information or turn every bathroom trip into another clinical assignment.Let the mucus be information.Just stop asking it to confirm ovulation, explain the rest of your cycle and promise a pregnancy all by itself.During the private PCOS Fertility GPS™ Assessment, Tianna looks at what was happening during Build, what appeared around Surge and what your cycle showed afterward during Hold. This helps you stop making fertility decisions from one exciting sign while the rest of the month may be telling a more complicated story.Book your PCOS Fertility GPS™ Assessment: -
Your PCOS Labs Are “Normal”—So Why Are You Still Not Getting Pregnant? 18.08.2026 13minThey ran a few tests, told you everything looked normal and somehow that became the end of the investigation.Meanwhile, you are still not pregnant, your cycle still makes no sense and nobody has clearly explained whether you are ovulating consistently—but congratulations, your number landed inside a box on the laboratory report. In this episode, Tianna explains why a normal laboratory result can be accurate and reassuring without answering your entire fertility question.A thyroid result may give your provider useful information about your thyroid. A progesterone result may help answer a specific question depending on when and why it was ordered. But one number cannot independently explain long PCOS cycles, multiple positive OPKs, early spotting, repeated negative pregnancy tests or why your current plan has not produced the change you expected.Tianna also discusses why test timing matters. A standard Cycle Day 21 progesterone test may not offer the context you expected when your cycle lasts 38, 45 or 52 days and you did not see a positive OPK until much later.Cycle Day 21 is not a magical appointment your ovaries are required to attend.Instead of asking only whether a result was “good” or “bad,” Tianna teaches you how to ask what the test was meant to evaluate, whether it was timed according to your actual cycle and what the next step will be if the result is normal but pregnancy still is not happening. What exact question was this test intended to answer? Was this test timed according to my actual cycle? What is our next step if this result is normal but pregnancy still is not happening? Why “normal” is not automatically a complete fertility explanationHow laboratory reference ranges differ from full-cycle interpretationWhy the purpose and timing of a fertility test matterHow irregular PCOS cycles may affect the context of certain timed testsWhat to ask before leaving another appointment without a clear next stepHow to organize your cycle information before speaking with your providerWhy advocating for clarity does not make you a difficult patientNormal may be an accurate laboratory result. It is not automatically a complete fertility plan.During the private PCOS Fertility GPS™ Assessment, Tianna places your existing laboratory results beside your bleeding, OPKs, symptoms, medication response and cycle timing. This helps identify where you still need clarity and which questions should return to the healthcare professional managing your testing and treatment.Book your PCOS Fertility GPS™ Assessment: -
Positive OPK, Negative Pregnancy Test: The PCOS Ovulation Gap No One Is Checking 11.08.2026 16minThe ovulation test turned positive. You timed sex, tracked every symptom and spent the next two weeks believing this could finally be your month. Then the pregnancy test was negative. And somehow, you blamed your body before questioning whether that positive OPK ever gave you the complete story. In this episode, Tianna reconstructs a realistic PCOS cycle that includes a positive OPK on Cycle Day 16, another strong result on Cycle Day 18, spotting on Cycle Day 22 and full bleeding on Cycle Day 26.None of those signs independently diagnose what happened. But together, they raise questions that one ovulation strip or app prediction cannot answer.A positive OPK tells you that an LH rise was detected. It does not personally watch an egg leave your ovary, confirm the exact day ovulation occurred or tell you whether the rest of your cycle unfolded as expected.Tianna explains how an estimated ovulation date can quietly become accepted as fact—and then control when you stop having sex, when you begin counting days past ovulation and how you interpret every symptom that happens afterward. This episode is not about tracking harder. It is about learning why the signs you already collect must be interpreted together. What a positive OPK actually tells youWhy multiple strong ovulation tests can complicate your assumed ovulation timelineHow app predictions become accepted as confirmed ovulation datesWhy spotting cannot automatically be labeled implantation bleedingHow the timing of your next full period adds context to the entire cycleThe difference between collecting fertility information and interpreting itWhy Build, Surge and Hold must be examined as one connected sequenceYou do not need another brand of ovulation strips or 47 more pictures taken under different bathroom lighting. You need help determining what the positive result, continued fertile signs, spotting and bleeding timeline mean when they do not tell the same clean story.During the private PCOS Fertility GPS™ Assessment, Tianna places your cycle history, OPKs, bleeding, symptoms and previous attempts across Build, Surge and Hold to identify where the story stops lining up and which questions deserve your attention next.Book your PCOS Fertility GPS™ Assessment: -
Metformin. Inositol. Letrozole. Still Not Pregnant? What Your PCOS Fertility Plan May Be Missing 04.08.2026 13minYou took the Metformin. Added the inositol. Maybe you even completed multiple rounds of Letrozole but you are still not pregnant. So what is your PCOS fertility plan missing? In this episode, Tianna explains why taking the “right” medications and supplements does not automatically mean you have one complete fertility strategy. Metformin, inositol and Letrozole may each have an important role, but who is examining whether your fertility pattern actually changed after you started taking them?Did your cycle become more predictable? Did the spotting improve? Are you seeing one clear LH surge or several positive ovulation tests across multiple days? What is happening between suspected ovulation and the day your next period begins?Tianna breaks down the three parts of your cycle that may be getting overlooked: what happens while your body is building toward ovulation, what the evidence shows around your LH surge and what happens during the days after suspected ovulation. You will also hear the story of a 36-year-old client who had positive OPKs for two years, but an eight-day luteal phase that nobody had stopped to examine. Once the full cycle was considered, her luteal phase increased from eight to 12 days, and she conceived naturally during her third cycle inside the program. Her experience is not a guarantee of individual results, but it demonstrates why a positive OPK cannot be the end of the investigation. Why taking multiple fertility interventions is not the same as having one coordinated strategyWhat Metformin, inositol and Letrozole can and cannot tell you about your cycleWhy a positive OPK does not independently confirm that the full ovulation process was completedHow spotting and luteal-phase length may add important contextWhy your medications, fertility signs and actual daily life must be considered togetherHow Tianna uses Build, Surge and Hold to organize the full fertility patternThe private PCOS Fertility GPS™ Assessment is where Tianna organizes the information you have already been collecting—including your cycle history, bleeding, OPKs, symptoms, medications and previous attempts across Build, Surge and Hold.Book your PCOS Fertility GPS™ Assessment: -
Your OB Can Prescribe Clomid, But Can They Read the PCOS Pattern That’s Keeping You From Getting Pregnant? 21.07.2026 15minYour OB can prescribe Clomid—but can they tell whether your body is actually completing ovulation, why your fertile signs keep changing, or which PCOS pattern may be standing between you and pregnancy? In this episode of PCOS and Prosecco, Tianna Trinidad, RN, breaks down the gap between receiving fertility medication and having someone interpret what is happening throughout your entire cycle. Because a prescription may help stimulate your ovaries, but it cannot explain why your OPK turns positive multiple times, your temperature never confirms ovulation, your luteal phase stays short, or your period arrives without a strong ovulatory pattern. We’re talking about the lifestyle and hormonal clues that are often overlooked during a rushed fertility appointment—including blood sugar instability, inconsistent eating, stress, poor sleep, cervical mucus changes, attempted ovulation, low-progesterone signs, and the emotional exhaustion of trying to manage PCOS fertility alone.Tianna also explains why your doctor’s treatment plan may not be wrong—it may simply be incomplete. You do not just need another medication, supplement, app, or calendar predicting when you should ovulate. You need help reading the complete pattern your body is showing you so you can make informed adjustments instead of repeating the same cycle and hoping for a different result. If you are taking Clomid or letrozole, experiencing irregular cycles, receiving positive OPKs without pregnancy, or wondering why fertility treatment has not worked yet, this episode will help you understand what may be missing from your PCOS pregnancy strategy. From PCOS to Pregnancy™ provides private, high-touch support for women who are ready to stop guessing and understand the lifestyle, ovulation, and fertility patterns affecting their ability to get and stay pregnant with PCOS. Trying to Get Pregnant With PCOS While Carrying the Relationship, the Bills, and the Whole Fertility Plan 14.07.2026 18minWhat happens when you are trying to get pregnant with PCOS but you are also carrying the relationship, the bills, the ovulation strips, the doctor questions, and the entire fertility plan?In this episode of PCOS and Prosecco, Tianna is talking about the emotional labor women often carry while trying to conceive with PCOS and why fertility cannot be separated from the life you are living every day.You may be tracking ovulation, taking supplements, watching for cervical mucus, timing sex, and getting positive OPKs, yet still ending each cycle with a negative pregnancy test and no clear explanation. Meanwhile, you are managing work, meals, appointments, your partner’s participation, and the fear that another month is passing without real answers. This conversation explores how survival mode, inconsistent eating, blood sugar changes, relationship pressure, poor sleep, emotional exhaustion, and irregular ovulation can become connected inside a PCOS fertility journey. Tianna also explains why tracking your cycle is not the same as understanding it and why a positive ovulation test does not always confirm successful ovulation. You will also hear why fertility should not become a solo project for the woman, how partner support affects the trying-to-conceive experience, and what it can look like to receive personalized help instead of carrying the entire process alone. If you are trying to get pregnant naturally with PCOS, experiencing irregular periods, confusing ovulation signs, short luteal phases, or repeated negative pregnancy tests, this episode will help you see your fertility journey through a completely different lens.Listen now, then visit the episode notes to apply for From PCOS to Pregnancy, Tianna’s private six-month PCOS fertility coaching program. -
Black Women With PCOS Were Taught to Prevent Pregnancy, Not Understand Fertility. Now We’re Paying for It 08.07.2026 17minBlack women with PCOS were taught how not to get pregnant long before we were ever taught how fertility actually works. In this episode, Tianna is talking about the part nobody wants to say out loud: how fear, shame, birth control, rushed appointments, “just lose weight” advice, and years of being disconnected from our cycles have left too many Black women trying to conceive with PCOS while guessing their way through ovulation.Because a positive OPK is not always ovulation. A bleed is not always a healthy cycle. And being told your labs are “normal” does not help much when you are still staring at another negative pregnancy test. This episode goes deeper than fertility tips. Tianna breaks down why body literacy matters, why PCOS fertility needs more than an app or another supplement, and why Black women deserve support that reads the whole pattern: ovulation, blood sugar, symptoms, stress, food rhythm, luteal phase, emotions, and the woman trying to become a mother. You were taught to prevent pregnancy. Now it is time to understand your fertility.Apply for From PCOS to Pregnancy in the podcast notes.Apply for From PCOS to Pregnancy here:https://www.loveservedwarm.com/from-pcos-to-pregnancy -

Low Progesterone With PCOS: Why Your Body Gets Close But Still Isn’t Getting Pregnant 16.06.2026 18minLow progesterone with PCOS can feel terrifying when you are trying to get pregnant. The brown spotting before your period. The short luteal phase. The chemical pregnancy fear. The negative pregnancy test after you were sure you timed everything right. The temperature drop. The cramps. That feeling that your body gets close to pregnancy but somehow cannot hold long enough for you to feel safe hoping. In this episode of PCOS and Prosecco, Tianna Trinidad, RN and fertility strategist, breaks down the progesterone problem nobody explains clearly enough to women with PCOS.Because yes, progesterone matters. But low progesterone may not be the beginning of the story. It may be the receipt. If you have been Googling low progesterone and PCOS, low progesterone TTC, low progesterone miscarriage, progesterone cream, progesterone supplements, brown spotting before period, or short luteal phase, this episode will help you slow down and ask a better question:What happened earlier in the cycle that created this progesterone pattern in the first place?Inside this episode, we talk about why progesterone rises after ovulation, why ovulation quality matters, why the second half of your cycle needs to stay steady for implantation, and why chasing progesterone alone may leave you doing more without actually understanding more. This episode is for the woman with PCOS who is tired of adding one more supplement, one more cream, one more lab, one more Google search, and still feeling like her body is giving signs nobody is helping her connect. You’ll learn:Why low progesterone with PCOS may not be the whole problemHow progesterone connects to ovulation and the luteal phaseWhy brown spotting before your period may need more contextWhy a short luteal phase can feel so scary when you are trying to conceiveWhy progesterone support may help some women, but still may not explain the full cycleWhy the better question is not just “How do I raise progesterone?” but “What created this pattern?”How your PCOS fertility plan may need to look at what happens before ovulation, during ovulation, and after ovulationThis is not medical advice, and it does not replace care from your provider. If you have concerns about progesterone, spotting, pregnancy loss, or early pregnancy, please talk with your doctor. But if progesterone has become the thing you keep chasing, supplementing, Googling, and blaming yourself over, this episode will help you see the bigger picture.Because you do not just want a better progesterone number. You want the baby. You want the positive test. The ultrasound. The heartbeat. Brown Discharge Before Your Period With PCOS: Is Your Cycle Ending Too Soon to Get Pregnant? 09.06.2026 18minBrown discharge before your period can feel small to everyone else, but when you are trying to get pregnant with PCOS, it can send your whole body into panic mode.Is it your period starting? Is it implantation bleeding? Is it old blood? Is it low progesterone? Is it a sign your luteal phase is too short? Or is this one of those symptoms everybody keeps brushing off while you are still staring at negative pregnancy tests? In this episode of PCOS and Prosecco, Tianna Trinidad, RN and fertility strategist, explains why brown discharge before your period with PCOS may not be random, especially when it keeps showing up in the same part of your cycle.Because when you are trying to conceive with PCOS, the question is not just, “Did my period come?”The better question is, “What was happening before it came?”We are talking about why spotting before your period needs context, how brown discharge may connect to ovulation, progesterone, the luteal phase, implantation support, and why your second half of the cycle matters when you are trying to get and stay pregnant with PCOS.This episode is for the woman who keeps wiping, checking, Googling, spiraling, and wondering if her body is giving her a sign that nobody is helping her understand. You’ll learn:Why brown discharge before your period may matter when you have PCOSWhy “old blood” is not always the full answerHow spotting after ovulation may connect to the luteal phaseWhy timing matters more than the symptom by itselfHow repeated brown spotting can be part of a bigger cycle patternWhy positive OPKs, normal labs, and regular bleeding do not always mean your body is fully baby-readyWhy you should not have to decode every symptom by yourselfThis is not about panicking over every wipe or turning your bathroom into a fertility investigation. This is about learning how to understand your body’s signs with more clarity, more context, and more support.Because you do not just want the spotting to stop. You want the baby. You want the positive pregnancy test, the ultrasound, and the chance to stop feeling like every symptom is a secret message you have to decode alone. If your body keeps giving signs nobody is connecting, apply for From PCOS to Pregnancy here:[ From PCOS to Pregnancy link]And if you need the map first, join my free fertility training, How to Get and Stay Pregnant With PCOS, here:[Get and Stay Pregnant with PCOS Free Fertility Training] -
Clomid Made You Ovulate… So Why Didn’t You Get Pregnant With PCOS? 02.06.2026 18minYou took Clomid. You followed the directions. Your doctor confirmed you ovulated. So why are you still not pregnant with PCOS?In this episode of PCOS and Prosecco, Tianna Trinidad, RN and fertility strategist, breaks down why confirmed ovulation does not always mean your body had everything it needed to conceive and support early pregnancy.Because here’s the part most women with PCOS are not told: ovulation is one piece of the fertility puzzle, but it is not the whole plan.If you have taken Clomid, Letrozole, Metformin, or inositol and you keep hearing “you ovulated” while still staring at negative pregnancy tests, this episode will help you understand what may be missing before ovulation, around ovulation, and after ovulation. We’ll talk about:Why ovulating with PCOS does not always lead to pregnancyWhy a positive OPK or confirmed ovulation can still leave the full cycle unclearHow the luteal phase, progesterone signs, spotting, and cycle stability may impact implantationWhy “try again next month” is not always enough when your body keeps giving you cluesWhat to look at before walking into another medicated cycle with the same partial answersThis episode is for the woman with PCOS who is tired of guessing, tired of being told to just keep trying, and tired of feeling like every negative test means her body failed.Your body may not be broken.Your cycle may just be unmapped. If you are ready to stop guessing and finally understand what your body needs to get and stay pregnant with PCOS, apply for From PCOS to Pregnancy here:[Insert From PCOS to Pregnancy application link]And come to my free fertility training, How to Get and Stay Pregnant With PCOS, here:[Get and Stay Pregnant with PCOS Training] -

If you’ve ever caught your LH surge, timed sex perfectly, and still wondered why you didn’t get pregnant, this episode will help you understand why timing is only one part of the fertility picture. We’re talking about the mental load of OPKs, fertile windows, timed sex, the two-week wait, and the pressure many women with PCOS quietly carry while trying to get pregnant. You’ll learn why a positive OPK does not always mean your body fully ovulated, why sex can start feeling like a job, and why support matters when you’re tired of tracking, testing, and blaming yourself every cycle. If you’re trying to get pregnant with PCOS and want to stop putting all your hope on one strip, one window, and one night, join the free training: How to Get and Stay Pregnant With PCOS.Free training: [TRAINING LINK]Apply for From PCOS to Pregnancy: [ APPLICATION LINK] -
Your Period Finally Came Back… So Why Aren’t You Pregnant? 19.05.2026 17minYour period finally came back… so why aren’t you pregnant yet?In this episode, we’re talking about one of the most confusing parts of trying to conceive with PCOS: getting your period back but still not seeing a positive pregnancy test. Because here’s the truth most doctors don’t explain clearly enough: a period does not always mean strong ovulation, healthy progesterone, good egg quality, or a body that feels safe enough to support implantation. If you have PCOS and your cycle is finally showing up again, but your OPKs are confusing, your luteal phase feels short, your spotting starts early, or every month ends in another negative test, this episode will help you understand what may still be missing. You’ll learn why cycle regularity is only one piece of the fertility puzzle, how PCOS can affect ovulation even when bleeding returns, and what your body may need next before pregnancy can happen. This episode is for the woman with PCOS who is tired of hearing “at least your period came back” when what she really wants is a baby in her arms. -
When Trying to Get Pregnant With PCOS Makes You Feel Disconnected From Your Body 12.05.2026 40minIf you’re trying to conceive with PCOS and sex has started to feel timed, pressured, awkward, or like one more thing you have to “get right,” this episode is for you.In this episode of PCOS and Prosecco, I’m joined by Laura Federico and Morgan Miller, a sex therapist and midwife, for a conversation about timed intercourse, body literacy, ovulation tracking, fertility stress, and learning how to trust your body again.Because you wanted a baby. You did not ask for a sex life that feels like a calendar invite with side effects. We talk about why trying to get pregnant with PCOS can make women feel disconnected from their bodies, how stress can affect arousal and intimacy, and why tracking everything does not always mean you understand what your body is trying to tell you.Inside this episode, we cover:Why timed sex can feel so heavy when you’re trying to conceive with PCOSHow pressure, stress, and fear can affect arousal and connectionWhat body literacy actually means in real lifeWhy PCOS can make ovulation signs feel confusing or unpredictableWhy apps and calendar-based tracking often miss PCOS ovulation patternsHow feeling safe in your body can change the way you move through fertilityWhat to do when ovulation sex starts feeling mechanical instead of connectedThis episode is your reminder that your body is not broken. It may just be speaking a language you were never taught. And once you learn how to read your body’s signals, fertility becomes less about control and more about connection.Mentioned in this episode:Laura and Morgan’s website: The Cycle Book: Ready to get baby ready with PCOS?Sign up for the free training here: -
PCOS Advocacy, Medical Gaslighting, and the Women Left Figuring It Out Alone 05.05.2026 36minIn this episode of PCOS and Prosecco, I’m sitting down with Megan from PCOS Awareness Association for a real conversation about PCOS advocacy, medical gaslighting, diagnosis delays, and why so many women are left fighting for answers alone.Megan shares how her symptoms started young, how long it took to get real answers, and what it felt like to be dismissed while her mother kept pushing because she knew something was wrong. And that’s the heart of this episode:What happens when a woman knows her body is not okay, but the system keeps acting like she’s being dramatic? We talk about why PCOS gets reduced to irregular periods, fertility problems, and birth control, instead of being treated like the whole-body condition it is. What Your Insulin Is Doing to Your Chances of Getting Pregnant With PCOS 28.04.2026 18minIf you are trying to conceive with PCOS and your body keeps looking like it is getting close, but pregnancy still is not happening, this episode is for you.Maybe you keep getting positive OPKs, brown discharge before your period, long or missing cycles, or “normal labs” that still do not explain why your body feels off.In this episode, we’re talking about insulin resistance and PCOS fertility, and why insulin may be one of the missing pieces affecting ovulation, progesterone, cycle stability, and your chances of getting pregnant with PCOS.Because insulin does not just affect weight, cravings, or that 3 PM crash where your body starts acting like it needs a nap, a snack, and a new life plan.It can also influence how your ovaries respond, how your follicles develop, whether ovulation fully completes, and whether your body can support the second half of your cycle after ovulation.Inside this episode, we cover:Why insulin resistance matters for PCOS fertility, even if your blood sugar or A1C looks normalHow insulin can affect ovulation, follicle development, progesterone, and implantation supportWhy positive OPKs with PCOS do not always mean your body completed ovulationWhat brown discharge before your period may mean when you are trying to conceive with PCOSWhy long cycles, missing periods, and irregular periods can point to a deeper hormone patternHow “normal labs” can miss what is actually affecting your chances of getting pregnantWhy getting pregnant with PCOS is not just about ovulating, but whether your body can actually follow throughIf your body keeps giving you “maybe” instead of a baby, this episode will help you understand why it may not be your fault, why trying harder may not change the outcome, and why your body may need a deeper pregnancy-supportive strategy.Want the next step?Join the free PCOS fertility training here: [REGISTER HERE]Inside the training, I’ll show you how to get baby ready with PCOS, why your cycle may keep looking hopeful without fully following through, and what it means to prepare your body for pregnancy in a way that feels clear, grounded, and connected to your real life. -
