The Millennial Sandwich is a podcast about the sandwich generation: adults who are raising their own children while also caring for aging parents. It is hosted by geriatrician Dr. Anita Chandra and parenting journalist Zara Hanawalt, who explore caregiving, motherhood, family and friendship. Through honest conversations with experts and people living the experience, the show tackles the questions no one prepared this generation to answer. It is made for those holding it all together in the middle of two generations who need them.
