No Baking, All Chaos! With Heather AKA A Bit Of Baking & Chaos! 05.06.2026 55minHeather is the cool, late-diagnosed, childfree millennial aunt you never knew you needed. She runs Bit of Baking and Chaos, sharing the lived experience of ADHD, from managing work and hormones to the everyday chaos of a brain that works a bit differently. Diagnosed in her thirties, she also creates practical resources for people looking for actual answers, not just awareness.I loved recording this episode. This episode is a completely natural, unmasked conversation between two really good mates and contains dodgy accents, a load of vocal stims, silly voices and mayhem but hopefully it will be relatable and can help eradicate some of the stigma attached to openly stimming. S.E.N.D. Help! With AuDHDacious Humans! 13.03.2026 56minMartha and Jenni met as teachers at the same progressive school where their kids werestudents and became each other's children's key teachers. Jenni ran mini shopping trolleyraces down corridors with Martha's son for vestibular regulation. Martha provided Jenni'sdaughters with peanut balls to bounce on so they could focus enough to write andcalculate Maths whilst reciting favourite Bluey episodes.Despite 40 years combined teaching experience and knowing exactly whatneurodivergent children needed, they both realised their own AuDHD/PDA kids weren'tschool-shaped. Not even alternative-school-shaped. So over 3 years ago, they left theirteaching jobs and the education system and started their real education. When they couldn't find home ed clubs that could accommodate their demand-avoidantchildren, they created Make & Create Club: a flexible, low-demand space where rulemakers, rule breakers thrive. They offer community, advocacy and the freedom to beyourself. Now through AuDHDacious Humans, they provide online support for discombobulatedfamilies to understand sensory systems, reframe behaviour, and ditch systems that breakthem. They've lived this experience too, as late-diagnosed AuDHDers, parenting pressure-sensitive children, unravelling everything they thought they knew about parenting and education. Some people call it a journey. They call it a reckoning.Website: www.audhdacious.comEmail: team@audhdacious.comInstagram: @audhdacious.humansBuy your copy of ADHD Magazine here!Send me your little wins so I can celebrate you on the podcast by either sliding into my DMs on instagramor email me at audhdorjustabitweird@gmail.com Find your local ADHDAF+ peer support group here!Support neurodivergent independent businesses: Shop at Born Anxious using the code AUDHD15 for a special price! You can help support The Big ADHD Fundraiser by buying a Dave Kirkman hoodie here!Purchase your official hidden disabilities sunflower lanyard here!

Celebrating Our Weird! With Holly Matthews 20.02.2026 58minAs we all know, the reason I named the podcast AuDHD Or Just A Bit Weird is because that's what I've always been called throughout my life and always in a derogatory manner... Swimming, Feeling Fraudulent & Coaching Coaches With Sally Cater 13.02.2026 1h 17minSO MUCH TO CRAM IN TO ONE EPISODE!!!! But I think I've managed it! There's a mega life update at the beginning and then I had the pleasure this week of chatting with the amazing Sally Cater who is a coach who coaches coaches! I've been keen to find out more about coaching and what training to become one involves and Sally was happy to help me out but as usual with all of my guests, we go off on some fun tangents including swimming in the sea, Sally's impending ADHD assessment, her amazing talent for napping and her brush with the law! (The two hilariously go hand in hand!)In Sally's own words...I spent more than a decade working at the British Red Cross, including training frontline crisis teams to provide psychosocial support in some unbelievably difficult conditions. During this time, I became an Accredited Senior Practitioner Coach with the EMCC and hold the ILM highest level in Advanced Coaching and Mentoring. After striking out on my own as a leadership consultant and executive coach. I combined both my lived experience and formal learning in ADHD with the understanding gained from many years supporting neurodivergent clients to design and deliver an ICF accredited ADHD course for coaches. I really needed the support that ADHD coaching gave me and I know there are loads of brilliant people out there that could really benefit from ADHD coaching and so we need you to be part of that community. With over 2000 hours of coaching across technology, healthcare, and automotive industries, I adopt a whole-self approach to non-directive coaching.
