What is your inner critic telling you? 18.01.2026 30minIf you were to answer this question, you'd likely reflect on the harsh words that your critical inner voice says, but in this episode, I share 'the 7 types of inner critic' as theorised by Psychologist Jay Earley and Psychotherapist Bonnie Weiss, who are within the Internal Family Systems experts (you can find out more about IFS here) to give you some further understanding on the things that hold you back in your inner world.
