Shija brings over a decade of lived experience supporting her own twice-exceptional children, along with an MS in Organizational Psychology and a Certificate in Twice-Exceptional Education.Through her work at Tree of Exceptionalities, she supports children, parents, educators, professionals and workplaces in creating environments that recognise strengths while providing the right support for challenges.
