The Recovery Feed
The Recovery Feed, formerly known as the Paved with Gold Podcast, is a show about eating disorder recovery told by people who have lived through it. Hosts Ash M and Callie C share their own experiences and the stories of others, arguing that treatment should be as diverse, nuanced and individual as the people who need it. Episodes explore the messy, multi-layered reality of eating disorders and what recovery actually looks like, rather than a polished, affirmation-poster version of it. The show also critiques the diet and wellness industry, and is aimed at anyone in recovery, supporting someone who is, working in the field, or trying to understand the cultural forces around eating disorders. Links to support resources are included for listeners who need help.
