What If Imposter Syndrome Isn’t a Sign You’re Unqualified, but Proof You’re Growing 19.08.2026 11分What If Imposter Syndrome Isn’t a Sign You’re Unqualified, but Proof You’re Growing? Many people assume that success eliminates self-doubt. It doesn’t. Imposter syndrome has a way of showing up at every new level of growth. It whispers that you’re not ready, not experienced enough, or that someone will eventually discover you don’t belong. But maybe those thoughts aren’t evidence that you’re failing. Maybe they’re evidence that you’re stretching. Every new season requires a new version of you. And growth always feels unfamiliar before it feels comfortable. The truth is, you don’t outgrow fear. You learn to move forward with it. Nobody climbs a mountain and feels like an expert halfway up. The people you admire have faced the same doubts. The difference is they didn’t let uncertainty decide their future. Don’t wait until you feel qualified. Keep showing up. Because the next level of your life will always demand faith before confidence, and courage before certainty. linkwithsean.com -
Do We Really All Have the Same 24 Hours If Tomorrow Isn’t Promised 17.08.2026 13分Do We Really All Have the Same 24 Hours If Tomorrow Isn’t Promised People often say, “We all have the same 24 hours.” But do we really? None of us knows how many days remain on our calendar. Time is the one resource we can spend but never replenish. While everyone receives 24 hours in a day, no one is guaranteed another day to use them. That truth should change how we live. It should make us quicker to forgive, bolder to pursue our purpose, and less willing to postpone what matters most. Too many people are waiting for the perfect time, assuming they have years ahead, while life quietly reminds us that tomorrow is a promise no one has been given. The question isn’t whether you have 24 hours today. The question is what you’ll do with the time you’ve been entrusted with. Because someday, your opportunities will end. Make sure your excuses do first. linkwithsean.com -
What Happens When Knowledge Makes You Accountable to Yourself 14.08.2026 13分Knowledge is a gift, but it also comes with responsibility. Once you know better, it becomes harder to justify staying the same. Ignorance may provide excuses, but awareness demands action. The moment you gain wisdom, you become accountable to the person you are becoming. That’s why growth can feel uncomfortable. Knowledge shines a light on habits, relationships, and beliefs that no longer serve your purpose. It exposes the gap between who you are and who you were created to be. The challenge isn’t acquiring more information. The challenge is applying what you already know. Because transformation doesn’t happen when you read another book, listen to another podcast, or attend another seminar. It happens when knowledge becomes action. At some point, success stops being about what you know. It becomes about what you do with what you know. And that’s where true accountability begins. linkwithsean.com -
Where Am I Now – Ezra Vancil Interview 12.08.2026 33分Where I am Now About Ezra Vancil I’ve been writing, recording, and performing since I was a young teen. I wrote my first real song to impress a girl, and it worked. She was impressed for about three days until she got to know me. After that, I just kept going… through songs and unimpressed girls. In a way, music has always been my dream. My parents were musicians. My teenage band attracted some of those important people from L.A. They flew to Dallas, we signed papers with a lawyer, and I was off to the races… or so I thought. It fell apart a few years later, mainly due to an overdose of the rock ‘n’ roll life. Still, music felt like destiny to me, like it was leading me somewhere. Like many things in those early days, though; it was a means to an end. What end? I wasn’t sure. There was more attention as I continued to record and perform in my 20s. High points and low points abounded. Some of the highs were other music deals; some of the lows were broken hearts. After that time, I pretty much lost my grasp on not only music but everything in my life. I sank to the bottom of a bottle for about a decade in a deadly nightmare. And then one day, I woke up. That is my occupation now: staying awake to life. In my current work, I don’t see music as a means to an end or a means to anything else, for that matter. To live is an end in itself. To create is an end. Love is an end. Music is an end. I’m grateful that I still have the breath to sing. Time has a way of humbling us all (well, most of us). I, for one, am glad life kicked my ass, because now I don’t need a reason to make music; I do it because I love it. My latest project is about to drop—Morning & Midnight. I call it a project because it’s more than just an album; it’s two albums, a book, and a bunch of artwork I created during the recording sessions. As you dip into this new era, I hope you feel the love I tucked in there. ‘m especially grateful for the people who joined me in the creation of this project. My daughter, Cozi, has a lot of vocals on there, and my son edited my book. Paco Estrada has some features as well, alongside the great legendary guitar tech, Rene Martinez, who joins me with some flamenco guitar. And of course the band.. but check out the credits, I’m taking too long here. I’ve been asked now and then, “What do you sing about?” I’d answer with a blank face—I didn’t know what they meant. I sing about it all: the whole spectacle of life—marriage, divorce, children, parents, grandparents, sex, heartbreak, disaster, loneliness, drunkenness, butterflies, God, Jesus and the cosmos, old oak trees, oceans and beer cans. I mean, how am I supposed to answer that? Hope you enjoy the spectacle. – Ezra https://ezravancil.com/ linkwithsean.com -
Will You Be the One Who Breaks the Generational Curse 12.08.2026 10分Every family passes something down. Sometimes it’s faith, values, and resilience. Other times it’s fear, addiction, anger, shame, or the belief that “this is just the way we are.” But what if it doesn’t have to stay that way? Breaking a generational curse begins when one person decides the pain stops with them. It takes courage to confront what others ignored and wisdom to build what others never had. It means choosing healing over bitterness, responsibility over excuses, and purpose over patterns. You may not be responsible for what was handed to you, but you are responsible for what you hand to the next generation. The greatest legacy you can leave isn’t money or possessions. It’s freedom. Maybe the reason you’ve walked through what you’ve walked through is because you were never meant to repeat the story. You were meant to rewrite it. linkwithsean.com -
Is Vulnerability the Missing Ingredient in Great Leadership 10.08.2026 11分Leadership isn’t built on perfection. It’s built on connection. For too long, many people have believed that leaders must have all the answers, hide their struggles, and project constant strength. But the leaders who leave the deepest impact are often the ones willing to be real. Vulnerability isn’t weakness. It’s courage with the mask removed. When leaders admit mistakes, share their stories, and speak honestly about their challenges, people don’t pull away. They lean in. Authenticity creates trust, and trust creates influence. People rarely connect with perfection. They connect with humanity. The truth is, followers don’t need leaders who pretend to have it all together. They need leaders who are willing to go first, tell the truth, and create space for others to do the same. The strongest leaders aren’t those who hide their scars. They’re the ones who show people that healing, growth, and hope are possible. linkwithsean.com -

The Battle Within | Overcoming Self-Doubt, Fear, and the Mental Fight Against Yourself 05.08.2026 7分Some of the hardest battles in life never happen in public. They happen quietly inside your own mind. Every day, people fight invisible wars against self-doubt, fear, insecurity, overthinking, and the voice telling them they are not enough. The tragedy is that many are not losing to other people. They are losing to the version of themselves that keeps convincing them to stay small. You can have talent, opportunity, vision, and still remain stuck because internal conflict drains momentum before action ever begins. The fight for your future is rarely external first. It starts with mastering your thoughts, confronting your excuses, and refusing to let fear dictate your identity. Too many people are waiting for confidence to appear before they move. But confidence is built in the middle of resistance, not before it. Your greatest breakthrough often happens the moment you stop negotiating with the part of yourself committed to staying comfortable. Win the battle within, and everything outside begins to change. linkwithsean.com -
Purpose, Desire, and Mission Why Your Message Matters More Than Ever 03.08.2026 14分Most people are not empty because they lack talent. They are empty because they are disconnected from purpose. Desire is the spark. Purpose is the direction. Mission is the reason you keep going when life gets difficult. Without purpose, people drift. They chase money, approval, and distractions hoping something fills the void. But deep down, every person wants to know their life meant something. That their story mattered. That their voice created impact. Your message is not random. The experiences you survived, the lessons you learned, and the struggles you overcame were not meant to stay buried inside you. Someone else needs what you carry. That is why mission matters. It pulls you through fear, rejection, criticism, and doubt because the message becomes bigger than your comfort. People do not connect to perfection. They connect to conviction. And when desire, purpose, and mission align, your voice stops sounding like content and starts sounding like calling. linkwithsean.com -

How You Show Up for Yourself Determines How Far Your Podcast Will Go 29.07.2026 12分Most people think podcast growth is about algorithms, equipment, or marketing. It’s not. Your podcast journey will always mirror the relationship you have with yourself. The way you prepare, stay consistent, handle criticism, and push through slow seasons reveals far more than your content strategy ever will. Showing up for yourself means recording when motivation disappears. It means posting episodes when self-doubt gets loud. It means continuing to speak even when the numbers are small and nobody is clapping yet. Too many creators quit before momentum has a chance to compound because they confuse immediate validation with purpose. The people who build impactful platforms are not always the most talented. They are the ones who remain committed long enough for their voice to sharpen and their message to find the people who need it. Your audience is not just listening to your words. They are watching your consistency. And consistency is the loudest form of belief. linkwithsean.com -
Results Require Responsibility | A Conversation with Will Steel 27.07.2026 33分Why Will Steel Represents More Than Performance In a world full of people talking about success, Will Steel is focused on standards. What makes leaders stand out is not just knowledge or talent. It is the ability to execute consistently when pressure shows up. That is what separates people who talk about growth from people who embody it. Through Prestigious Labs, Will represents a mindset built around discipline, accountability, and raising the bar in every area of life. Not performative motivation. Not empty hype. Real standards that demand action. The truth is, high performance is not created in moments of inspiration. It is built through repetition, structure, and the willingness to do difficult things long after excitement fades. That message matters today more than ever. Too many people are waiting to “feel ready” before they move. Meanwhile, leaders like Will are proving that confidence is built through action, not before it. Your habits shape your identity.Your standards shape your future. https://willsteel.com/ linkwithsean.com -
The Fear Isn’t Failure It’s the Unknown That Makes You Doubt Yourself 24.07.2026 11分Most people are not lacking talent. They are lacking certainty. The hardest part about chasing something bigger is not learning the skill. It is trusting yourself enough to use it before the outcome is guaranteed. Fear of the unknown has a way of making capable people question everything. Suddenly, experience feels inadequate. Preparation feels incomplete. Confidence disappears the moment risk enters the room. You start asking questions you already know the answers to.“What if I fail?”“What if I’m not ready?”“What if I’m not good enough?” But the truth is, your doubt is often not evidence of incompetence. It is evidence that you are stepping into unfamiliar territory. Growth always feels unstable at first. That does not mean you are incapable. It means you are expanding. The people who transform their lives are not fearless. They simply stop allowing uncertainty to override what they already know they are capable of doing. Your skillset got you here.Your courage takes you further. linkwithsean.com -
Stop Waiting to Become Who You Already Know You Are | Jon Sheldon Interview 22.07.2026 27分Because I think it’s needed. Truly. We want and NEED that push, reality, directness, honesty. So many opportunities and ideas wasted on procrastination and lack of vision. So many times where you just need the 30,000 foot view of your situation. People need their reality, and a clear picture of their future. I’m here for it. I’m a little different. Am I though? Yeah, my coaching is rooted in reality and based on radical honesty. I guarantee you won’t like everything we talk about, but we both know you need to hear it. I’m a little different because; I want to give you the tools to figure this out yourself, not make you my personal annuity. I really believe in Leadership. Plain and simple. I lead and teach to lead. I believe that the obstacle is the way. That our trials shape who we are and will be. I believe in humor, objectivity, reason, and the teaching of the stoics. I believe in finding purpose, balance (counter balance), and independent thought. https://www.belleauwood.coach/ linkwithsean.com -
Speak With Conviction People Can Feel When You Believe What You’re Saying 20.07.2026 14分Your audience can tell the difference between rehearsed words and lived conviction in seconds. You can have the perfect script, the best camera, the cleanest branding, and still fail to move people if your message has no fire behind it. Passion is not volume. Conviction is not performance. It is certainty born from experience. When someone truly believes in what they are saying, people lean in. Their energy changes. Their presence becomes magnetic. Why? Because authenticity cuts through noise faster than strategy ever will. Too many people speak carefully because they are afraid of judgment, rejection, or sounding “too much.” But watered-down messages create disconnected audiences. Nobody follows hesitation. People follow belief. If your story changed your life, say it like it matters. If your mission is real, stop delivering it like a corporate presentation wrapped in fear. Conviction creates trust.Passion creates connection. And connection is what changes lives. linkwithsean.com -

Overthinking Is the Silent Form of Quitting | Why Fear, Perfectionism, and Waiting Are Keeping You Stuck 15.07.2026 9分Most people are not failing because they lack talent. They are failing because they are trapped in thought loops disguised as preparation. You keep researching. Planning. Tweaking. Waiting for clarity. Waiting for confidence. Waiting for the “right time.” But overthinking is not productivity. It is fear wearing a business suit. Every day you stay silent, someone with less experience but more courage takes the opportunity you were meant for. Your story stays trapped in your head while someone else builds influence simply because they decided to move. Perfectionism has convinced an entire generation that messy action is dangerous. It’s not. Staying invisible is. You do not become confident before action. You become confident because of action. The people changing their lives are not the smartest people in the room. They are the ones willing to start before they feel ready. At some point, you have to stop identifying as “aspiring” and start identifying as someone who showed up. linkwithsean.com -

Time Is Running Out: Why Living with Urgency, Purpose & Intentional Action Is the Only Path to Freedom and Fulfillment 10.07.2026 13分You don’t know how much time you have left. None of us do. But we live like we do. We delay the dream. Postpone the conversation. Push off the decision that could change everything. As if life is a subscription that automatically renews. It doesn’t. Time is the only asset you spend without checking the balance. And here’s what most people miss: urgency isn’t about panic… it’s about clarity. When you realize your time is limited, you stop negotiating with distractions. You stop saying “one day” and start asking “why not now?” Urgency sharpens focus. It forces truth. It exposes what actually matters. Because at the end of the day, it’s not about doing more… It’s about doing what matters—while you still can. So the question isn’t how much time you have left. It’s this: Are you finally ready to act like it matters? linkwithsean.com -
Freedom Isn’t a Wish Why Most People Say They Want Freedom but Avoid the Discipline, Sacrifice & Mindset Needed to Achieve Their Dreams 08.07.2026 10分Everyone wants freedom. Financial freedom. Time freedom. Freedom to live life on their terms. But here’s the uncomfortable truth… Most people love the idea of freedom more than they love the actions required to earn it. Because freedom isn’t found in dreaming. It’s built in decisions. Early mornings when no one’s watching.Hard choices when comfort is calling.Consistency when motivation disappears. We say we want out… but keep choosing what keeps us in. Same habits. Same excuses. Same results. Freedom demands a trade: who you are today for who you need to become. And most people hesitate at that cost. Not because they’re incapable… But because they’re unwilling to let go of what’s familiar. So the question isn’t “Do you want freedom?” It’s this: Are you willing to change enough to deserve it? linkwithsean.com
