Saplings Stories for Big Feelings is a children's podcast offering short, calming stories designed to help young listeners understand and manage their emotions. Each episode follows a Sapling character who learns to notice, name, and regulate feelings using simple tools such as breathing and movement. The show is created for Pre-K through early elementary children and can be used at bedtime, in the classroom, or during shared emotional exploration.
