  Thunder in the Mountains: An interview with Tom Isitt about his book on the Italian Front in the First World War 02.09.2026 51min

  In this episode of the Helion Military History Podcast, Dr Christopher Brice talks to Tom Isitt about his book Thunder in the Mountains: The First World War on the Italian Front. The interview covers not only the campaign, but the difficult climate, terrain and topography under which the campaign was fought.
