Welcome to 'Heart of Man' 18.09.2026 2minLife as a man can be tough...We get flooded with messages on who to be & how to act, all while we carry the constant pressure to lead, provide & perform. And so, as a response, we adapt...At the extremes, certain men do this by cutting themselves off from qualities in themselves that are considered masculine, because the narrative is that masculinity or being masculine is toxic.Other men swing to the other extreme, cutting themselves off from qualities like gentleness and openheartedness, being told that such qualities are effeminate, weak or non-masculine.Both sides of the spectrum learn what lets them stay part of the tribe, keeps them relevant, and gets their needs met.Another way to say this is we learn what works and gets us results...But in all the men I've spoken to, this has come with a heavy price...Somewhere along the way of becoming somebody for everybody else, they've cut themselves off from essential aspects of themselves and became a nobody to themselves.Eventually, the ways that they've adapted from who they are, the very things that might have brought them external success, begin to backfire:The closeness and intimacy you once had in your relationship is no longer there, and you don't know why.Conflicts are increasing, and you feel at a loss for what your partner is really asking from you.You feel tired because you perceive you're doing everything you can, and it's still not enough. She's still not happy. You react in ways that you're not proud of, but don't know how to respond differently. No matter how much you achieve, it's difficult to separate your worth from what you do. And with that, it never feels like enough. And perhaps you now stand there, realizing you have everything you said you've always wanted, asking yourself, "Is this really it?"The question is:How can you lead a life that you don't feel you need to escape from? How can you create a life that's worth living?A life where you don't just feel like a leader in your business or vocation, but in every area of your life, whether it's your personal, love, or work life.Where you can look yourself in the mirror at the end of the day, look yourself in the eyes, and say:"I am proud of you."And really mean it.Heart of Man is my answer. This channel is for the man ready to reclaim who he is at his core & learn what it means to live fully embodied in leadership, love and life.Who wants to move powerfully through the world, no longer using his compensations as a crutch to appear strong, but rather wants to know how he can lead with embodied strength by being deeply in contact with who he is.Join men's relationship coach & breathwork teacher Alex Lehmann in raw conversations with world-class leaders in men’s work, relationships, intimacy and embodiment, exploring an integrated path for the modern man. -
How Do I Stop Rejecting Myself? [Coaching Session With Sebastian] | EP 86 15.09.2026 1h 13minIn this coaching session, I had the privilege of sitting down with Sebastian for an in-depth conversation about rejection, the fear of being rejected, and the ways we can end up rejecting ourselves in the process. Our session began with Sebastian sharing a recent encounter with a woman he connected with at a retreat. As we explored what happened, he recognised early on that he was the very person who rejected himself before she ever had the opportunity to do so.Him sharing that experience opened the door to a much deeper pattern within Sebastian, one that had shaped much of his life.Together, we explored the ways Sebastian had learned to present himself throughout his life in order to earn approval, recognition, and acceptance. We traced this pattern back to childhood, including the experiences that taught him that distinct aspects of himself, such as his softness, love, and vulnerability, were not welcome. This became an opportunity to examine the ways he was still meeting himself with rejection, harshness, and the demand to be different. We explored what it could look like to meet fear directly, to be with it, and to reconnect with the parts of himself he had learned to push away.In this coaching session, we explore:How Sebastian misread a moment with a woman at a retreat and rejected himself before she ever couldThe childhood story that taught him his love and softness weren't welcomeWhy meeting fear, rather than overriding it, is essential to developing genuine confidenceThe difference between strength that comes from propping ourselves up and strength that comes from embracing all aspects of ourselvesWhat it looks like to choose yourself, regardless of how anyone else respondsWhat emerged for Sebastian during the breathwork session and the insights he took awayWhat moved me most was watching Sebastian realise that the very parts of himself he judged the most actually hold some of his greatest sources of strength and power. This episode's for anyone who's spent their life protecting themselves from rejection and fear, without fully recognising the ways they may have been rejecting themselves.—Connect with Alex: ◼ Think we might be a good fit to work together? Max Trombly: The Patterns Keeping Men Stuck In 'Prince Phase' | EP 85 01.09.2026 1h 31minMax Trombly is back on Heart of Man, and this one goes deep and gets fiery. We're talking suppressed joy, men staying unconsciously stuck in the Prince phase, why committing to one woman can actually become a source of liberation rather than constraint, and what happens when a man's sexual energy keeps leaking into the pursuit of more. For those who missed our first conversation, Max is a devoted husband, father, and transformational life coach based in New Orleans, guiding men and women toward lives of authentic expression, depth, and fulfilling purpose in relationship. In our first episode together, we explored his own journey out of an unfulfilling marriage and into the clarity that eventually led him to his wife and the family he'd always wanted.Since then, I've had the chance to meet Max and learn from him as part of the Embodied Masculine Leadership Training led by John Wineland, where Max served as one of the lead teachers. That container was transformative for me, and it's part of what brought this conversation into being. At the center of this conversation is a threshold most men never fully cross: Moving beyond the Prince phase. At its core, the Prince is still oriented toward self-development, exploration, and satisfying his own wants. He may be doing plenty of inner work and having meaningful experiences, yet still remains unconsciously focused on himself. And as a result, he can struggle to build something deeper that may actually be what he truly longs for.A relationship he can fully commit to. A life with roots. A family. A meaningful impact. In this conversation, Max makes the case that the way through isn't necessarily through focusing on more: more experience, more variety, more chasing. It's about doing our own deep work, reclaiming our joy, containing our own energy, knowing who we really are, and ultimately becoming willing to commit ourselves fully to what we choose. In this conversation, discover:Why joy is a choice, and why so many men are afraid to fully feel itWhat "energetic agility" means and why it matters for men who lead at home and at workThe archetypal path from Page to Knight to Prince, and why so many men get stuck in PrinceThe "Eat, Pray, Love" trap of chasing self-focused experiences and calling it growthWhy choosing one woman can become the greatest act of liberation, rather than a constraintWhat masculine stewardship actually looks like inside a marriage and a familyWhat "leaky sexual energy" is and why it can quietly drain a man's attention, vitality, and powerHow Max keeps his sexual energy contained and directed fully toward his relationshipI loved sitting with Max in this one. What struck me most about him is his refusal to sugarcoat any of it, and his willingness to boldly speak to what he's seeing. I believe it's that penetrative clarity that made this conversation hit home so deeply. This conversation's for anyone who found themselves stuck in a cycle of chasing experience after experience without feeling fully satisfied, and who is longing to find a path toward something deeper.—Connect with Alex : ◼ Think we might be a good fit to work together? Who Am I Without The Performer, When There's Nothing Left To Prove? [Coaching Session With Ryan] | EP 84 19.08.2026 1h 31minIn this coaching session, I have the great pleasure of sitting down with Ryan to explore the weight he's been carrying for over 16 years in his pursuit of performance and achievement. And what was quietly underneath it all was a deep yearning to be seen. To know that he matters and that he is important.Early in our session, Ryan began dropping into the exhaustion and pain of no longer being able to carry the mask he'd built to protect himself from a young age. What we uncovered traced back to Ryan being 15 years old, when he was cut from his football team.Beneath that experience was a deep fear that his father's love was conditional on him remaining the football star. From this event, which left him in shock, he developed a need to perform, chase attention, and prove that he was good enough. His sense of worth became increasingly dependent on being seen, being significant, and being impressive. And while this strategy had served him since he was a teenager, we could clearly see how the protectors we develop early in life eventually become masks that drain us and prevent us from fully being ourselves.Throughout this session, you'll witness the raw and vulnerable experience of Ryan beginning to let go of his mask as I support him on that journey. Here, you see the beautiful and insightful experience of a man dropping the masks that are no longer serving him, stepping into deeper self-leadership, and bringing the different parts of himself into relationship. It was an incredible honour to witness Ryan over this period. In this coaching session, we explore:Why Ryan has felt the need to perform and chase attention for over 16 yearsThe day he was cut from his football team at 15, and the impact that experience had on himThe moment his fiancée told him he loved attention more than money, and what that revealed for himThe two parts inside of him: the performer who longs to impress, and the dreamer who needed to escape his painHow the fear of not being good enough can make it difficult to ever relax into ourselvesThe role of shame, and how allowing ourselves to stay present with it can actually bring us closer to connection rather than pushing us away from itWhat it now looks like for Ryan to stop trying to earn his worth and simply allow himself to beWhat came up for him during the breathwork journey at the end of the sessionI was deeply touched by Ryan's capacity to step so fully and deeply into the session, offering a powerful example of the courage it takes to allow ourselves to be truly seen.If you've ever struggled to show up fully as yourself, or found yourself caught in the exhausting pursuit of proving your worth, I believe this session will absolutely be for you.—Connect with Alex: ◼ Website: https://www.alexlehmann.co◼ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alexlehmann_/◼ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@heartofmanpodcast◼ Listen on Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/heart-of-man/id1697289478◼ Email: [email protected]◼ Think we might be a good fit to work together? Rasmus Ingerslev: "No Amount of Success Could Outrun The Pain I Felt" | EP 83 03.08.2026 1h 24min"Many men would say I would die for you, but what your kids really need is for you to live for them."These are the moving words from my next guest and dear friend, Rasmus Ingerslev.Rasmus is a Danish entrepreneur who spent three decades building two of Europe's largest health club groups, fitness dk and Fresh Fitness, before founding Wexer Virtual, which serves many of the world's leading club groups. He's chaired IHRSA, the Health and Fitness Association, and has been named one of Denmark's top CEOs.Today, he channels that same drive into his most recent venture, Manhug Coaching, helping men rebuild who they are at their core from the ground up.But underneath the many impressive accolades, accomplishments, and external success is a deep and raw past, from which much of his drive was fuelled.I feel honoured to share this raw conversation with him, going deep into his personal story and exploring the experiences that shaped him, from the 11-year-old boy who wanted to end his life after enduring physical abuse, sexual abuse, and bullying, to the man he's become today.Early on, he instinctively decided that he was the only person he could actually rely on, building an armour first through his physicality and eventually through a business empire. But it was moving through his divorce, where the image of 'having it all' began to fall apart, that finally demanded he go all in on the work he'd spent his whole life trying to outrun. This eventually led him towards the work he offers today, forged within the foundation of extensive psychotherapy, psychedelics, somatic therapy, tantra, and couples work.I first met Rasmus at a tantra retreat three years ago and felt an immediate connection with him, seeing in him a man almost 20 years older who'd lived both the heights of success and the depths of failure, with a deep drive to face the parts of himself he'd long avoided.I feel fortunate to say our connection has only deepened since...In our podcast together, we explore an underlying question that many men rarely ask:"What do you do when you've got everything you thought you wanted and needed, but it doesn't fill the emptiness from within?"In our conversation, discover:How a childhood filled with neglect and abuse led to Rasmus's incessant drive to build a physical armor and business empire. How performance and achievement become a way of trying to prove we're good enough, and why it never works. The moment Rasmus realized his life had been driven by the operating system of a little boy.His experience of moving through infidelity and how it prompted him towards doing the deeper work. How he plunged into therapeutic and self-development disciplines of every kind to try to save his marriage, and what he discovered about himself in the process.Rasmus's personal insights around the journey of moving from suffering to surviving to thriving, and his lived recognitions of the type of father he wants to be.Of all the podcasts I've done, this has been one of my favourites, moving me deeply to tears. As many of you might know, I put a lot of work into my podcast, but if there is one that I really encourage you to watch, it's this one. This episode's for anyone who's done everything imaginable to fill the void from within, but was never able to get the results they were hoping for.—Connect with Alex: ◼ Website: https://www.alexlehmann.co◼ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alexlehmann_/◼ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@heartofmanpodcast◼ Listen on Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/heart-of-man/id1697289478◼ Email: [email protected]◼ Think we might be a good fit to work together? How Self-Reliance Erodes Attraction In Relationship [Coaching Session With Ali] | EP 82 22.07.2026 1h 22minIn this live coaching session, you'll have the opportunity to listen to the challenges Ali is navigating as we explore the loss of connection and attraction in his romantic partnership. What initially looked like a strong circumstantial change that shifted their dynamic turned out to be something completely different, as we explored Ali's contribution to this dynamic. What we discovered is how much of it traces back to difficult experiences he's navigated, through which he has had to adapt and learn how to protect himself. And while it might have supported him at one stage of his life, it was now leading to a breakdown in the closeness he was experiencing with his partner, and the attraction.Discover here how painful experiences with our family can teach us a sense of self-reliance, something I observe with many men, and how ruptures in our connections can lead us to unconsciously distance ourselves from the closeness we actually crave from our partners. If you listen closely, I'd argue that this is going to be a session many of you might be able to relate to...To me, it highlights that powerful leadership isn't just about the ways we lead and direct areas such as the provision for our relationships, but rather, it often begins by honestly assessing the aspects we're quietly carrying that are impacting our connection. This one was for sure a relatable one for me, and I know for many high performers I work with as well. Here you get to discover the vulnerable story of a man who's father tried to take his own life when he was 18, how a five year relationship ended at the height of his addiction, and how his nervous system learned early on that other people's wellbeing was his job and his alone. In this coaching session, find out:The big life shift that changed the dynamic between Ali and his partnerHow he went from being her lover to feeling like her caregiverThe night his father's suicide attempt left him feeling responsible for othersHow over responsibility can turn into a lifelong habit of self-reliance and not being able to receiveHow ruptures in the relationship taught him to no longer be available for connectionWhy always being the one to lead can actually be a way of avoiding being let downWhy praising a woman for who she is, not just what she does, can entirely change the dynamicWhat came up for him during the breathwork journey that closed out the sessionI carry deep respect and appreciation for Ali's willingness to bring this topic so openly to our recorded session. To me, it takes a big man to admit what's not working in the relationship, especially around sensitive topics such as love and attraction, and to have the willingness to examine his part. This episode's for anyone who's built their worth around being the one who's always got themselves, and has never stopped to ask what it might cost them to not allow themselves to need someone.—Connect with Alex: ◼ Website: https://www.alexlehmann.co◼ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alexlehmann_/◼ Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@heartofmanpodcast◼ LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/alexlehmann-hom◼ Listen to this conversation on Apple Podcasts and leave a review: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/heart-of-man/id1697289478◼ Email: [email protected]◼ Think we might be a good fit to work together? Jord Cuiper: When The Fear Of Losing Yourself Becomes Its Own Trap | EP 81 08.07.2026 1h 18minJord Cuiper returns, and this one came straight off the back of our last conversation. After a vibrant discussion in our last episode, we had a personal check in, sharing how the experience was for both of us.I shared some honest reflections, and it became clear there was more worth exploring, leading us to this follow up.At the core of this episode we examine the developmental journey that many high achievers and high performers will recognize: First, there's the path of relentless pursuit, often driven by the basic needs we have not yet owned, and the self-protective patterns we have developed along the way. Then comes a second path toward alignment, toward how we feel in the moment, and toward following one's inner truth. But eventually, even that second path can become its own constraint.Because from that place, alignment starts to override one's innate drive toward creation and ambition, but also an honest relationship with reality itself. And it's from that place where the pursuit of the third mountain actually begins, which is what we fundamentally focus on in this interview. For those who have not listened to the last episode, my encouragement is to do so, but it's not a requirement. In this conversation, find out:How the alignment you worked hard to build can end up holding you backThe difference between working hard out of fear and working hard because it genuinely matters to youHow resistance to difficulty can drain you more than the difficulty itselfThe two first mountains: moving from achievement to alignment, and what's waiting on the other side of bothWhy keeping your cup full is not the goal, and why pouring it out for something you care about is where real fulfillment comes fromThe difference between a value and a principleHow to build systems that let you pursue big goals without losing the people who matter mostJord's "more cowbells" principle, and what it means to be the kind of man who shows up for othersThis was one of my more personally raw conversations I've had on this podcast, and I'm grateful to Jord for allowing the space for that. This episode's for anyone who's done the deep inner work yet found themselves, somewhere along the way, at war with their own ambition.—Connect with Alex: ◼ Website: https://www.alexlehmann.co◼ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alexlehmann_/◼ Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@heartofmanpodcast◼ LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/alexlehmann-hom◼ Listen to this conversation on Apple Podcasts and leave a review: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/heart-of-man/id1697289478◼ Email: [email protected]◼ Think we might be a good fit to work together? Jord Cuiper: The One Thing Stopping You From Actually Changing | EP 80 24.06.2026 1h 32minJord Cuiper is back for his 2nd round, and this interview feels like a full-circle moment, considering he was part of the first episode I ever published. He's an executive and self-leadership coach with over a decade of experience working with founders, business owners & high-level professionals across the world. As I see it, his work cuts straight to the core of what actually holds people back:◾ The blind spots they cannot see in themselves, the self-protective patterns they might have built over a lifetime, and the foundational values they've disconnected from.In his own life, Jord founded his first tech company at 24, scaling it from zero to a seven-figure business serving clients across Europe. Then, in 2018, a near-fatal health crisis forced him to step down from the business and confront the aspects of himself that led him to this definitive moment, requiring him to completely rebuild his life from the ground up. And this became the very foundation of the work he provides today...Back in the beginning of 2024, I went through a defining period myself, where my business scaled 2x, and at the same time I was constantly overwhelmed, needing to confront the fact that I was at the brink of burnout, even though I was deeply trained within the understandings of the nervous system.I reached out to him, knowing if someone could help me through this time, it would be him. That led to him becoming my coach over a 16-month period, guiding me toward building a deeper form of self-leadership from the inside out. The shifts I made during that time were foundational, and I carry much of what we built together into my work to this day.In this episode, Jord and I return to the core of his work: Why change is harder than we think, why knowing is never enough, and what it actually takes to stop the pattern and step into something more self-led.In this conversation, we explore:Why doing more work on yourself can actually be a way of avoiding the one thing that actually needs to changeWhy knowing what needs to shift and actually shifting it are two completely different thingsHow the identity you're most proud of can become the biggest obstacle to real changeThe difference between what you value and what you need, and why confusing the two keeps men stuckWhat it actually looks like to move from boy psychology to man psychology in daily lifeWhen to push through and when to ease off, and how to tell the differenceWhat Jord learned about himself when injury took his passion for running away and forced him to stopI loved this conversation with Jord...He's direct, honest, and practically grounded in a way that only comes from having walked one's own path. I hold deep respect for the work he's done on himself and continues to bring to the people he serves. This episode is for anyone who's done the work, listened to the podcasts, attended the circles, yet still feels like something essential has not changed.—Connect with Alex : ◼ Website: https://www.alexlehmann.co◼ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alexlehmann_/◼ Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@heartofmanpodcast◼ LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/alexlehmann-hom◼ Listen to this conversation on Apple Podcasts and leave a review: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/heart-of-man/id1697289478◼ Email: [email protected]◼ Think we might be a good fit to work together? Om Rupani: What She Actually Needs From You That Has Nothing To Do With Being Nice | EP 79 10.06.2026 1h 17minOm Rupani is back for his second round on Heart of Man...And today, I'm very excited to address this exact topic with him through his background in BDSM, which I see is very prevalent in the lives of many men:Nice Guy Syndrome. When I completed his seven day BDSM Fundamentals training last year, it was a transformative experience for me, and one of the first things I recognised was how powerful it was to resolve any remaining remnants of myself still navigating the Nice Guy Mask.On the podcast, we've had Dr. Robert Glover, who wrote the book "No More Mr. Nice Guy," on the show twice. But today, we'll have the opportunity to look at this through the lens of someone who supports individuals every day to become better leaders through the medium of BDSM, which I see offers him a unique perspective. For those who need a refresher:Om Rupani is a teacher, author, and speaker who's been teaching about BDSM, polarity, and man–woman relating for almost 2 decades. He's also the author of Prerequisites to Ecstasy, a no-nonsense guide exploring what it truly takes to create the love and intimacy we say we want.Today, his work focuses on helping men embody their masculinity with confidence and depth, supporting women in cultivating passionate, harmonious relationships with their men, and guiding singles and couples to consciously integrate elements of BDSM into their intimacy. In this conversation, Om and I explore:What the Nice Guy persona is, and why it functions as a mask to control how others see youHow it forms through the mother wound and the absence of strong fathersWhy physical training alone misses the point, and what actually dissolves this patternThe distinction between domineering and dominant, and what genuine leadership requiresWhy BDSM is the clearest way Om knows to teach containmentThe three categories of dominance and submissionWhy a woman will only surrender to a man whose leadership genuinely improves her lifeLearning to be at peace with who you are, and letting people see youI thoroughly enjoyed this conversation with Om and this work touchrs directly on what so many men don't recognize they're carrying:the identity they feel required to uphold in order to be seen as worthy, feel safe, and get their needs met. Please note this conversation might be triggering to some of you, as this work was initially with me. Whether you agree or not, my encouragement is to stay open and notice what arises within you.Over time, that very approach has supported me in discovering deeper truth about what I value, what I care about, and who I am.This episode is for anyone who's spent years performing goodness while quietly suppressing who they actually are, and who is ready to stop letting the fear of disapproval run their life.—Connect with Alex: ◼ Website: https://www.alexlehmann.co◼ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alexlehmann_/◼ Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@heartofmanpodcast◼ LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/alexlehmann-hom◼ Listen to this conversation on Apple Podcasts and leave a review: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/heart-of-man/id1697289478◼ Email: [email protected]◼ Think we might be a good fit to work together? Igor Kufayev: Why So Many Men Feel Lost And How They Can Find Their Way Back | EP 78 26.05.2026 1h 47minIgor Vamadeva Kufayev is an artist, spiritual master and teacher whose work is dedicated to the potential inherent in human birth.Following a radical transformation of consciousness and the spontaneous unfolding of grace in his mid-thirties, culminating in a fully embodied Self-recognition, he has since served as a conduit of transmission for awakening into the new era of heart-centered consciousness. His live gatherings, extended programmes known as immersions, are renowned for their intensity, clarity and catalytic potential.Drawing from Tantric Śaivism, direct energetic transmission and somatic integration, his work offers a compelling contribution to contemporary understanding of spiritual evolution.Originally trained as a painter, Igor bridges scholarship, poetic articulation and lived realisation. Today, he is the author of Camatkāra: The Hidden Path (2023) and KUṆḌALINĪ: The Goddess as the Power of Self-Recognition in Tantric Śaivism (2026).As a householder and family man, Igor is lovingly raising his three children with his partner Amrita Ma Devi.He continues to guide an international community of practitioners, developing frameworks for exploring the fullest potential of awakened embodiment. We come together for this conversation at a time when the challenges facing men seem more pressing than ever. And as I see it, the crisis men are navigating today runs deeper than most conversations are willing to explore. The loss of rites of passage, masculine mentorship, the living transmission of what it means to be a man. These aren't things that can be recovered through surface level approaches. They require a deeper reckoning. In this episode, Igor and I explore:Why the crisis of masculinity runs deeper than what meets the eye, and where it actually beginsWhat men lost when rites of passage, the warrior spirit, and masculine mentorship disappeared from modern lifeIgor's personal storyWhat masculine and feminine energy actually are, and why every man carries bothWhat it means to be a spiritual warrior, and how that quality shows up in the ordinary demands of daily lifeWhy a man's true strength lives in his heart, and how courage and forgiveness come from the same placeHow to face uncertainty without collapsing or hardeningWhat mature masculinity actually looks like: unwavering on principle, and open in the heartI found myself deeply touched and enlivened by this conversation with Igor...What I experienced in him was something deeply rare: the quality of a man who has been tested by life at every level and has remained open hearted.I hold deep reverence for the path he's walked and the work he brings into the world. This episode is for any man who has felt lost within the structures of our modern times, and would like to understand, at the deepest level, the root of these challenges and how to move forwards...—Connect with Alex: ◼ Website: https://www.alexlehmann.co◼ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alexlehmann_/◼ Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@heartofmanpodcast◼ LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/alexlehmann-hom◼ Listen to this conversation on Apple Podcasts and leave a review: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/heart-of-man/id1697289478◼ Email: [email protected]◼ Think we might be a good fit to work together? Gil "the Grid" Gomes Leal: What Your Anger Is Actually Covering Up | EP 77 13.05.2026 1h 32minDisclaimer: Due to a studio change and some equipment issues, the audio quality in this episode isn't what you're used to from Heart of Man. My team has done the best with what we had. I can however say with absolute confidence, the conversation itself was worth every minute. I hope you feel the same.Gil 'the Grid' Gomes Leal is the founder and artistic director of the Amenti dance collective and creator of the Amenti MoveMeant method. As a choreographer, performer, and movement teacher drawing from hip hop, African embodiment, Jungian psychology, and shadow work, Gil now incorporates movement as a form of medicine, connecting others to the inherent wisdom of their body.Gil grew up inside a Jehovah's Witness household in Rotterdam, where the joy, freedom, and expression he found through dance became a direct threat to his sense of belonging... It was within those early years of tension between attachment and his authentic expression that the foundation of everything he now teaches was laid...Through workshops, immersions, and trainings, Gil works alongside the Amenti collective with individuals to access their innate intelligence, guiding them towards deeper empowerment and healing of incomplete past experiences.I attended one of Amenti's workshops in Bali last year and was struck, as a somatic practitioner myself, by the potent places I got to access through this movement method. At the core of this conversation is a question Gil and I keep returning to: how can we move through experiences where we may have been legitimately victimized, and come into a felt embodiment of our agency and power, which I would argue is our birthright. We explore how this can be reclaimed through movement, shadow work, and the willingness to stop identifying as a victim of our story and start taking responsibility for it.In this episode, find out:How Gil's childhood within the Jehovah's Witnesses shaped himThe value of the pain teacher, and what it teachesWhy authenticity requires the willingness to lose people, and the cost of choosing attachment over truthThe link between unresolved trauma and powerlessness, and how the body can become the access towards agencyThe difference between being victimized by an event and adopting the victim identity as a way of lifeWhy anger is such a foundational emotion to work with, and the wisdom it carriesWhy fundamental safety can never be a given, and why the focus according to Gil is about creating brave spaces rather than safe onesI loved this conversation with Gil, and admire the way he was fuelled by his own pain, making incredible art out of it that individuals worldwide now get to benefit from. This episode is for anyone who has spent years feeling like life is happening to them, and is ready to step into the truth that it no longer has to.—Connect with Alex Lehmann: 🌐 Website: https://www.alexlehmann.co/📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alexlehmann_🎥 Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@heartofmanpodcast💼 LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/alexlehmann-hom🎧 Listen to this conversation on Apple Podcasts and leave a review: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/heart-of-man/id1697289478✉️ Email: [email protected]🤝Think we might be a good fit to work together? Charles Myssy: Shadow Work, Self-Sabotage & Breaking Free From The Patterns Running Your Life | EP 76 29.04.2026 1h 41minCharles Myssy is a Shadow Alchemist, facilitator, and founder of Shadow Mastery Institute, an international organization guiding people through somatic shadow work, archetypal exploration, and inner child integration. In his work, he guides people into the parts of themselves they have long avoided, supporting them to move from unconscious pattern and protective armor into integrated, embodied wholeness. While many know Charles through his widely popular social media content and humor, few know the version of him from which all of it originated. The one who grew up in scarcity...Who watched his mother fight to keep it all together as the sole provider...Who took on the weight of the household as the sole masculine figure before he had any idea what that weight meant...The absence of a father whose acceptance and recognition he deeply craved...By the time he was old enough to understand the impact these experiences had on him, he'd already spent years building a version of himself designed to make sure it never happened again, leading to years of armoring, anger, of building himself into someone the world couldn't hurt again.Eventually, this led him down the journey of going back to reclaim that what got left behind. In our conversation together, we examine Charles's journey from the wounds of his past toward his own shadow integration, and what that process of reclamation truly demands of a man.At the center of this conversation is a question Charles and I have both lived from the inside out: what happens to the parts of us that were too painful to be seen? And what becomes possible when we finally stop running? In this conversation, Charles and I explore:Charles's personal journey of growing up without a father and how that shaped himHow unprocessed pain can show up in our lives, leading to sabotage in our relationshipsThe warrior archetype, what it is, its immature expression, and what it looks like when it finally maturesThe victim archetype, why it sits at the root of so many of our patterns, and how we can move past itWhy understanding your wounds is not the same as moving through an embodied healing processWhat genuine shadow integration actually requiresHow our relationships will always show us exactly what we haven't yet faced in ourselvesWhat it means to lead your inner world rather than be led by itI thoroughly enjoyed this conversation with Charles...What drew me to his work initially was how he used the medium of humor and entertainment to bring these truths to light. What I found underneath was a sincere, caring, and deeply committed man, and I hold deep respect for the path he has walked to bring this work into the world. This episode is for any man who has spent his whole life moving forward, yet never once looked back at what is driving him in the first place...—Connect with Alex Lehmann: 🌐 Website: https://www.alexlehmann.co/📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alexlehmann_🎥 Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@heartofmanpodcast💼 LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/alexlehmann-hom🎧 Listen to this conversation on Apple Podcasts and leave a review: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/heart-of-man/id1697289478✉️ Email: [email protected]🤝Think we might be a good fit to work together? Nora Wendel: When The Chase For Freedom Turns Into Loneliness | EP 75 16.04.2026 1h 14min"The freedom lifestyle promises liberation, adventure, authenticity, connection on your own terms... It sounded perfect, and for a while it was. But here's what it actually delivered: freedom and profound loneliness, options and an inability to choose, movement and nowhere that feels like home."These are the words written by my next guest, Nora Wendel, in an Instagram post that went viral a few months ago...When I first read it, it stopped me in my tracks, because it named something I had been watching play out around me for years and had never heard said quite so directly. With an MSc in Psychology, today Nora operates in the field of applied social and relational psychology, supporting individuals in coming into a deeper sense of belonging, community, and connection. She's been initiated into this work through her own lived experience of these struggles... Born to European parents and raised across multiple countries, such as Nepal, India, the UK, and Indonesia, the question of where do I belong, where is home for me, was a lived struggle she had to move through herself.Today, she leads with the understanding that home, belonging, and community are not a given but something that has to be consciously chosen and built. It's that lived experience that now sits at the heart of everything she teaches.I reached out to Nora after seeing that post, wanting to examine with her the development of the freedom lifestyle, what it's costing us in the process, and how to bring deeper intentionality towards what we want to create. In this conversation, Nora and I dive into:The shadow side of the freedom lifestyle and why so many of us end up lonely, stuck, and disconnectedWhy the inner work you do alone will only take you so far, and what only a relationship can teach youHow your values are the compass when too many choices leave you paralyzedHow unprocessed grief can keep us choosing surface level connections over depthWhat rites of passage and community gave us that's absent todayHow to build the kind of relationships that actually lastHow to take a stand for the kind of connection you want to createHow to know when it's time to leave a connection, and when you're just running from discomfortThis interview examines subjects that have not been addressed in this way before on this show...Belonging. Loneliness. And the quiet cost of a life built solely around freedom. Connor Beaton: The Hidden Wound Behind High-Performers (And How It Sabotages Self-Worth) | EP 74 01.04.2026 1h 26minConnor Beaton is the founder of "ManTalks", an international men's mental health organization, the host of "ManTalks", and the author of the best-selling book "Men's Work: A Practical Guide to Face Your Darkness, End Self-Sabotage, and Find Freedom".Through his 1:1 work, his courses, and the Alliance, his private men's community, Connor has spent over a decade helping men face the hidden parts of themselves that quietly run their lives. But Connor didn't come to this work through theory...For years, he performed the man he thought he needed to be: charming, capable, put together on the outside. On the inside, he was running.Eventually, it all collapsed...He found himself sleeping in his car, alone with everything he'd been hiding, and realized he had two options:Keep silently suffering, or start talking. He chose to talk. And that choice eventually became "ManTalks"...In my own journey of masculine development, Connor has been one of the most influential voices. Having him here on "Heart of Man" has truly been a dream since the very beginning of this show. One of the central themes of this conversation is self-worth...We explore how self-esteem is performance based. It rises and falls with what you do and how well you do it.Self-worth is something deeper. It is the understanding that you have value simply because you exist. Not because you earned it or proved it, but because it was never conditional in the first place. And yet for so many men, this knowing is missing...In its place is what Connor calls dark motivation: using shame, self-loathing, and fear as fuel to keep pushing forward. You build the business. You reach the top. And you feel nothing. Because the internal foundation was never built on genuine worth. In this conversation, Connor and I dive into:The critical difference between self-esteem and self-worth, and why so many men confuse the twoHow a man's sense of value becomes tied to his ability to perform, and what happens when that performance faltersWhy both the high-achieving man driven by shame and the collapsed man consumed by it are carrying the same woundHow shame functions as a compliance mechanism, and what that reveals about how men learned to manage themselves as boysThe two distinct paths that build a destructive inner critic, and how to trace yours back to its originHow to separate personhood from behavior, so failure is no longer experienced as evidence of being brokenHow to repurpose the inner critic from hostile attacker into a loyal soldier with a new missionThe role of self-compassion in building genuine self-worth, and why most men resist itWhy facing fear in isolation is dangerous, and what it truly means to have other men beside you as you walk into itThis episode is for any man who has spent years achieving while quietly feeling that none of it is ever enough. And for any man ready to stop using shame as the engine, and start building from something more honest and lasting.—Connect with Alex Lehmann:🌐 Website: https://www.alexlehmann.co/📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alexlehmann_🎥 Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@heartofmanpodcast💼 LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/alexlehmann-hom🎧 Listen to this conversation on Apple Podcasts and leave a review: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/heart-of-man/id1697289478✉️ Email: [email protected]#🤝 Think we might be a good fit to work together? Alison Armstrong: Why Chemistry Isn’t Enough In Relationships: The Truth About Attraction, Sex And Lasting Love | EP 73 17.03.2026 1h 17minAlison Armstrong is back for her third round on Heart of Man, and it continues to be a real honor to learn from this woman whose work has deeply shaped the way I understand men, women, partnership, and the often hidden dynamics that govern our relationships. For those who may not yet know her, Alison has been teaching and speaking about men, women, human behavior, and relationships for over three decades. Through her seminars, books, online programs, and media contributions, she has given millions of people access to more fulfilling lives, loving relationships, stronger families, and more productive organizations. In our first conversation, we explored a man’s relationship to shame...In the second, we explored the stages of development within a man...And in this third dialogue, we turn toward one of the most charged and important territories of all: how men and women come together in romantic partnership, and what happens when sexuality, protection, and provision enter the field...At the heart of this conversation is Alison’s framing of our instinctual responses, not simply as procreate, protect, and provide, but more accurately as procreate first, then protect, then provide. From there, we begin to unpack what tends to happen when chemistry leads the way, when sexuality is used to meet deeper unmet needs, and why so many people end up bringing out the worst in one another while actually longing for love, safety, connection, and partnership. In this episode, discover:Why attraction and sexual chemistry can quickly derail connection in the early stages of datingHow sex is often used to meet deeper needs for love, safety, and connectionWhy you should not have sex with someone if you cannot clearly communicate your needs and boundariesHow leading with chemistry can trigger a “taking” dynamic instead of genuine connectionWhat happens when a man feels he has to protect himself, and how that impacts his ability to provide in a relationshipThe difference between men living with an ever present sense of death and women living with an ever present sense of life How understanding these instinctual dynamics can change the way you approach dating, intimacy, and partnershipThis was a deeply rich and valuable conversation, one that brought us into some of my favorite territories to explore: man-woman relating, relationships, sex, and purpose.Alison continues to offer a level of clarity that I find both humbling and incredibly insightful, and I trust that this conversation will give you much to reflect on in your own life and relationships.—Connect with Alex Lehmann: 🌐 Website: https://www.alexlehmann.co/📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alexlehmann_🎥 Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@heartofmanpodcast💼 LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/alexlehmann-hom🎧 Listen to this conversation on Apple Podcasts and leave a review: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/heart-of-man/id1697289478✉️ Email: [email protected]🤝Think we might be a good fit to work together? Eli Buren: The Cultivated Man – Why Breath, Posture, And Awareness Matter Now More Than Ever | EP 72 03.03.2026 58minEli Buren returns to Heart of Man for his second round, inviting us into a deeper note around what it truly means to be a cultivated man in a time of rising disconnection. For those who have not listened to our first conversation, Eli is a teacher, martial artist, and guide whose work bridges self-discovery and rigorous embodied training. His path is rooted in decades of experiential practice that extends beyond theory.Through breath, movement, martial forms, meditation, and relational presence, he guides men into the lived experience of awareness in the body, not as an idea but as a discipline.Since we last spoke two years ago, Eli shares his journey of stepping more deeply into fatherhood, an initiation that has refined his relationship to presence, devotion, and responsibility. From there, we explore what it means to mature as a man, not by trying to eliminate our conditioning, but by learning to recognize it, create space from it, and train new capacities in breath, body, and awareness. In this conversation, discover:Why presence must be a choice, especially in a culture that pulls us toward speed, productivity, and distractionHow everything in life is already a practice, and how the deeper question becomes: What am I practicing right now?Why unconscious practices become patterns that shape our presence, relationships, and leadership. The distinction between realization and training. Why embodied mastery cannot be rushed, optimized, or hacked, and requires years of sincere dedication. My personal journey from trying to fix myself to grieving the ways I attempted to prove my worth. How to bring humor, play, and artistic expression through wounded parts of ourselves. Why developing dynamic range creates freedom in real time.As I see it, this conversation is not about becoming a different man...In his own way, Eli brings us back to the fundamentals that cannot be outsourced or optimized: your body, your breath, your awareness. If you currently feel stretched by responsibility, pressure, or the weight of expectation, and you are done chasing and ready to cultivate, this episode is for you.—Connect with Alex Lehmann: 🌐 Website: https://www.alexlehmann.co/📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alexlehmann_🎥 Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@heartofmanpodcast💼 LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/alexlehmann-hom🎧 Listen to this conversation on Apple Podcasts and leave a review: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/heart-of-man/id1697289478✉️ Email: [email protected]🤝Think we might be a good fit to work together? Ryan Moresby-White: The Hidden Grief That Sabotages Men In Relationships And How To Become An Emotionally Safe Man | EP 71 19.02.2026 1h 49minRyan Moresby-White returns for his second appearance on Heart of Man.And this time, we explore what it truly takes for a man to become emotionally safe, grounded, and self-led.As a men's coach and founder of the Heal The Boy Institute, his work centers on helping men mature psychologically and emotionally so the younger parts of us no longer drive the bus in our relationships, our work, and our lives. In our first conversation, we explored the foundations of boy psychology, emotional immaturity, and the root causes behind why so many men today operate from these younger imprints. This time, we go deeper into the terrain underneath it all that demands our attention: Grief. The willingness to grieve the pain of our past. The losses we have experienced. The parts of us that have never known love. What we hoped for, longed for, and needed yet never received. And in those places, developing the kind of inner fortitude that demands us to stay present when life cracks us open.Ryan speaks openly about how the most disruptive force in many men’s lives is often the little boy inside them trying to get his needs met through control, collapse, avoidance, or emotional hunger. We explore why awareness alone rarely creates change, and why real transformation requires entering the cave of grief and allowing the body to feel what never had the space to be felt.We unpack how relationships become the initiations many men never received, and how a man’s capacity to grieve and carry these younger aspects is directly tied to his ability to be present, grounded, and emotionally safe with a woman. We examine how men are wounded in relationship and how our healing also happens in relationship when held with discernment. What belongs in partnership and what belongs in brotherhood. What we bring to our partners and what ought to be metabolized in circle with other men.In this conversation, discover:What boy psychology looks like in relationships and why it creates emotional chaos. Why grief is not only about death or physical loss and how unprocessed grief shapes intimacy, conflict, and connection. Why relationships often become the initiations men did not receive growing up.How loneliness often hides beneath distraction, overworking, and the need for a partner to regulate us.Why presence is the thing many women crave most and how it is built through grieving and inner security. What it means to be a safe man and why a regulated nervous system changes everything in love. How men can stop making their partner responsible for their healing and step into emotional leadership. Why brotherhood matters and what belongs with your men rather than in your relationship. This is a raw and deeply practical conversation about emotional leadership, nervous system maturity, and how a man can shepherd his younger parts so they do not bleed into love in destructive ways. This episode is for any man ready to stop letting his younger parts run the show, stop outsourcing his wholeness to a relationship, and start meeting life from a deeper place of truth, maturity, and grounded love.—Connect with Alex Lehmann: 🌐 Website: https://www.alexlehmann.co/📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alexlehmann_🎥 Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@heartofmanpodcast💼 LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/alexlehmann-hom🎧 Listen to this conversation on Apple Podcasts and leave a review: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/heart-of-man/id1697289478✉️ Email: [email protected]🤝Think we might be a good fit to work together? Living With Purpose And Meaning When Achievement No Longer Fulfills You [Founders Series With Bjoern Keune] | EP 70 12.02.2026 1h 26minWhat does it take for a men to return to what is real, aligned, and alive in him, instead of chasing the success, admiration, or approval he hopes will finally make him feel enough and at ease in his own life?Within the world of leaders and business owners, many of the men I work with have climbed what we would describe as their first mountain... They pursued external success, achieved milestones, and reached the very things our culture rewards. Yet somewhere along the way, a humbling truth emerges:The freedom, love, approval, or peace they hoped to feel never lasts. And they find themselves standing with everything they once wanted, yet feeling empty or restless inside. This is the moment they arrive at a crossroads. The old strategies no longer work, yet the clarity or direction how to climb their second mountain has not arrived. A mountain connected to their deeper nature, guided by what feels alive and aligned, offering a far more sustainable way to experience fulfillment than the achievement driven path that came before. In this conversation, Bjoern and I explore this crossroads in a grounded, practical way, the space between the life a man has built and the life he actually wants. In This Episode You Will Discover:Why external achievements cannot create the inner fulfillment so many men quietly hope forThe patterns that keep founders stuck on the first mountainThe common pitfalls men encounter when they begin searching for a deeper purposeWhat it looks like to move toward a deeper sense of purpose in a clear and embodied wayHow to make decisions guided by your inner knowing rather than by what simply makes sense from the outsideHow to follow what is true and aligned when fear or expectations ariseHow your relationship to death can clarify what genuinely matters to youHow you can live with greater intention in the choices you make each dayHow to build a life that feels meaningful, guided by your authentic expression rather than performance or provingAt its core, this episode offers a clear, grounded pathway for men who have reached or pursued success yet still feel a quiet restlessness inside. A pathway toward building a life that feels meaningful, guided by authentic expression rather than performance or proving. A form of leadership rooted in inner alignment, presence, and truth. If you are a man who is tired of working harder at the things that no longer work, who feels something deeper calling you forward, or who wants clarity on the next chapter of your life, I trust this episode will meet you where you are.—Connect with Alex Lehmann: 🌐 Join the first cohort of our upcoming co-led group membership, "The Integrated Founder Circle": https://www.alexlehmann.co/theintegratedfoundercircle🌐 Website: https://www.alexlehmann.co/📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alexlehmann_🎥 Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@heartofmanpodcast💼 LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/alexlehmann-hom🎧 Listen to this conversation on Apple Podcasts and leave a review: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/heart-of-man/id1697289478✉️ Email: [email protected]🤝Think we might be a good fit to work together? The Integrated Man: Moving Beyond The Nice Guy And Disconnected Leadership [Founders Series With Bjoern Keune] | EP 69 22.01.2026 1h 28minWhat does it really mean to be an integrated man? And why does this question matter for founders and high performing men today? In this episode, Bjoern and I explore a subject many men are quietly wrestling with, often without fully realizing it:We look at how most men received very little guidance in their transition into manhood. Very few of us had meaningful experiences that clarified what being a man means to us personally, the values we choose, the virtues we stand for, and the standards we hold ourselves to.At the same time, most men have absorbed direct and indirect messages about what is acceptable for a man to feel, show, or express. Some men grew up with overpowering masculine influences or dominant father figures and, in response, learned to reject parts of themselves. They disconnected from instinctual qualities like assertiveness, direction, boldness, and desire.Others adapted in the opposite direction. They learned early in life that vulnerability, gentleness, or softness were unsafe, so they built a persona rooted in control, performance, and emotional armoring. This left them disconnected from inner qualities like openness, receptivity, and emotional connection. And so, without a clear framework, many men default to performing masculinity rather than actually embodying what is true and real for them.In this episode, discover:Why so many men feel confused and struggle to truly know themselves as menHow the loss of guidance, ritual, and initiation has shaped modern masculinityHow fast paced cultural shifts contribute to men performing masculinity rather than embodying itThe two extremes many men fall into, the Nice Guy and the Disconnected LeaderHow these patterns affect leadership, relationships, and sense of worthWhat the path of integration actually looks like in real life, using our own personal journeys as referenceHow to reclaim the parts of yourself you abandoned rather than becoming someone elseThe importance of building strong, supportive male relationshipsThis conversation is for any man who wants to walk the path of integration, to lead with strength while keeping his heart open. It is for the man who is done performing or hiding and is ready to step into who he truly is. And for the man who senses there is a more truthful way to live and lead, one that honors his unique nature in his work, in his relationships, and in the way he moves through the world.—Connect with Alex Lehmann: 🌐 Join the first cohort of our upcoming co-led group membership, "The Integrated Founder Circle": https://www.alexlehmann.co/theintegratedfoundercircle🌐 Website: https://www.alexlehmann.co/📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alexlehmann_🎥 Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@heartofmanpodcast💼 LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/alexlehmann-hom🎧 Listen to this conversation on Apple Podcasts and leave a review: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/heart-of-man/id1697289478✉️ Email: [email protected]🤝Think we might be a good fit to work together? From Sexual Disconnection To Sexual Integrity: A Journey Into Wholeness, Vitality & Connection [Founders Series With Bjoern Keune] | EP 68 10.01.2026 1h 30minHow does a man build a relationship with his sexuality that feels integral and aligned with who he truly is? And what does it take for founders and high performers to move from secrecy, compulsion, and shame into a place of integrity and emotional clarity in their intimate lives? In this conversation, Bjoern and I explore a subject many founders and leaders wrestle with quietly, often in isolation. We look at how, within the entrepreneurial world, many men carry internal conflict, shame, or secrecy around their sexuality. For many founders and high performers, the harder they chase external achievement at the cost of themselves and their relationships, the more disconnected they consequently become from their emotional life, their needs, and their deeper self.In this episode, discover:How early conditioning shapes a man’s relationship with his sexuality, creating shame, suppression, and a split identity through messages about what is acceptable or notHow many men perform as the “good man” who holds everything together, while having no place for the parts they learned to hide, leading to secrecy, acting out, and deeper disconnectionWhy this dynamic hits founders and high performers particularly hardThe impact of porn, how both Bjoern and I relate to it today, and how I moved through a 15 year porn addictionHow many men become hyper sexual yet deeply under intimate, craving nurturance without having a model to receive itHow men can repattern their sexuality in a practical way, with both Bjoern and me sharing honestly from our own journeysHow to own desire without shame, integrate the parts of ourselves we were taught to reject, and bring our sexuality into relationship consciously and with integrityAt its core, this episode is about transforming the way we relate to our sexuality as men.It is a journey of reclaiming the potency sexuality holds and integrating it into your life in a grounded and aligned way.It is about maturing in the places where unhealed parts still drive the show, taking responsibility for your shadows, and bringing more clarity, depth, and safety into your intimate life and into your leadership, allowing you to feel more peace, more passion, and more potency. If you are a man who feels confused, ashamed, or disconnected from your desire, or you long to live with more sexual integrity, confidence, and truth, this episode is for you—Connect with Alex Lehmann: 🌐 Join the first cohort of our upcoming co-led group membership, "The Integrated Founder Circle": https://www.alexlehmann.co/theintegratedfoundercircle🌐 Website: https://www.alexlehmann.co/📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alexlehmann_🎥 Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@heartofmanpodcast💼 LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/alexlehmann-hom🎧 Listen to this conversation on Apple Podcasts and leave a review: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/heart-of-man/id1697289478✉️ Email: [email protected]🤝Think we might be a good fit to work together?
