The Sports Junkies
The Sports Junkies is a long-running Washington, D.C. sports radio show that has covered the local sports scene for more than 25 years. Hosted by childhood friends J.P. Flaim, E.B. Bickel, Cakes Auville, and Bish Bishop, the weekday program focuses on DMV teams including the Commanders, Nationals, Capitals, Wizards, Hokies, Terrapins, and Hoyas. Episodes blend sports talk with pop culture, everyday life, and regular guest interviews with figures like sportswriter John Feinstein, Nationals GM Mike Rizzo, and Capitals coach Spencer Carbery. The show airs live weekday mornings from 5 to 10 a.m. ET on 106.7 The Fan and Team 980, as well as on the Audacy app.
