Episode 103 - Finding Your Spiritually Identity Through Healing and Reflecting. 14.09.2026 40минIn this episode, I talk about how to go about finding your spiritual identity through healing and self reflection. The one thing I’ve learned through this journey of my healing recovery spiritually is that I have been about things completely wrong when it comes to being a person of God. This isn’t about the identity or title of whatever your religion is, it’s about being able to practice what you preach when it comes to your actions and behavior when it comes to that religion. There are a lot of people that claim that they are different types of religions, but they do not practice what they preach. There are a lot of pastors, preachers, and priest that are not practicing what they preach. for me, it took my medical situation to happen for me to really understand my spiritual healing and recovery. And self reflecting, while I was alone by myself with no one. By being alone, I was able to find my spiritual identity, which led me to finding out who I am as a person. It wasn’t an easy journey, but it was worth it because I discovered so many things about myself through spirituality that I did not know about myself. So I hope this episode helps some of you were going through spiritual identity, crisis, or spiritual warfare find your spiritual identity as far as who you truly are, and what your purpose, journey, path, and what it is that you’re meant to do on this earth.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/finding-your-inner-peace-and-tranquility--5271234/support. -
Episode 100- My Conversation with Jobert E. Abueva about The Janus Plan: Beating the Procrastination Trap. 13.09.2026 1ч 18минIn this episode, I had a conversation with Jobert E. Abueva about The Janus Plan: Beating the Procrastination Trap. We spoke about procrastination traps that keep people from reaching their goals, moving on from negative situations, overcoming low self-esteem, self-love, self-respect, self-worth, self-value, self-confidence, and believing in yourself when no one else does, and lowering yourselves to build other people up. When many people think about procrastination, they think about people who are lazy and have no inspiration. He breaks down the Janus Plan when it comes to beating the procrastination traps that are keeping you from reaching your goals and the path, purpose, and journey that you are meant to be on. He spoke on mindful cleansing & global rituals when it comes to detoxing the mind from the past and things that are keeping you stagnant, stuff, and procrastination. We spoke on why people's New Year's resolutions are broken by February. How to go about overcoming fear and insecurities that keep you procrastinating and quitting? How can our relationship with our parents be the cause of not doing the things that you can actually do, due to making you feel less than what you are, and breaking your self-esteem and self-worth? A little about Jobert E. Abueva: he is an MBA, TEDx speaker ("Beyond Resolutions: The Art of Beginning with Intention"), and award-winning author whose work has appeared in The New York Times and The Philadelphia Inquirer. Jobert is warm, articulate, and deeply relatable. Instead, he developed a flexible, 6-step framework—inspired by Janus, the two-faced Roman god of thresholds and transitions—to help people reflect on the past, clear mental and physical clutter, and build sustainable life momentum without punitive pressure. This was a great conversation, and hopefully there will be a second conversation coming soon. Episode 99 - Finding Your Inner Peace And Tranquility Through Spiritual Healing and Recovery. 01.09.2026 45минIn this episode, I talk about finding your inner peace and tranquility through your healing and recovery through the spiritual warfare that you are facing every day as a person of God or whatever your spirituality and religion is. It is not easy being a child of the higher power, and trying to do the right thing every day, without some type of distractions, pain, suffering, trauma, destruction, and chaos that go on that makes you feel like the higher power is not with you through these journeys that you’re facing. I wanted to talk about what I have been going through when it comes to my own spiritual warfare when it comes to my health and wellness internally and externally. I’ve been going through some health issues and I’m realizing that my mind and my body are just not connecting when it comes to what is best for me. And how I have to build a trust between my mind and my body and all aspects when it comes to healing and recovery? And the one thing about spiritual warfare is that there’s no winning when it comes to negativity. And that is something that I had to face. Which is why I don’t deal with negativity at this point as of now. I accept things for what they are, and not what I want them to be. I don’t worry about rejection of whether somebody except or chooses me anymore. I just live my life based on the path, journey, and purpose that I am meant to be on. And I walked to the beat of my own drum versus someone else’s drum. And I hope this podcast episode gives you inspiration on why you should walk on your own spiritual journey with a higher power leading, guiding, insisting you to become the person that it feels you need to be.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/finding-your-inner-peace-and-tranquility--5271234/support. -
Episode 98-2-2- Part One of My Pre-conversation with Vincent Van den Broeck about His Adversity From a Near-Fatal Scooter Accident. 23.08.2026 54минIn this episode, it is part 1 of part 2 of the conversation I had with Vincent Van den Broec, where we continued our discussions about the near-fatal scooter accident that could have unalived him and could have left him paralyzed. The Zoom recording was divided into 2 parts. We talked about how he overcame his diagnosis through determination, drive, dedication, and the will not to let what the doctors told him make him feel sorry for himself. We talked about how we self-sabotage ourselves by believing what others say negatively. We talked about the importance of the connection between the mind, body, and spirit as far as how we deal with pain, trauma, and suffering. We talked about how he could have given up and instead chose to fight his diagnosis, his wives, and his loved ones' support. We talked about how we can program the body to be on the same page as your mind as far as what it wants it to do. How the mind and body are not on the same page, how we are impacted and affected by our decisions, choices, actions, and behavior, and the consequences, repercussions, and karma that come with them. How he spent three weeks in a coma, had part of his skull removed, and had to relearn how to walk and talk from scratch. We also talk faith and second chances at life, and not waste your second chance at life. The psychological reality of that recovery, and what it did to his family watching from the outside, is raw in a way that will hit your listeners hard. What is important about his story is the fact that he doesn't believe trauma changed him. He believes it tested what was already there. Resilience isn't something you find in the dark, he says. You build it long before you need it. He is currently writing a book about his journey of adversity, healing, and recovery. It was a great and powerful conversation that made me have to post this conversation of faith, adversity, resilience, drive, and belief that led him to a full recovery. Episode 97- My Pre-conversation with Ama K. Karikari About Silence Pain, Suffering, and Abuse. 16.08.2026 1ч 3минIn this episode, I had a pre-conversation with Ama K. Karikari about silence abuse, pain, and suffering when it comes to relationships, as far as family, romantic relationships, and friendships. She tells her story about what she experienced in her 15-year marriage and the silence abuse that she experienced during the marriage. We talked about the damage of silence when it comes to abuse, pain, and suffering from the people that you love. How can silence mean that you are allowing and giving permission for people to hurt, abuse, neglect, manipulate, and take advantage of you? How can silence be harmful to the point that it affects your self-esteem and how you see yourself? How did she overcome the silence abuse, and get out of the marriage? What was the breaking point that made her leave? How can silence be abusive, and no one think that it is abuse? A little about Ama: she is a TEDxGeorgeSchool speaker, author of Silenced to Soaring, transformational guide, attorney, and founder who helps women understand covert emotional harm and reconnect with their voice. Her perspective is shaped by work with women’s leadership, educational, and community audiences, along with studies at Harvard, Penn Law, and Wharton. It was a beautiful conversation that I wanted to share with my audience when it comes to overcoming adversity, pain, abuse, trauma, and suffering due to silence. The second part is coming soon. Episode 96- My Pre-conversation with Ezra Vancil about Spiritual Redemption, Addictions, and Forgiveness. 09.08.2026 1ч 11минIn this episode, I had a pre-conversation with Ezra Vancil about his redemption and forgiveness when it comes to him overcoming addiction, depression, a felony DWI, a broken marriage, and a season where I nearly ended my life. How is it now, 13 years of being sober, his marriage was restored, and I rebuilt my life slowly, through journals, poetry, discipline, faith, and honest work? How, like the story of Humpty Dumpty, he put himself back together again after falling off the wall? We talked about his life as a rock star when he was younger, ended up on drugs and alcohol. And was divorced twice. How people are quick to use your mistakes, flaws, imperfections, and weaknesses against you as a weapon? We talked about spiritual judgment when it comes to the way that people in the Bible were judged, who did nothing but what was right. We also discussed love and being liked addiction as far as what people are willing to do for it, and what will happen negatively that will destroy you. We also talked about the way that felons are judged and crucified for their past mistakes. Why are people always holding people's past mistakes as a weapon against them? Why are people not allowed to change for the better just because they have made a mistake or multiple mistakes in their past? We talked about how our children, friends, and families are impacted and affected by addictions. We talked about suicide and what happens if and when we survive it. What leads to suicide, and no will to live? We really dove deeply into redemption and overcoming addictions. It was a great conversation that I had to let you guys hear. Part 2 is coming soon. Episode 94- My Pre-conversation with Pratiqk Jaani about the Dhrasti Perception. 26.07.2026 1ч 21минIn this episode, I had a great pre-conversation about the Dhrasti Method and Perception Theory. We talked about his life as a people pleaser for most of it, which led him to the Dhrasti Method and Perception Theory. We talked about low self-esteem, low self-worth, low self-value, low self-respect, low self-love, low self-confidence, and believing in oneself when no one else does; how his medical and mental health journey has led him to be the founder of Dhrasti Method Ltd and the author of Dhrasti! The Perception? We talked about self-esteem healing and recovery when it comes to building your self-esteem through the negative situations that you are in, and the people who have harmed you. He spoke on being a qualified hypnotherapist and business advisor, the state of bliss, and how to live with bliss and joy too. We spoke about how this method can lead you to being alone to find who you are, heal and recover from your trauma, abuse, suffering, pain, and hurt from negative people and situations. We also spoke about religion and spirituality when it comes to building yourself into the new version of you. How the higher power pulls you away from the world for you to heal, recover, learn, grow, and evolve to prepare you for the things that will hurt and cause you pain and suffering, and how to protect yourself from negative people and situations. Episode 93 - Finding Your Inner Peace And Tranquility Through Distractions, and Being Led Astray. 19.07.2026 39минIn this episode of, I want to talk about finding your inner peace and tranquility when it comes to your healing, your recovery when it comes to distractions and being destroyed. Today I had did something, and I ended up having a really bad allergic reaction to it to the point where I had to take some Benadryl and flush out my system. But while I was going through it, I came to the realization that because of that one situation that happened it messed up my whole entire day. And it just gave me that idea to come on my podcast and do part one of this episode when it comes to what your spiritually meant to do, be, and become spiritually when it comes to what the higher power wants you to be, do, and become. You be amazed, how some of the smallest things that you don’t think that will distract, or take you off your path, purpose, and journey that the higher power put you on, can get you to go off of it even for a short period of time. Sometimes you don’t even realize it until it’s too late. But when I had that allergic reaction, it shut down my whole entire day of what it was that I was supposed to do. So I want to talk about it in that capacity. So I hope a lot of people understand that I was on Benadryl when I did this bucket episode. But I decided to do it because that just came to my mind. So I’m gonna do a part two to go more detail about what I meant in this episode.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/finding-your-inner-peace-and-tranquility--5271234/support. -
Episode 92 - Finding Your Inner Peace And Tranquility Through Challenges, Chaos, Death, and Destruction. 14.07.2026 1чIn this episode, I will be talking about finding your inner peace and tranquility spiritually through chaos, destruction, trauma, negativity as a whole, and in death. I talk about how a lot of people that are spiritual people, or people of God that are really struggling when it comes to how to go about being a person of God or whatever your spirituality is. Because you’re doing the right thing and yet you’re going through some of the world, worst situations you could ever go through that you’ve done nothing to deserve what you’ve been through. But because of your choices, calm behavior, actions, decisions when it comes to lowering yourself, or allowing people to make you give up your safety net that you worked for your whole entire life in order to be with that person, is destroying you in the process. And why you should never lower yourself in order to build other people up that would never do it for you? Being a godly person, or a person of God is never easy regardless of what your religion, or spirituality is. Because the way you’re going about helping people in the end is destroying you in the process. And it’s really hard to be in a world where you’re constantly feeling like you’re not good enough, or worthy. But I hope this podcast in general helps. Millions of people spiritually now understand how to be a godly person and not lower, or destroy yourself in the process of helping others as a godly person or a person of God.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/finding-your-inner-peace-and-tranquility--5271234/support. -

Episode 85- MY Pre-conversation with Thayne Martin about the Balance between the Conscious Mind and the Subconscious Body. 03.05.2026 1ч 16минIn this episode, I had a pre-conversation with Thayne Martin about the balance between the conscious mind and the subconscious body. We talked about his mental and behavior challages that he had to overcome by mental and emotional healing and recovery through positivity. The steps that you have to take to grow, eveole, elevate, and mature into the people that we are meant to be through spriual, meantal and emotional intelligence. How no matter what you do, there is no winning when it comes to negative people. We talok about child human trafficking. What he went through it came to being assaulted by a man of the church, and left the church. How millions of pastor and priest are assaulting young boys and girls in the churches? How he has overcome that, and found his back through his spiruality? How he is turning trauma into triumph and helping others with positive healing and recovery. We spkoe about how both of them determine you decisions, choices, actions and behavor negatively or positive. The importance of the communications between the consiousness and the subconiousness when it comes to the nervious system. How the dopamine can manipulate, lie, scam con, lead you astray, and make you make the wrong decisons, and choices that cause you to act and behave in a negative way? We also talk about critical thinking, common sense, and common judgement when it comes to decision, choices, action and behavor. We talked about letting go of the past, and focus on the present and the future version of you. It was a great conversation to where I decided to post the conversation, I am looking forward to the pocast conversation. Episode 84 - Proverbs 20:25: Thinking, Acting, and Behaving Rashly to Only Regret You Choices and Decisions Later. 27.04.2026 1чIn this episode, we talk about proverbs 2025 where it states that it is a trap for man to dedicate something rashly, only to consider what it will cost him later. This scripture speaks to me, because every choice, decision, action, behavior based upon being impulsive and your emotions, will always end up becoming a trap to do something that you’re going to regret later. It’s like that old saying laugh now, cry later. A lot of people don’t understand what that means. we all as human beings, sometimes act and behave without researching, verifying, and understanding what we’re getting into. We just act first without thinking, and then, when the consequences, repercussions, and karma happens, you don’t want to not only accept it, but you don’t want to deal with what comes with it as far as what you chose and decided to do. And I think it’s time that we start thinking before we act on things. There are many people right now that wanna blame everybody else for the things that they chose to do. And don’t get me wrong. There are many different reasons why people act and behave the way they do based on being willing to participants, being manipulated and lied to, or being forced into doing something that they know is wrong. And in this episode, I go into those three ways of people making decisions and choices that are based on these three things. And how that is detrimental to your consciousness, spirituality, your soul, and your subconsciousness.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/finding-your-inner-peace-and-tranquility--5271234/support.
