  Witch-Hunt: Lindsay Clancy Holdout Juror In Hiding 26.09.2026 34min

  Clancy attorney Kevin Reddington is asking the trial judge to question holdout juror Michael Desronvi and review his phone records. Desronvil was the only juror who publicly stated that he “didn’t have any doubts” about Clancy’s criminal responsibility for her three children's deaths.   TV Star Hayden Panettiere: Death Not An Accident? 25.09.2026 38min

  Hayden Panettiere's death has been ruled an accidental overdose involving fentanyl and several other drugs.   The Greenville County Coroner's office says Hayden Panettiere died from the toxic effect of multiple drugs, fentanyl being number one in her system. Also found, Xanax and Seroquel.   According to this report from the coroner's office, Hayden Panettiere was found face down in a sitting position on the sofa bed, and the description is that she was sitting "crisscross applesauce."  According to Brian Hickerson, this is something she did often, and would lean forward and fall asleep. When they found her, she had already turned deep purple, Hickerson then administered Narcan twice, when that failed to wake her up he instructed his brother, Zach, to call 911, while Brian Hickerson did chest compressions. The report states that Brian Hickerson saw Hayden for the last time as she was applying makeup in the bathroom around 10:30 in the morning, they had a bowl of cereal, he went back to sleep and was woken up by his brother Zach just before 2pm that afternoon. That's when they found Hayden already purple laying on that sofa bed. Investigators reportedly found on the scene blue pressed pills that were on a table right next to Hayden. The pills tested positive for fentanyl. A straw was found next to the pills and a white powder substance was found inside a sunglasses case in her suitcase. This is significant because investigators previously had been looking into whether Hayden Panettiere obtained counterfeit oxycodone pills - that were filled with fentanyl which is what led to her death. One of the newest developments is Brian Hickerson told investigators that Hayden Panettiere had a long history of drug abuse with drugs, alcohol, and nitrous oxide.   The Grand Jury report is Nolan Wells death has been released.  The jury released a  “no true bill” decision meaning there is insufficient evidence to prove probable cause for criminal charges in Nolan's death.   Forty three witnesses were heard, 132 subpoenas issued, and extensive physical and digital evidence was reviewed.    The report states that the position, condition, and location of Wells’ body are “consistent with drowning.” Both the state medical examiner and an independent pathologist, however found the cause and manner of death undetermined.   A third mother has claimed post partum psychosis for the death of her children. Corie Walsh,41,  is facing murder charges for the death of her two-year-old son Barrett "Bear" Walsh. He was unresponsive in a home bathroom in Frankfort, Illinois. Corie Walsh was hospitalized with self-inflicted injuries.    Police report that Walsh stated she killed her son because she believed he was the "anti-Christ."  Her legal team says Walsh was suffering from severe mental illness at the time. MacAusland, 49,  is another mother accused of murdering her two young children, Kai, 7, and Ella, 6.   MacAusland worked as an acupuncturist and massage therapist. According to  affidavits,  MacAusland drove three hours to her aunt’s home with a visible neck wound and dried blood on her body.   Social influencers Andrew and Tristan Tate arrested in Miami in July, after an extradition request by UK officials on charges of rape, human trafficking, and sexual exploitation.   They were first arrested in Romania in December 2022, accused of human trafficking, forming an organized crime group, and sexual exploitation of women.  British prosecutors brought new charges against the Tates in 2024–2025, alleging offenses between 2010 and 2017. Tristan Tate faces 17 charges, including sexual assault, rape, and facilitating sex trafficking.   On July 18, 2026, the U.S. Marshals Service arrested the brothers on a sealed warrant issued by the UK.    Court filings describe incidents where victims were allegedly strangled and assaulted without consent.   Tyler Robinson will stand trial for shooting Charlie Kirk to death on a college campus. Robinson is  accusing of firing the lone bullet which tore through Kirk's neck.
