A special appearance is made by my niece, Kinley. Dr. Brittany Mitchell, MD, FAAP, is a practicing, board-certified general pediatrician in Lubbock, Texas. As a pediatrician, she works with children from birth to age 18, helping patients and their families navigate anything and everything from potty training to anxiety and depression. She loves caring for children whether they are in the office for a well visit or feeling under the weather, and believes that getting a front row seat to watching a family grow up is one of the best parts of the job. She has also recently started educating parents and families over on instagram @DrBrittanyMitchell! She attended Southern Methodist University, where she met the host of What the Feels?! podcast before receiving a Masters of Science at UNT Health Sciences Center in Fort Worth, Texas. She then made the long journey out to West Texas, where she attended Texas Tech University Health Science Center for both her medical school and pediatric residency.
