  • Why You’re Not Losing Fat Even Though You’re Doing Everything Right 01.07.2026 9min
If you feel like you’re eating clean, working out, staying disciplined, and still not losing fat, this video explains what may actually be happening under the surface. Fat loss plateaus are not always about effort. In many cases, they are about adaptation. Your metabolism, hormones, gut, stress load, and recovery all influence how your body responds. In this video, I break down:• why fat loss can stall even when you are “doing everything right”• how long-term dieting and overtraining can slow progress• the role of thyroid, cortisol, sex hormones, and sleep• how gut inflammation can mask fat loss progress• why more cardio and less food is often the wrong move• why quality training and better recovery matter more than endless restriction This is especially important if you have been dieting hard for months, feel exhausted, and keep pushing harder without seeing results. Disclaimer: I’m a Physician Assistant (PA), but this video is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. • Leaky Gut Is Probably Why You Feel Inflamed After Everything You Eat 24.06.2026 10min
If you feel bloated after everything you eat, react to random foods, or deal with constant inflammation, your gut lining may be one of the biggest missing pieces. In this video, I break down what people mean by “leaky gut,” what actually damages the gut lining, and why so many people stay stuck even when they are taking all the “right” gut supplements. You’ll learn:• what the gut lining is supposed to do• common causes of increased intestinal permeability• why processed foods, alcohol, stress, medications, and infections matter• why removing irritants comes before adding more supplements• what targeted gut support can look like• why testing is often the key to finding the real root cause If you’ve been dealing with bloating, food sensitivities, constipation, skin issues, fatigue, or inflammation, this video will help you understand the bigger picture and the order that actually matters when it comes to healing. • Why Your Constipation Isn’t Getting Better 17.06.2026 9min
If you’re struggling with constipation, the biggest mistake is treating it like the problem instead of a symptom. In this video, I break down five commonly overlooked reasons constipation keeps happening so you can understand what may actually be slowing down your gut. We talk about why more fiber or more water is not always the full answer, and how issues like gut dysfunction, nervous system dysregulation, laxative dependence, and under-eating can all play a role. Here’s what you’ll learn: Why constipation is often a symptom, not the root problem How fiber and hydration can help or backfire depending on the balance What gut dysfunction can do to motility How stress and nervous system dysregulation can affect bowel movements Why laxative dependence and under-eating may be keeping you stuck If your constipation is not getting better, this video will help you think about it in a more root-cause way. • Rating Common Doctor Advice From a Functional Medicine Perspective 10.06.2026 12min
Some of the most common things women are told are “fine” in conventional medicine may deserve a second look. In this video, I rate 6 common recommendations and health situations through a functional medicine perspective so you can better understand the difference between short-term symptom management and actually addressing root causes. We’re talking about the gap between being told something is normal and actually feeling well. Here’s what you’ll learn: Why “fine” in conventional medicine does not always mean optimal How common recommendations may help symptoms while still missing root causes Where issues like gut health, hormones, inflammation, nutrient status, and metabolic dysfunction can get overlooked How to think more clearly about your health when standard answers are not resolving the problem This video is for women who have been told everything looks normal but still do not feel like themselves. • The Truth About Low-Dose Birth Control No One Explains 27.05.2026 5min
If you switched to “low-dose” birth control hoping it would be gentler on your body, this video explains why that label can be misleading. Low-dose birth control can still suppress ovulation, disrupt your natural hormone signaling, and leave the real reason for your symptoms unaddressed. In this video, I break down why some women still feel off on low-dose birth control and what that may actually be pointing to underneath the surface. Here’s what you’ll learn: why “low-dose” does not mean hormone-neutral how birth control can mask symptoms instead of resolving root causes why persistent symptoms may point to issues with estrogen clearance, inflammation, gut health, cortisol, progesterone, or testosterone how to think about hormone symptoms through a root-cause lens This is for women who have been told their birth control is the answer but still do not feel like themselves. • Why Perimenopause Causes Belly Fat 20.05.2026 15min
If you feel like your body changed overnight in your late 30s or 40s, this video explains why. Perimenopause weight gain is not just about calories or willpower. As hormones shift, your body can become more prone to belly fat, insulin resistance, muscle loss, cravings, and a slower metabolism. In this video, I break down the three major hormone changes that drive perimenopause weight gain: why progesterone often drops first how erratic estrogen changes fat storage and cravings how lower testosterone and DHEA can reduce muscle and metabolic rate You’ll also learn what to do next, including: which hormone labs to consider why progesterone support matters early how to eat for better blood sugar stability why resistance training is essential in this phase how stress and cortisol can worsen abdominal fat when bioidentical HRT may be worth discussing with a qualified provider This is for women who feel like they’re doing everything the same but suddenly gaining weight around the midsection and not getting answers. • Most PCOS Treatments Don’t Fix High Testosterone 13.05.2026 17min
High testosterone in PCOS is often treated like a hormone problem by itself, but that can miss what is actually driving it. In this video, I break down why elevated androgens in PCOS are so often connected to insulin resistance, how that affects SHBG and free testosterone, and why symptoms like acne, hair loss, excess facial hair, and irregular cycles can all trace back to the same root issue. You’ll learn: why insulin resistance is one of the biggest drivers of high testosterone in PCOS which labs to ask for, including free and total testosterone, DHEA-S, SHBG, fasting insulin, and fasting glucose the lifestyle changes that may have the biggest impact on lowering androgens which supplements may support insulin sensitivity and hormone balance where medications like metformin, GLP-1s, birth control, and spironolactone fit in This is a practical breakdown of what may actually help, what mainly manages symptoms, and how to think more clearly about your options if you have PCOS and elevated testosterone. Estrogen dominance is one of the most misunderstood hormone patterns in women’s health. In this video, I break down why you can have clear symptoms of estrogen dominance even when your hormone labs look “normal,” and why the real issue is often how estrogen is being metabolized, cleared, and balanced with progesterone. You’ll learn:What estrogen dominance actually meansWhy normal estradiol levels do not always rule it outHow the estrogen-to-progesterone ratio changes the pictureThe gut-liver connection behind estrogen recirculationCommon symptoms linked to poor estrogen clearanceWhy test timing matters when checking hormone labsFoundational ways to support estrogen metabolism, detox pathways, and progesterone naturally This is a practical, root-cause look at estrogen dominance for women dealing with heavy periods, PMS, breast tenderness, bloating, acne, mood changes, weight loss resistance, and other hormone-related symptoms. • Why You Feel 9 Months Pregnant After a Salad 15.04.2026 13min
Link for free initial consult with my team! https://link.tcycoaching.com/widget/form/4jw1fq4XOV1ikqp9WBOI   If eating “healthy” makes you feel worse, more bloated, more gassy, more reflux, more pressure in your stomach, you’re not crazy and it’s not a willpower issue. In this video, I’m breaking down one of the most overlooked root causes behind chronic bloating: bacterial overgrowth. Here’s what trips so many women up: bacteria feed on carbohydrates and fiber. So when you increase fruits, vegetables, salads, probiotics, or high-fiber foods, you can actually feed an overgrowth, increase fermentation, and create more gas. That gas has to go somewhere, which is why you can feel distended, painfully full, and even get reflux or that heavy feeling after meals. In this video, we cover: What bacterial overgrowth is (and why it can happen even if you eat “clean”) Why probiotics can backfire when the gut environment is already imbalanced The symptom pattern: bloating, gas, reflux, pressure, fullness, and feeling worse after fiber Why guessing with random supplements usually fails The framework that actually works: test first (like a comprehensive stool test such as a GI-MAP) biofilm disruption (why bacteria hide and resist treatment) a targeted “kill phase” (herbal antimicrobials based on results) motility support (so it doesn’t come right back) a repair phase (gut lining + digestion support) Nervous system + digestion habits that matter more than people think (chewing, calm state, and not diluting stomach acid) Comment: Do you feel worse with probiotics, fiber, salads, or “clean eating” in general?
  • What I Eat While Trying to Conceive (Fertility Diet Explained) 08.04.2026 17min
Link for free initial consult with my team! https://link.tcycoaching.com/widget/form/4jw1fq4XOV1ikqp9WBOI   If you’re trying to conceive (or you want to optimize your hormones), your diet can either work for you or against you. In this video, I’m sharing exactly what I’m eating right now while actively trying to conceive, and why my approach completely changed after years of low-calorie, low-fat dieting from a bodybuilding background. Here’s the truth: your body won’t prioritize reproduction if it doesn’t feel safe or resourced. Your sex hormones are built from the raw materials in your food, especially cholesterol and dietary fat. If you’re under-eating (especially fat and protein), overtraining, or living in chronic stress, your body can down-regulate ovulation and progesterone production even if your labs look “fine.” In this video we cover: Why dietary fat matters for hormone production, ovulation, and a healthy luteal phase My fertility staples right now (and why): grass-fed butter, avocados, salmon, sardines, eggs (yolks), and grass-fed beef Key fertility nutrients that get missed: choline, iodine, zinc, selenium, omega-3s, iron, and folate What I’m intentionally minimizing: seed oils, ultra-processed foods, alcohol, and extreme restriction Why men’s fertility matters too (sperm motility, morphology, DNA fragmentation) and what your husband/partner should focus on nutritionally Why food is powerful, but not the whole story: stress/cortisol, gut health, thyroid, nutrient absorption, and why functional testing can stop the guessing Disclaimer: I’m a Physician Assistant (PA), but this video is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Please consult your healthcare professional before making changes to medications, supplements, or treatment. Comment: Are you trying to conceive right now, and what feels hardest, cravings, stress, under-eating, or figuring out what to actually eat?

Most women don’t need another random protocol. They need a clear framework to identify what’s actually driving their symptoms so they can stop wasting time and money. In this video, I’ll walk you through the step-by-step process I use to help women figure out whether their symptoms are being driven primarily by: Blood sugar dysregulation / insulin resistance Cortisol and nervous system overload (fight-or-flight) Low progesterone, estrogen dominance, or ovulation issues Thyroid dysfunction (even when “labs look normal”) Gut inflammation, constipation, and poor hormone clearance Nutrient deficiencies that quietly tank energy and mood You’ll learn how to spot patterns, what to fix first (so you actually feel results), and how to build a plan that supports your cycle instead of fighting it.
