Chale, Where The Party Dey? 28.07.2026 1u 57minThat's the question you might ask your friend at 9pm on a Friday when you're trying to find somewhere to go, but it's also a very valid question if you hear it at 1AM because you walked into the dancery and the party's still not started. So, in this episode, we dissect Accra's nightlife scene and try to figure out what's working and what's missing. And the simple answer? Options. We explore how late start times have become the norm, what makes Accra one of the most expensive cities to socialise in, and whether the experience is worth the price tag. We also get into how everyone needs to be more respectful of their fellow party people because at the end of the day, everyone's out for just one thing, and that's a good time. Which is what this conversation also promises to be. So, enjoy!New episodes are available every other Sunday here: https://tr.ee/AHsRx2hDhxSOME HOUSEKEEPING‼️:✅Subscribe to the show if you haven't already.⭐️Leave a 5-star rating wherever you listen to or watch our episodes. [Still] No Love In Accra. 12.07.2026 1u 22minAn entire year later, and it looks like Accra dating streets are still rugged. Probably even more rugged than ever. So of course, we had to give our two unsolicited and unprofessional pesewas on the matter. From being too cool for vulnerability, through treacherous coping mechanisms during heartbreak, to intracity long-distance relationships, we get into why the dating scene in this wondrous city is the way it is, and why being broke should not be a hindrance to finding love. But hey, we are not experts oh. And unfortunately, we cannot relate to what looking for love actually looks like on ground so you might want to take everything we say with a pinch of salt and few eye rolls. As usual, we want to hear your thoughts and crazy Accra dating stories so please flood us with them!New episodes are available every other Sunday here: https://tr.ee/AHsRx2hDhx SOME HOUSEKEEPING‼️: ✅Subscribe to the show if you haven't already.⭐️Leave a 5-star rating wherever you listen to or watch our episodes. The Hot Girl Mid-Year Report 29.06.2026 1u 41minAnd just like that, we are half way through the 'new year'! Where did all the time go? In this episode, we sat down and did an honest reflection of what 2026 has been like so far, thinking back to what we had hoped the year would look like now and what the matter on ground truly is. We also read letters from you guys as you shared some of the goals you've decided to drop at this point in the year because sometimes, you just have to be realistic. Of course, there were some scandalous letters and takes in there and a whole lot of giggles - regular business as usual! :) It's not too late to share a goal you have decided to drop at this point in the year, or let us know how your year is going. If you're like us and the year is not going the way you had hoped, we hope you remember to be kind to yourself and keep your chin up. We're very optimistic that there are better days ahead!New episodes are available every other Sunday here: https://tr.ee/AHsRx2hDhx SOME HOUSEKEEPING‼️: ✅Subscribe to the show if you haven't already.⭐️Leave a 5-star rating wherever you listen to or watch our episodes. State of The Nation Address 14.06.2026 1u 36minIt gets to a point in the life of every Ghanaian where we cannot help but ask - are we serious as a country? Neighbourhoods are flooding, buildings are collapsing, and places are burning, but the 'Ogas at the top' think it is best we focus on allegedly high-priority bills and blaming citizens for the state of the nation. As if the near-impossible task of trying to live and thrive as the average Ghanaian is not frustrating enough. This week's episode is a bit of a social studies lesson as we get into xenophobia, homophobia, and dissect whether we’re focusing on what actually improves people’s lives or furthering unnecessary agendas. It might sound like an incredibly heavy conversation, and you might scream internally a few times, but is it a 2Yapperz episode if we don't make you laugh? This Is The Ghanaian Dream 31.05.2026 1u 46minIt started with us wondering what the Ghanaian dream was, but it quickly evolved into a conversation about how the average Ghanaian doesn't even have the basics for a decent life. And then, we got into why it's important to hold politicians accountable because it is their job to make decisions that improve Ghanaians' well-being. Oh, and we also spoke about how it was important to call sexual offenders out and not shield anyone simply because they are rich or popular. A meandering conversation as always, which means a great yap session. Yapper Freestyle 17.05.2026 1u 30minHang out with us in this kick-back episode. Honestly, we were too overwhelmed to actually think about and plan around a specific topic, so we decided to just sit down and yap about life lately. We talked about a number of things, from what’s been tickling us on TikTok (shout out to all the Michael Jacksons), to JHS jams and the lack of dancehalls now, to Enyo’s vulnerable and deeply philosophical musings about rest and listening to your body. It was a meandering conversation with a lot of giggling and tomfoolery, so that just means you’ll absolutely enjoy this episode (but then again, that is business as usual).New episodes are available every other Sunday here: https://tr.ee/AHsRx2hDhx SOME HOUSEKEEPING‼️: ✅Subscribe to the show if you haven't already.⭐️Leave a 5-star rating wherever you listen to or watch our episodes. Who Will Marry You? 03.05.2026 1u 25minThe wedding bells have been ringing a lot lately, so we did what we do best: yap about it. From #NeverGettingMarried to the ever-evolving marriage requirements and the growing wedding industry, we talked about everything weddings and marriages are now, and what we think they absolutely should not be. It was a fun time as usual. So buckle up and enjoy!New episodes are available every other Sunday here: https://tr.ee/AHsRx2hDhx SOME HOUSEKEEPING‼️: ✅Subscribe to the show if you haven't already.⭐️Leave a 5-star rating wherever you listen to or watch our episodes. The Long Overdue Season Finale 26.01.2026 2u 24minThis is a very late end-of-year reflections/new-year-resolutions episode, but we have to release it anyway so we can officially end the season. No, this isn't the episode about siblings. Somehow, that episode got corrupted, and unfortunately, we couldn't record that conversation again. Let's call that an occupational risk, shall we?This episode was inspired by another conversation between Emma Grede and Tracee Ellis Ross. A lot of it had to do with habits and practices that are helping us live out parts of our dream life. It involved a lot of introspection and reflection, and it was just a nice way to wrap up our year and season. We hope you enjoy the conversation and that your year is shaping up as you hoped. Follow our Instagram & TikTok , so you see everything we get up to before the next season begins. And please let us know what you are looking forward to this year. Remember to share this episode with a friend or three, and leave a 5-star rating! Talk to you soon! -
Beauty and The Alleged Beast 07.11.2025 2u 14minIt started with a picture on Instagram advertising ‘chin feminisation’ services, and ended with a 2-hour conversation about beauty standards, procedures, and made-up insecurities. The exploitation of women’s desires to feel and look good, and the constant repackaging of what femininity is supposed to look like is jarring, and we can't pretend like it's not problematic. So, because this is what matters to us right now, we decided to talk about it. And we hope you enjoy listening to us. Thank you to everyone who sent in a letter. We love it when we get to include you in our conversations.Check out our Instagram & TikTok, if you don't already follow us. So, in this episode, we decided to sit and bask in the joy of friendship, sisterhood and community. We shared lessons from building and maintaining friendships, our favorite memories where friends were concerned and of course, a catch up of what we have been up to. We thoroughly enjoyed this conversation, as usual. And surprise, we actually got tired of yapping! Is Decent Housing Too Much To Ask For? 11.08.2025 2u 24minIt started off with wondering what accommodation looked like for the average Ghanaian, but somehow, we ended up fantasizing about our future living spaces. Normal yapper flow. We talked about the cost of accommodation in Accra, what rent gets you at the absurd prices some of these property owners quote, and some of the horror stories from living in shared spaces with people. The length of this episode makes up for our being MIA, we hope. Whichever way, you'll surely enjoy it.If you'd like to share your roommate horror stories, we'd be more than happy to listen to them. A Very Dynamic Conversation. 13.06.2025 1u 32minWe promise you, we had a plan. And then we ended up ranting and yapping about everything but what we had planned to yap about. First, it was ranting about men and how they harass women on a daily basis, then it was getting giddy about our 'summer' plans. And then, somehow, we started making plans for the week. You Are The Moment 07.02.2025 2u 8minSometimes, you have to pretend like you're the only one in the room and do everything you want to do, the way you want to do it. And Enyo's painting, She's The Moment, was a great catalyst for this week's conversation on loving and putting yourself first. Inspired by Omah Lay's Holy Ghost, She's The Moment captures and celebrates the liberation and freedom that comes with falling in love with yourself, and then taking the bold step of putting yourself first and doing everything that you want to do, simply because you are enough and deserving of all the things you wish for yourself. And of course, The Yappers shared personal experiences and reflections on this, especially when it comes to following our hearts and pursuing our dreams as artists. We hope you enjoy this conversation. Let us know which parts of it resonate with you most in the comments and we'll catch you on the next and last episode of this season. Do the needful too - follow us on Instagram & TikTok and subscribe to us here if you haven't already. Admit it, we are a lovely pair and you have such a great time whenever you press play. So don't be greedy! Share the episode. And go shop Enyo's prints! -
Crossing The Flyover 03.02.2025 1u 57minSometimes, healing and moving on looks like spiraling and crashing out and then pulling yourself through all of that and doing many little things that remind you that you are going to be okay. And that's what inspired this episode. The Yappers got together to watch Raat Rani, a story from Modern Love Mumbai, about Lali and how she pulls herself through heartbreak after she wakes up one morning and realizes that her husband, Latvi, has left her. We get into staying (and leaving) unhealthy relationships, what heartbreak has looked like for both of us and how the world around us has reminded us that we are going to get through the difficult days. But this conversation was not inspired only by heartbreak, it was also inspired by hope and the magnificence of women all over the world, and the magic we create when we choose to put ourselves first. We hope that you enjoy listening to this episode just as much as we enjoyed yapping. If you have made it this far, then you probably like us and enjoy what we do so, subscribe to the show on this streaming platform and follow our Instagram & TikTok so you're always in the loop and don't miss a beat. If you're feeling generous (feel generous please), leave a 5-star rating and spectacular review of how we make you feel like you are on a Facetime call with your favorite yappers! (And if it's anything less than that, please keep it. Seriously.) And share the episode so everyone knows we are doing great stuff in this little corner of ours! Okay, talk to you soon, mwah!
