Can I Really Be Famous? (And Your Other Questions, Answered) 14.05.2026 27minThis is the episode I wish I'd had three years ago — back when I was sitting at home wondering if it was even okay to want what I wanted. I'm packing for Cannes right now. I'm hosting a TV show at the festival next week. And I'm recording this without my hair and makeup done, because I want you to see what being a celebrity actually looks like — not the version you've been sold.In this episode, I'm answering every question I get asked about how this work actually works. The ones people DM me. The ones people are too polite to ask. All of it. We cover:— Why wanting fame is not vain, selfish, or cringe (and why you can stop apologizing for it)— The real reason your content isn't converting — and why no posting strategy is going to fix it— The fame vs. celebrity vs. Celebrity Energy distinction, and the Marilyn Monroe story that cracked it open for me— Your Energetic Thermostat — and why you self-sabotage every time things start working— My three trips to Cannes, and the very different relationship I had to the festival each time— The exact objections that come up before someone joins my world — and the truth underneath each one— The three ways you can work with me, and how to figure out which room is yours. Whether you're brand new here or you've been circling my offers for a while, this is the conversation that answers it. The Difference Between a Deadline and a Delusion 07.05.2026 50minThis week’s episode is a little more personal. I’m recording from bed in the middle of a big five-day event, deep in Cannes prep, brand deals, visibility expansion, and all the emotions that come with stepping into a bigger version of myself. In this episode, I talk about a moment that cracked something open for me: asking for an opportunity I wanted and getting the response, “I thought you’d never ask.” That moment became such a mirror for how often we delay, hesitate, or hold ourselves back not because the opportunity isn’t available, but because we’re still waiting for permission. I also share the deeper lesson I’ve been moving through lately around power, self-concept, and what it really means to stop waiting to be chosen. I talk about the difference between a deadline and a timer, why so many creatives live under the weight of old timelines that only create shame, and how a real deadline can become a loving boundary that creates momentum, clarity, and movement. We also get into the “river of misery” that tends to show up the second you decide to expand, the identity work required to keep betting on yourself before there’s evidence, and why becoming the person who can hold your desires matters just as much as having the desires in the first place. If you’ve been getting 95% of the way there and then stopping short, this episode is for you. In this episode, I cover: why asking can be an identity shift the difference between mutually beneficial desire and people-pleasing what it means to stop waiting to be chosen deadlines vs. timers, and why one creates momentum while the other creates shame the “river of misery” that comes with real expansion why belief has to come before evidence the mindset shift that helps you actually cross the finish line And if you’re listening in real time, applications are open for my How to Be Famous Mastermind — my highest-level coaching space with the most direct access to me and my team. The Version of You Who Has the Life You Want with Zarina Yeva 30.04.2026 47minIn this week’s episode, I’m sitting down with actor, model, and dear friend Zarina Yeva for a conversation that felt deeply personal, reflective, and honestly really moving. We talk about her journey from Kazakhstan to the worlds of film, fashion, and global visibility, but what stayed with me most was the deeper conversation underneath all of it: identity, resilience, spirituality, and what it takes to keep remembering who you are through every season of life. Zarina shares so beautifully about the challenges she’s overcome, the inner work that has shaped her, and the practices that help her stay connected to herself, her purpose, and her vision. We also talk about manifestation, protecting your energy, staying clear in a noisy world, and what it really means to trust the path you’re on even when it asks so much of you. This episode feels like a reminder that the most powerful thing any of us can do is come back to ourselves again and again. The Identity Shift I’m Making Right Now with Lindsey Mango 23.04.2026 1t 2minIn this week’s episode, I’m joined by one of my best friends and one of my favorite coaches, Lindsey Mango, for a really personal conversation. I invited Lindsey on to coach me through some of the blocks I’ve been moving through lately around expansion, pressure, identity, money, and what it looks like to keep choosing the next version of myself even when it feels uncomfortable. This episode felt especially vulnerable because we got into the real stuff: the fear that can show up after big growth, the ways old survival patterns try to come with us into new levels, and what it means to create from alignment instead of panic. Lindsey helped me see some things in real time that I know so many of you will relate to if you’re in a season of up-leveling, uncertainty, or rebuilding your self-trust. Stop Stopping: Why You Keep Quitting on Your Content — and How to Finally Build Momentum 16.04.2026 37minIf you keep starting and stopping on your content, I do not think it is because you are lazy, unmotivated, or undisciplined. I think it is because you are trying to create from a place of friction. In this episode, I’m joined by my team member and coach Alex Stewart to break down the 6 biggest reasons creators keep stopping — and what it actually takes to build momentum that lasts. We talk about:✨ why inconsistency is usually a friction problem✨ why your brain and nervous system may be keeping you small✨ how the wrong system can make content feel miserable✨ why support, accountability, and mentorship matter so much✨ what it means to tap into your Celebrity Energy If you have been stuck in a stop-start cycle with content, visibility, or showing up online, this episode will help you understand what is really going on underneath it. Why Your First Project Doesn’t Need to Be Your Big Break.. Breaking down how I made my first TV pilot 09.04.2026 21minIn this episode, I’m breaking down one of the biggest lies creatives believe: that your first project has to be your big break. It doesn’t. Sometimes it just needs to exist. I’m sharing the story behind Hysterical Women — the pilot I made before I felt fully ready, fully confident, or fully equipped — and why that imperfect project still became a major building block in my career. I talk about perfectionism, fear of being seen, creative identity, and why making the work before you feel ready is often what builds the confidence you’ve been waiting for. I also answer a Celebrity Circle question about what to do when you feel like you’re showing up, creating, and posting, but nothing is taking off yet. The Acting Lesson That Changes Everything About Fame with John Ruskin 02.04.2026 54minThis week on How to Be Famous, I’m joined by my acting teacher, John Ruskin, and this conversation felt especially meaningful to me. John has had a profound impact on the way I think about presence, truth, performance, and what it really means to let yourself be seen. He is the founder of the Ruskin School of Acting and is recognized by the school as one of the teachers hand-picked and trained by Sanford Meisner, which makes this conversation such a special one for anyone interested in craft, magnetism, and authentic expression. In this episode, we talk about acting, identity, emotional truth, and the deeper inner work required to hold attention in a real way. And honestly, that’s what How to Be Famous is about too. Fame is not just tactics. It’s not just content. It’s who you become when you develop the capacity to be seen, felt, and remembered. If you’ve been struggling with visibility, consistency, or feeling like your content doesn’t fully land, this episode will give you a deeper understanding of why presence matters so much. This is exactly why I teach both the internal and external sides of visibility: the nervous system work, the identity work, and the actual systems that help you show up and grow. What Happens When You Finally Stop Hiding Your Work.. The Pilot I never shared 26.03.2026 40minI made a television pilot in 2018. I submitted it to festivals. It did well. And then… I never shared it. Not because it wasn’t good — but because I didn’t feel ready to be seen. In this episode, I’m finally releasing that pilot: Hysterical Women — a dark comedy about ambition, power, and gender dynamics in the workplace. But more than that, this episode is really about the gap between who you are privately… and who you’re willing to be publicly. Because the truth is: Most people don’t have a talent problem. They have a visibility problem. This pilot wasn’t perfect. It was B-minus work at best. But making it — and now sharing it — is what actually creates momentum. If you’ve been creating, thinking, planning… but not fully putting yourself out there, consider this your reminder: You don’t need permission to start. You just need to stop hiding what you’ve already made. And if you want support actually showing up consistently — not just thinking about it — that’s exactly what we’re building inside the HTBF universe right now. This is why I created Self-Made Celebrity, my coaching community where I teach you how to grow your audience and become known:https://tr.ee/jZnIJhNzsi Alongside it, the Celebrity Circle helps you expand your capacity to be seen so your content actually lands:https://tr.ee/UuRWTce9qX 📲 Find me on Instagram: @whitneyuland 🎤 TikTok: @whitneyuland ✨ If you enjoyed this episode, please leave a review and share it with a fellow future celeb! The Truth About Manifestation, Visibility & Money with Margot Miller 12.03.2026 47minThis week on How to Be Famous, I’m joined by manifestation coach and transformational guide Margot Miller, and this conversation went to places I didn’t expect in the best way. Margot’s story is wild — she spent 10 years bedridden with a neurological illness, was told by doctors she might die, and eventually rebuilt her life from the ground up. What happened next? She followed a pull toward purpose, started sharing online, and in less than two years built a brand reaching hundreds of thousands of people. We talk about the reality behind “quantum leaps,” the hidden resistance that shows up when you’re called to something big, and why sometimes the scariest thing isn’t failure… it’s actually stepping into the life you want. We also get into manifestation, subconscious reprogramming, ancestral patterns, and the relationship between visibility, purpose, and identity. And yes… at one point Margot literally coaches me through my own dream of winning an Oscar on the podcast. If you’ve ever felt like you know you’re meant for something bigger but can’t quite close the gap between where you are and where you want to be, this episode is for you. • Margot’s “corpse to CEO” story and how illness changed her life path • Why many people find their purpose at rock bottom • The resistance that shows up when you’re meant for something bigger • How subconscious programming affects manifestation and visibility • The surprising relationship between spirituality and money • Ancestral patterns and how they influence success and ambition • Why visibility wounds often show up as insecurity about looks • The mindset shifts required to create “quantum leap” moments • Why purpose often lives in the thing that scares you the most TikTok & Instagram: @margotelisemiller TikTok & Instagram: @whitneyuland WhitneyUland.com ✨ If you enjoyed this episode, please leave a review and share it with a fellow future celeb! A Farewell of Sorts: The Season of Reinvention (and Why Endings Are Just Rebrands in Disguise) 05.03.2026 42minThis week’s episode feels like a goodbye and a rebirth all at once. I’m sharing what it looks like to say farewell to an old identity — the version of me that got me here — and step into the next era of my life, my art, and my business. It’s my birthday week (Pisces queen energy ✨), and I’ve been reflecting on what it really means to grow, evolve, and let go… especially when life is good. When you’ve built something you love. When you finally feel safe — and you’re still being called to burn the ships and trust what’s next. In this episode, I talk about: 🔥 The process of releasing old versions of myself (without burning my whole life down) 💫 How I’m learning to tell the difference between intuition, fear, and frustration 🧠 Why resistance is actually proof that you’re expanding 🎬 Why I decided to pause my YouTube show — and the new creative project that downloaded the moment I did 💖 How to stop waiting for someone else to “pick” you and start becoming your own big break This conversation is for anyone who’s felt the pull to evolve — to take up more space, to be seen in new ways, to start again without starting over. Because the truth is, every time I’ve surrendered an old identity, something even more aligned has rushed in to take its place. So if you’ve been waiting for a sign to trust your next leap — this is it. 🎧 Listen when you’re ready to remember: you were right about yourself all along. 📲 Connect with me: Instagram: @whitneyuland TikTok: @whitneyuland Work with me: howtobefamous.org Learn more about your ad choices. Building Fame Like a Founder: Creator Experiments, Climbing Cringe Mountain & CAT Labs with Cat Goetze 26.02.2026 54minThis week, I sat down with one of my favorite humans and one of the smartest creators on the internet — my friend Cat Goetze (@askcatgpt). We talked about what it really takes to turn creativity into a scalable business, how to stop waiting for permission, and why “climbing Cringe Mountain” might just be your next rite of passage as a creator. Cat shared her journey from Stanford to Silicon Valley to full-time creator and founder — and the wild story behind launching Physical Phones, her viral hardware startup turned creator-powered case study. She opened up about the tension between being “the talent” and “the boss,” the masculine/feminine energy dance of running a company while staying in flow, and how she’s redefining entrepreneurship through CAT Labs, her newest venture building products and creative experiments at the intersection of art and tech. We also got real about leadership, letting go of control, and how good-hearted people claiming the resource of fame is one of the most radical things we can do right now. Rejection, Worthiness & Becoming Self-Led with Toranj Kayvon 19.02.2026 43minThis week, I got to sit down with my dear friend, author, artist, and coach Toranj Kayvon — and as usual, our conversation went deep. We talked about what it really means to become self-led instead of survival-led — and how so many of us chase “legitimacy” through external achievements instead of embodying the truth that we already are worthy. Toranj shares the story of how her U.S. visa denial became the divine detour that led her to create her most powerful work yet — Radiate, a program designed to help creatives regulate their nervous systems, reconnect to their power, and express legitimacy from within instead of trying to prove it. We also explore: The difference between inadequacy and illegitimacy — and how collapsing the two keeps artists stuck How to navigate rejection as divine protection (and why it’s proof you’re being redirected toward your purpose) The spiritual and scientific roots of authorship, expansion, and worthiness And the skill of holding both disappointment and faith when your dream doesn’t unfold the way you expected This one’s for anyone who’s ever thought, “Maybe I’m not cut out for this.” Spoiler: you are. And as Toranj reminds us — your desire itself is evidence that the reality already exists. ✨ If you loved this episode, make sure to tag us and let us know your takeaways:@whitneyuland and @toranjkayvon on Instagram.
