The Heart Wall — Releasing Trapped Emotions with Britta Keller [video] 18.08.2026 47minWhat if the patterns keeping you stuck aren't flaws to fix, but energetic imprints waiting to be recognized and released? This week Harmony sits down with Britta Keller, a C.A.R.E. Energy Healing practitioner whose own transformation began the moment she heard Dr. Bradley Nelson describe the "heart wall" — a wall built from trapped emotions that quietly blocks us from giving and receiving love. Britta shares how clearing her own heart wall in a single week changed the course of her life, and walks Harmony through the Emotion Code, Body Code, and quantum healing work she now uses with clients: muscle testing, soul-fragment retrieval, past-life imprints, inherited emotional patterns, and the deep, often-overlooked role of worthiness in everything from relationships to money to physical health. In this episode: Meet Britta Keller — growing up in a spiritually open family in Germany The podcast episode that changed everything: discovering the "heart wall" How the Emotion Code works — muscle testing, trapped emotions, and the yawn release The hard lesson of protecting your own energy as a healer Why unworthiness is the block underneath almost everything Quantum healing: soul fragments and tears in the spirit membrane Past-life causes and inherited, ancestral emotional imprints Cleaning up your genes, toxins, and staying in a parasympathetic state Worthiness, "filling the cup," and why the simple things heal us Harmony's own healing journey and a November retreat announcement About Britta Keller: Britta is a C.A.R.E. Energy Healing practitioner who works with clients using the Emotion Code, Body Code, Belief Code, and quantum healing modalities. Her own healing journey began after hearing Dr. Bradley Nelson describe the concept of a heart wall; she has since trained extensively in emotional and energetic release work, including quantum healing and soul-fragment retrieval under mentor Jamie Butler. The Everyday Medium: Jamie Butler on Awakening Your Psychic Abilities [video] 11.08.2026 1t 15minFor more than three decades, Jamie Butler — known as The Everyday Medium — has helped people trust the part of themselves they were taught to ignore. A natural-born clairvoyant, Jamie has authored multiple books, taught internationally, assisted law enforcement on unsolved cases, hosted her own YouTube show, and co-founded the Love and Light Institute. In this episode, she joins Harmony and Russell to make mediumship, channeling, and energy work feel accessible, grounded, and — true to her philosophy — "not woo woo, it's true true." Jamie walks us through her earliest memories of seeing what others couldn't, the family history of intuitive gifts she didn't learn about until college, and the two years she spent learning how to turn her abilities on and off. She breaks down the three levels of trance channeling, explains the difference between feelings and emotions, and leaves us with simple homework for reconnecting to our own intuition — whether we're "heady" or "feeling" people. In this episode: Meet Jamie Butler, The Everyday Medium — and a live reading begins What channeling and "perceiving energy" really mean Color-coding auras: the "clown dots" Jamie saw as a child Her mother's response to an intuitive childhood College, coping, and turning the gift back on The grandmother who changed everything, and the toast at Jamie's wedding Shamanism, oppression, and retiring the words "healing," "release," and "let go" Why differences — not sameness — are what actually connect us "The wolf in the room": disarming resistance in any group Energy, disease, and the ethics of energetic healing Feelings vs. emotions and compassionate communication The three levels of trance channeling: auctioneer, automatic writing, full incorporation Can anyone learn to channel? Homework for "heady" people: three days of pen-and-paper intuition tracking Homework for "feeling" people: monotasking and naming your emotions "Is this mine?" — how to stop absorbing energy that isn't yours Jamie's tattoos and the story behind each one Where to find Jamie, and her upcoming retreat Harmony's upcoming workshop in Philadelphia and retreat in Canada Connect with Jamie Butler: jamiebutlermedium.com | Instagram & Facebook: @jamie_butler_medium | YouTube: Jamie Butler Medium Connect with Harmony: Instagram @harmonyslaterofficial | Podcast: @findingharmonypodcast Subscribe so you never miss an episode, and leave a review if this conversation resonated with you. AstroSophy Explained: Christ Mysticism, the Cosmos, and the Astrology You Were Never Taught | with Sarah Poe [VIDEO] 04.08.2026 59minIn this episode, Harmony sits down with her dear friend Sarah Poe — a mother, spiritual guide, and self-described "midwife of the soul" — for a deep dive into the star wisdom systems reshaping how we understand ourselves. Sarah is the founder of Living Stars School and works at the intersection of AstroSophy, true sidereal astrology, Gene Keys, and Human Design, weaving them together into what she calls a "soul blueprint": a multidimensional map back to your innate gifts and divine nature. Sarah shares her own path from a Southern Baptist preacher's family in West Virginia to becoming a teacher of Christ-centered star wisdom — including the 3:33am wake-up calls that started it all. Harmony and Sarah unpack the real difference between tropical (Western) astrology, Vedic astrology, and true sidereal astrology, why the sun isn't where you think it is, and why Ophiuchus — the "missing" 13th sign — matters more than you'd guess. They also explore the Gene Keys, Human Design, the Magdalene mysteries, indigenous ritual (including the Lakota "spirit plate" practice), and what it really means to stop chasing someone else's path and come home to your own. In this episode: What AstroSophy is, and how it uses the life of Jesus/Yeshua to contemplate the stars Tropical vs. Vedic vs. true sidereal astrology — and the 24-degree gap between them The 72-year wobble of the Earth, and why Sarah calls it "the mother's heartbeat" Ophiuchus, the 13th sign: the healer, the serpent, the bridge between death and alignment How Gene Keys and Human Design shift when calculated through true sidereal placements Sarah's years on the Standing Rock reservation and the Lakota spirit plate ritual The Gene Keys collective cycle, Gene Key 22, and "the great remembering" Why you don't need to be everything — owning your one, unique genius Sarah's new Human Design + Gene Keys course launching this fall Links & Resources: Enroll in Sarah's Human Design & Gene Keys course, starting September 8 — https://www.poesforpeace.com/ Sarah's Living Stars Community: https://www.poesforpeace.com/living-stars-membership Harmony's intimate fall retreat (early November, west coast of Canada) — DM @harmonyslaterofficial for details Follow the show: @findingharmonypodcast · Follow Harmony: @harmonyslaterofficial Subscribe and turn on automatic downloads so you never miss an episode. The Spiritual Pilgrim: How Ashtanga and Tibetan Buddhism Point to the Same Truth 28.07.2026 1t 6minCory Michael Bryant — known to many as The Spiritual Pilgrim — joins Harmony and Russell for a conversation about what happens when two decades of Ashtanga yoga and Vajrayana Buddhist practice grow up side by side. From a 9/11 wake-up call that led him to his first yoga class, to studying under teachers in the lineage of Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche in Nepal, Cory traces how Ashtanga and Tibetan Buddhism aren't separate paths — they may be two branches of the very same root. In this episode: How a strange bout of stress-induced hair loss led a type-A FDA chemist into his first yoga class Studying with Sharon Gannon and David Life at Jivamukti, and the pull toward Ashtanga Moving back to the American South as an openly gay man after 20 years in New York and DC The 37 practices of a bodhisattva, and using relationships as spiritual practice What sukha and dukkha actually mean — and why it's really about space versus contraction The Vairochana posture as “the ultimate asana,” and the prana/nadi/trulkhor overlap between Ashtanga and Vajrayana Taking refuge, ngöndro, and years of preliminary Buddhist practice Leading pilgrimages to Nepal, Bhutan, India, and this fall, Mount Kailash in Tibet Guest Bio Cory Michael Bryant, known as The Spiritual Pilgrim, is a longtime Ashtanga yoga teacher and Vajrayana Buddhist practitioner. Tarot Isn't Fortune-Telling — It's a Mirror for Your Soul | with Karina La Puma [Video] 21.07.2026 50minIn this episode, Harmony sits down with Karina for a conversation about the wisdom that's been inside us all along. Karina explains why she never uses tarot to predict the future — instead, she reads the cards as mirrors for the archetypal patterns already shaping our lives. They talk about magnetic creation, the eight-year fear block that kept her new book on a shelf, and the Terma ritual she teaches for manifesting from alignment instead of force. Along the way, Karina does a live tarot reading on air, and the conversation turns to AI, synchronicity, and what it really means to trust your own inner guidance. Guest: Karina La Puma is an author, intuitive guide, Reiki master, and Western astrologer (practicing since 1979). She's the creator of “A Toolkit for Awakening,” an eleven-book series weaving together tarot, astrology, mythology, psychology, and the hero's journey, and the designer of her own digital tarot deck. Her newest book, Awaken Magnetic Creation: Manifesting Your Dreams, is out now. In This Episode Why the wisdom we're seeking isn't out there somewhere — it's already inside us Karina's Sicilian and Calabrese roots, and her family's restaurant-and-bar life in small-town Pennsylvania How curiosity about astrology and tarot in her twenties turned into eleven books Inside “A Toolkit for Awakening” and the tarot deck that took 30 years to finish Karina's daily three-card ritual — body, mind, and emotions What “magnetic creation” means, and how it's different from ordinary manifestation (20:51) The eight-year fear block that delayed her own book — and the broken ankle that finally stopped her in her tracks AI as a creative co-creator: where it helps, and where Karina draws the line A live, on-air tarot reading for a listener facing a creative crossroads The Terma method: a ritual for burying the past, the future, and the present to manifest from essence, not form Archetypes, synchronicity, and what happens when the veil between inner and outer life gets thin Links & Resources Karina's book: Awaken Magnetic Creation: Manifesting Your Dreams Free gifts (Cosmic Codes + 10 Transformational Steps for Flow and Fulfillment): soul-source.org or klapuma.com Follow the show: @findingharmonypodcast Follow Harmony: @harmonyslaterofficial Curious about Harmony's November retreat on the west coast of Canada? How to Prepare for Death: A Buddhist Scholar on the Bardo | with Dr. John Campbell [video] 14.07.2026 1t 32minWhat if the whole point of your yoga practice was to prepare you to die well? In one of our favorite conversations of the year, Dr. John Campbell joins Harmony Slater and Russell Case for a third time — and goes somewhere we’ve never gone on the show. John is one of the few Westerners certified to teach Ashtanga by the Mysore lineage, finished the Fourth Series, and holds a PhD in Religion from Columbia. He co-founded the Contemplative Sciences Center at UVA and translates Sanskrit and Tibetan tantric texts with Prof. Robert Thurman. Today he teaches Vajra Yoga at Tibet House US in New York. Together they explore the Bardo — the Tibetan “in-between” of dying and rebirth — and how the same dissolution can be glimpsed through psychedelics, deep meditation, and moments of love or terror. Russell shares what an ayahuasca journey revealed about a lifelong fear of death; John recounts a 24-hour ceremony and the integration that mattered more than the medicine; and Harmony reframes asana as the building of a “diamond body” — a vessel strong enough to hold the energy that practice unlocks. They sit with hard, beautiful questions: Why would an enlightened being choose to be reborn? What is the “clear light mind”? Can you really care for someone without carrying them? And is a strong backbend the goal of yoga — or just the prerequisite? This is philosophy, dark humor, lineage, and tenderness in one sitting. Please note: this episode discusses psychedelics, addiction, and death, and is offered for educational and contemplative purposes only — not as medical advice or an endorsement of substance use. Diagnosed With Cancer Twice before 21: How One Woman Healed from the Inside Out [VIDEO] 07.07.2026 47minWhat does it take to truly heal — not just treat symptoms, but address the whole of who we are? In this episode of the Finding Harmony Podcast, Harmony Slater and co-host Russell Case sit down with Gena Bradshaw Vitale, a two-time cancer survivor, author, speaker, and founder of Holistic Human Performance. Diagnosed with leukemia as a young child and again facing a cancer scare as a young adult, Gena's journey led her from a conventional exercise-science background into the world of energy medicine, nervous-system regulation, and what she calls the integration piece — the missing link between knowing about wellness and actually living it. She shares the moment her intuition told her to seek a second surgical opinion, the message she received in her car that she'd “write a book one day,” and how she now guides high-achievers and “perfectionists in remission” out of survival mode. Diagnosed With Cancer Twice before 21: How One Woman Healed from the Inside Out | With Gena Bradshaw Vitale 07.07.2026 47minWhat does it take to truly heal — not just treat symptoms, but address the whole of who we are? Harmony connects Gena's work to her own spinal energetics and elemental embodiment practice, and the three explore the bridge between science and spirituality, the body keeping the score, ancestral patterns, and the profound identity shift of becoming a mother. In this conversation: Why Gena believes science and spirituality are “two sides of the same coin” The five “buckets” of holistic health — mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and the one we forget: energetic How trauma and “survival mode” can quietly shape the body and health Trusting intuition when choosing care — and the second-opinion that changed everything Why health and purpose are directly correlated Motherhood as ego death, rebirth, and a doorway to deeper intuitive gifts The Inner Rejuvenation Codes: https://harmonyslater.kit.com/inner-rejuvenation-codes-mc Join the Lightworker Mastermind: https://harmonyslater.com/lightworker-mastermindFIND Harmony online: https://harmonyslater.com/Harmony on IG: https://www.instagram.com/harmonyslaterofficial/Finding Harmony Podcast on IG: https://www.instagram.com/findingharmonypodcast/FREE Manifestation Activation: https://harmonyslater.kit.com/manifestation-activation -
How Hypnotherapy Helped Me Heal When Doctors Couldn’t | with Peter McLaughlin [VIDEO] 30.06.2026 1t 3minWhat if the diagnosis meant to end your life became the very thing that taught you how to live? In this episode of the Finding Harmony Podcast, Harmony Slater and Russell Case sit down with Peter McLaughlin, a certified hypnotherapist, life coach, and founder of Blue Sky Hypnosis. After a rare leukemia diagnosis (alongside Lyme disease) in his 40s, Peter was told there was no known cause and no known cure. That moment sent him on a decades-long exploration of the relationship between the mind, the body, and the spirit — and eventually into training as a hypnotist. Today his Blue Sky Hypnosis YouTube channel has reached millions of viewers, with guided tracks spanning past-life regression, inner-child healing, sleep, and more. Together they explore why hypnosis and meditation may produce the same brain states — and what makes hypnotherapy different; how the subconscious mind has no sense of time, so old trauma registers as a present-moment threat; the “invisible arrows” model of carrying unresolved wounds; and how shifting your relationship to the past (from victim to creator) can change the body’s baseline. Peter also shares how his work draws on naturopathy, shamanic journeying, and a deepening Christian faith. Whether you’re curious about the science of the subconscious or looking for a new lens on what healing can look like, this conversation invites you to consider that the doorway to transformation may not be trying harder — but softening, and learning to access the wisdom that’s been within you all along. Content note: This episode includes personal healing claims and discussion of serious illness. It is shared as one person’s lived experience and is not medical advice. In this episode Why hypnosis and meditation can look identical on a brain scan — and the one thing that makes hypnotherapy different The two “wings” of hypnosis: stage entertainment vs. therapeutic work Peter’s story: a leukemia + Lyme diagnosis, a “spiritual two-by-four,” and the decision to heal himself How “The Secret,” synchronicity, and a naturopath shaped his path Why the subconscious mind has no sense of time — and why that matters for trauma The “invisible arrows” model: carrying old wounds in the body Western shamanism, inner-child work, and rescuing lost parts of the self Fight-or-flight vs. rest-and-digest — and resetting the nervous system’s baseline A live demo: how two short phrases shift your physiology in seconds Subliminal media, marketing, and “we’re being hypnotized all the time” From victim to creator: “What if the cloud is a mirror?” Guest bio Peter McLaughlin is a certified hypnotherapist, life coach, and the founder of Blue Sky Hypnosis. After a leukemia diagnosis forced him to confront his own mortality, he immersed himself in the connection between mind, body, and spirit, ultimately training as a hypnotist with a focus on the medical and therapeutic applications of hypnosis. Over more than two decades he has helped thousands of people uncover and heal the root causes of emotional suffering through hypnotherapy, trauma resolution, regression work, and subconscious reprogramming. His Blue Sky Hypnosis YouTube channel has reached millions of viewers worldwide. The Psychedelic Renaissance: What to Know Before You Journey | with Zappy Zapolin 23.06.2026 1t 19minWhat if the most important part of a psychedelic experience isn't the journey at all — but what you do when you come home? In this episode, Harmony Slater and co-host Russell Case sit down with Zappy Zapolin, entrepreneur, filmmaker, and founder of Psychedelic Concierge, an educational platform for training facilitators in preparation, holding space, and integration. Zappy directed the documentary The Reality of Truth, which features voices from across the consciousness and wellness world. Together they explore the “psychedelic renaissance” unfolding alongside AI: the difference between substances like ayahuasca, ibogaine, San Pedro, and medically supervised ketamine; why set, setting, and belief shape everything; and why integration may matter more than the experience itself. Harmony and Russell also share, honestly, their own recent first ayahuasca ceremony and what surfaced. This is a frank, adult conversation about consciousness, trauma, addiction recovery, and the ethics of guiding others through altered states. It's offered for reflection and education — not as medical advice, and not as encouragement to use substances that remain illegal in many places. In this episode Why Zappy calls this “the greatest moment in human history” Set, setting, and the role of your worldview in shaping an experience Why integration — not the journey — is where the real work happens The distinct “personalities” of different plant medicines Medically supervised ketamine vs. recreational misuse — and why the distinction matters Holding space ethically: the case for trained facilitators over the “garage shaman” How yoga and meditation relate to (and differ from) plant-medicine work Harmony and Russell's reflections on their own ceremony and the value of preparation Connect & support Guest: Zappy Zapolin — Psychedelic Concierge Support resources: U.S. 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline · SAMHSA National Helpline 1-800-662-4357 The Inner Rejuvenation Codes: https://harmonyslater.kit.com/inner-rejuvenation-codes-mc Join the Lightworker Mastermind: https://harmonyslater.com/lightworker-mastermindFIND Harmony online: https://harmonyslater.com/Harmony on IG: https://www.instagram.com/harmonyslaterofficial/Finding Harmony Podcast on IG: https://www.instagram.com/findingharmonypodcast/FREE Manifestation Activation: https://harmonyslater.kit.com/manifestation-activation -

When Your Guru Is Gone: Grief, Practice, and the Tradition That Remains (Audio) 16.06.2026 1t 3minWhat does it mean to keep practicing after the loss of the teacher who gave you the practice? In this deeply personal episode, Harmony Slater speaks with Bianca Oliviera — a Brazilian-born Ashtanga teacher now living in Katowice, Poland — about the sudden passing of Sharath Jois, the grief that followed, and how she continues to carry the teachings forward. Bianca was present at the Active Series training in Virginia when Sharath passed, and she shares her firsthand account of that day with honesty, grief, and deep reverence. This conversation explores what happens to devotion when its outer form disappears — and why the essence of the practice, once received, can never truly be lost. IN THIS EPISODE: How Bianca discovered yoga in Rio de Janeiro through her grandmother Moving to the U.S., a teaching training scholarship, and the DVD that changed everything First encountering Sharath on the 2013 U.S. tour — and knowing she'd found her teacher Six trips to Mysore, practicing with both Saraswati and Sharath Navigating practice with a young child — and a supportive Polish artist husband Injuries, catching debates, and learning to listen to the body Teaching evening Mysore in Katowice, organizing family-friendly retreats Being present in Virginia for the Active Series launch — and the hike that ended everything The shock, the circle of prayer, the blanket, and the nights no one could sleep Life since Sharath's passing: mixed feelings, shifted priorities, community bonds Impermanence as the ultimate teacher — in practice, in family, and in loss KEY QUOTES: "Each time I finish, I feel good. Something inside feels better." "He sacrificed so much so I could practice with Sharaji because he knew it was super special and important for me." "Nothing is forever. Not our bodies, not our communities, not our guru, not our practices." GUEST BIO: BIANCA RAPOSO DE OLIVEIRA is a Brazilian-born Ashtanga yoga teacher based in Katowice, Poland.
