  • The Great Theft: How Patriarchy Stole Women's Aliveness (And How We Find Our Way Back) 25.06.2026 48min
In this episode I talk about what I call: "The Great Theft" which is the systematic disconnection of women from their bodies, their pleasure, their sensuality, and their innate aliveness. Drawing on the work of Dr Helen O'Connell, Tricia Hersey, Adrienne Maree Brown, trauma research, somatic healing, Tantra, and nervous system science, I begin examining how patriarchal systems, productivity culture, and generational conditioning have shaped our relationship to rest, sexuality, pleasure, and self-worth. This episode is an invitation to stop asking, "What's wrong with me?" and begin asking a different question: "What have I had to disconnect from in order to survive?"   So if you've ever felt exhausted, numb, disconnected, overwhelmed, or like you've somehow lost yourself beneath the weight of modern life, this conversation is for you.   Some of the key topics covered are: feminine embodiment, female sexuality, somatic healing, nervous system regulation, burnout recovery, intimacy, Tantra, women's wellness, trauma healing, pleasure, self-trust, embodiment, erotic aliveness, patriarchy, relationships, emotional wellbeing.       === VILATES•Website: https://www.vilates.com/    •Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/vilates_/  •Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/3fs2KlkHNzICKAg2crZSMB   •Apple Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-ecology-of-intimacy-podcast/id1772602980         ===....Disclaimer This podcast is presented solely for educational and entertainment purposes. What if the reason you stay in a relationship that hurts you has nothing to do with love and everything to do with self-worth? In this deeply honest conversation, I’m joined by relationship coach Heather Melville to explore the hidden dynamics of toxic relationships, emotional abuse, self-esteem, body image, intimacy, and healing. • The Erotic as Liberation: Audre Lorde, Patriarchy, Pleasure & The Erotic as a Pathway to Power 14.05.2026 44min

  • Beyond Orgasm: Rewriting the Story of Female Sexuality with Jane Garnett 07.05.2026 49min
Join me in this deeply expansive episode as I sit down with Therapist, Psychedelic Integration Guide, Filmmaker, and host of the Sex, Psychics & Psychedelics podcast, Jane Garnett, for a conversation that completely reframes sexuality, intimacy, pleasure, and feminine aliveness. If you’ve ever felt disconnected from your body, confused by your changing sexuality, or exhausted by the pressure to “get it right,” this episode will feel like a long exhale. • When Trauma Becomes Identity; Reclaiming Your Body, Your Pleasure, and Your Sense of Self with Ashley Miley 30.04.2026 53min
In this deeply intimate conversation, I’m joined by Sacred Intimacy Coach and Ordained Priestess Ashley Miley to explore what it actually means to come home to your body after trauma, disconnection, and years of learned self-abandonment. We speak about the kind of healing that goes beyond understanding and into embodiment. The kind that asks you to feel what you have spent years avoiding. The kind that invites you back into your own nervous system, your own pleasure, and your own truth. Ashley shares her personal journey through sexual trauma, emotional disconnection, and the long, often solitary process of rebuilding a relationship with her body. Together, we explore the difference between talking about healing and actually living it through sensation, breath, and presence. This episode gently unpacks: • Why talk therapy alone often isn’t enough for deep sexual and relational healing• How trauma lives in the body and why embodiment is the pathway forward • The role of the nervous system in creating safety for intimacy and pleasure• How we unknowingly build identities around trauma, and how to soften those identities• The truth about “coming home to yourself” and why it changes everything• What it means to move from seeking love externally to cultivating inner sacred union• How pleasure becomes a reclamation of power, not performance This is a conversation for the woman who has done the work, read the books, tried to understand herself, and yet still feels a quiet distance from her body, her desire, or her sense of aliveness. You're not broken. There is nothing missing. There is simply a deeper layer of you waiting to be felt.     === GUEST LINKS === •Website: thesacredintimacytemple.com •Join Email List Here: https://thesacredintimacytemple.com/email-list             LINKS ===   •Website: https://www.vilates.com/  •Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/vilates_/ •Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/3fs2KlkHNzICKAg2crZSMB  •Apple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-ecology-of-intimacy-podcast/id1772602980 . . . .   Disclaimer This podcast is presented solely for educational and entertainment purposes. • There’s Always More: Expanding Pleasure Across a Lifetime, Why Sexuality Doesn’t Decline, It Evolves with Susan Bratton 01.04.2026 1godz 1min
There comes a point, often in midlife, where something begins to shift. You might notice it in your body first.A subtle disconnection. Or a sense that intimacy has become something you think about, rather than something you feel inside yourself. And for many women, the question that follows is so deeply personal it’s rarely spoken out loud. “Is something wrong with me?” In this conversation, I’m joined by the Incredible Intimacy expert Susan Bratton, and together we explore what sits underneath that question with honesty, nuance, and care. We talk about the difference between libido, desire, and arousal, not as clinical concepts, but as lived experiences inside the female body. We explore how many women have been shaped by conditioning that prioritised performance over sensation, and how that disconnect can quietly follow us into midlife. This episode opens a different perspective. One where your body is not failing, but responding intelligently. Where desire is not something you’ve lost, but something that you may never have fully met yet. We explore: • Why low libido is often a misunderstanding, not a deficiency• How female arousal actually unfolds in the body• The impact of cultural conditioning on pleasure and intimacy• Why pleasure can deepen and expand over time• How communication becomes a bridge back to intimacy.   Susan reminds us that this chapter of life is not about going backwards, it’s about meeting yourself in a new way, with more awareness, more honesty, and more permission than you’ve ever had before. So much so, that now, in her sixties, she's having the best sex of her life.  So if you’ve felt disconnected, unsure, or even curious about what’s still possible for you in midlife and beyond, then this conversation will light a fire in your belly and let you know, that when it comes to sex and pleasure, there's always more! === GUEST LINKS: Susan Bratton: Website: https://betterlover.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/susanbratton/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/BetterLover === VILATES •Website: https://www.vilates.com/ •FREE RESOURCE Breast Massage Meditation: www.vilates.com/free-breast-massage-meditation •Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/vilates_/ •Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/3fs2KlkHNzICKAg2crZSMB •Apple Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-ecology-of-intimacy-podcast/id1772602980     ===....Disclaimer This podcast is presented solely for educational and entertainment purposes. • The Burnout Cure We Were Never Taught; How the Intersection of Art & Neuroscience Can Heal Our Nervous Systems with Lexi Reid. 12.03.2026 53min
In today's conversation I speak with Lexi Reed, a Creative Wellness Coach whose work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, creativity, and nervous system regulation.  After years working in a highly successful STEM career, navigating high-pressure scientific environments and experiencing profound burnout during the pandemic, Lexi discovered something unexpectedly powerful and it changed everything for her.  What began as a small act of creativity opened a doorway into something much deeper. A deep shift in the nervous system from fight or flight into rest and repair. A reconnection with sensation, creativity, and the parts of the brain that modern life so often neglects. A realignment with what felt true and had meaning.  In this episode we explore how art, play, and sensory creativity can become a pathway back from burnout, particularly for high-achieving women who have spent years living primarily in their minds. Together we explore: • Why creative expression regulates the nervous system in ways thinking cannot• How sensory practices move us from rumination back into embodiment• The hidden emotional labour many women carry in professional environments• Why burnout often arrives quietly and accumulates over time• How creativity unlocks insight, problem-solving, and emotional clarity Lexi shares beautiful visual exercises she uses with clients, including practices that help women map their energy, recognise what drains them, and reconnect with what genuinely nourishes them. What emerges through our conversation is something both ancient and deeply needed in modern life. Creativity is not frivolous. It is not indulgent. It is one of the ways human beings regulate, process emotion, and return to themselves. For women who have spent years performing competence while quietly depleting their own reserves, this conversation is for you.    ===GUEST LINKS:   FREE OFFER: Free 5-Day Creative Reset Challenge: https://subscribepage.io/UbjddV  Website: https://mindartwellness.com/  LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/alexandra-j-reid/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lexireidstudio/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@MindArtWellness  === VILATES   •Website: https://www.vilates.com/ •FREE RESOURCE Breast Massage Meditation: www.vilates.com/free-breast-massage-meditation •Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/vilates_/ •Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/3fs2KlkHNzICKAg2crZSMB •Apple Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-ecology-of-intimacy-podcast/id1772602980 ===....Disclaimer This podcast is presented solely for educational and entertainment purposes. • Why Most Women Have Never Experienced Real Intimacy; Dévashi Shakti on Patriarchal Sex, Somatics & Reclaiming Female Power 05.03.2026 56min
Today I'm exploring one of the most invisible yet influential forces shaping modern relationships and sexuality: patriarchal conditioning around sex and intimacy. I’m joined by Devashi Shakti, the Founder of Tigress Yoga and a trail blazing, pioneer of female embodiment, somatic healing, and sensual sovereignty. Together we unpack the cultural paradigm that has taught women to disconnect from their instincts, override their sensations, and orient intimacy and pleasure around the male experience. This conversation opens a profound inquiry into what becomes possible when women begin to reclaim their nervous system sovereignty, sensual intelligence, and embodied authority. We explore: Why most women have never experienced the full potential of intimacy The impact of patriarchy on women’s nervous systems and sexuality The orgasm gap and the deeper cultural roots behind it How women reclaim sensual vitality, instinct, and personal authority What intimacy could look like beyond patriarchal conditioning Devashi also shares the origin story behind Tigress Yoga, a groundbreaking embodiment practice devoted to restoring women’s instinctual power, sensual vitality, and emotional autonomy. For decades, her work has guided women back into direct relationship with the wisdom of their bodies, long before somatic healing and nervous system regulation became mainstream conversations. This episode is an invitation to question what we’ve inherited about sexuality, and to imagine a new paradigm of intimacy rooted in mutual thriving, flourishing, and pleasure... beyond the patriarchy.    ===GUEST LINKS: Website: https://www.thetigresspath.com/  Podcast: Beyond Patriarchal Sex Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thetigresspath/  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/devashi.tigress/  === VILATES •Website: https://www.vilates.com/ •FREE RESOURCE Breast Massage Meditation: www.vilates.com/free-breast-massage-meditation •Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/vilates_/ •Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/3fs2KlkHNzICKAg2crZSMB •Apple Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-ecology-of-intimacy-podcast/id1772602980 ===....Disclaimer This podcast is presented solely for educational and entertainment purposes. • From Overwhelm to Embodied Power in Motherhood; Reparenting Your Inner Child, Reclaiming Your Energy & Regulating Your Nervous System with Rubina Chadha 26.02.2026 59min
Motherhood cracks us open. It slows us down. It strips us bare. And confronts us with parts of ourselves we didn’t even know were still running the show. In this deeply nourishing conversation, I sit down with internationally recognised mindfulness educator, trauma-informed coach and the founder of Inner Design™, Rubina Chadha, to explore what it really means to come home to yourself, through motherhood, through intimacy, and through the breath. We talk about sleep deprivation and nervous system overwhelm. About over-giving, depletion, and losing yourself in the relentless pace of modern life. About how our children mirror our unhealed parts and how parenting can become one of the most profound spiritual initiations we will ever walk through. Rubina shares powerful, practical tools for emotional regulation and embodied presence, including micro-mindfulness practices you can use in the middle of a chaotic day. We explore how breath-work can regulate your emotions in real time, how intimacy begins within your own body, and why true connection requires presence, not performance. We explore: How motherhood becomes a gateway to reparenting your inner child The nervous system science behind breath and emotional regulation Why intimacy is an internal experience first, not something someone else gives you How unresolved stress quietly limits your life force and creativity And simple grounding practices to return you to yourself in minutes This is a conversation about clearing the debris of old conditioning. About reclaiming intimacy, not just in partnership, but with your own breath, your own truth, and your own energy. Because when you learn to be deeply present with yourself, everything changes. And that is where real intimacy begins.       ===   GUEST LINKS:   Website: http://theinnerdesign.com   Website: https://www.womeninpowertv.com/rubina-chadha63221754    Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/theofficialrubina    LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/rubina-c   . === VILATES   •Website: https://www.vilates.com/   •FREE RESOURCE Breast Massage Meditation: www.vilates.com/free-breast-massage-meditation   •Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/vilates_/   •Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/3fs2KlkHNzICKAg2crZSMB   •Apple Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-ecology-of-intimacy-podcast/id1772602980   === . . . . • Midlife Sexuality, Perimenopause, & Reclaiming Pleasure After 40: Finding the Fire You Never Had with Dr Kelly Barron 11.02.2026 58min
What if midlife isn't the crisis society tells us; but rather the beginning of finding your fire? In this powerful conversation, I’m joined by Dr. Kelly Barron, founder of Tempesta and the Dr. KellFire show.  She's a Chiropractor, Licensed Acupuncturist, Certified Menopause Specialist, Sexual Health Alliance Coaching Candidate, and fierce advocate for women reclaiming their sexuality in midlife. Together, we explore what happens when women stop trying to “get back” to who they were in their twenties… and instead discover a fire they may never have known. Kelly shares her extraordinary journey, from surviving a violent assault to becoming a champion powerlifter, MMA fighter, and leader in menopause and sexual health. Her story is one of resilience, reinvention, and radical self-ownership. But what moves me most in our conversation is her unwavering devotion to helping women understand this truth: Midlife is not the end. It is your peak. We speak honestly about: The medical gaslighting so many women experience in perimenopause and menopause Pelvic health, libido changes, GSM, and why “use it or lose it” matters The performative sexuality many of us were conditioned into, and how to unlearn it Why communication (with yourself and your partner) is everything The evolutionary power of menopause Reclaiming pleasure as a portal back to your feminine energy Falling in love with yourself as your first love relationship. We also dive into ritual, nervous system regulation, sisterhood, and why gathering together in community is medicine. If you’ve ever felt flat, lost, invisible, or disconnected from your body, If you’ve wondered where your libido went, or even if you ever truly claimed it, This episode is for you. Because the truth is: your sexuality is not something you outgrow. It is something you grow into. And midlife might just be the most exquisite chapter yet.   ===GUEST LINKS=== Website: https://drkellfires.com/  Website: https://mytempesta.com/  Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/au/podcast/the-kellfire-show/id1755062663   Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/iamkellfire/  ===LINKS=== Website: https://www.vilates.com/  Free Resource: Massage Meditation: www.vilates.com/free-breast-massage-meditation  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/vilates_/  Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/3fs2KlkHNzICKAg2crZSMB  Apple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-ecology-of-intimacy-podcast/id1772602980   ....Disclaimer This podcast is presented solely for educational and entertainment purposes. • The Erotic Nervous System:
How Safety, Sensation, and Pleasure Rewire the Body with Megan Millington 03.02.2026 1godz 6min
Welcome to Season Two of The Ecology of Intimacy. We’re kicking off 2026, the Chinese Year of the Fire Horse, with an invitation into movement, change, courage, and aliveness. Intimacy, like life itself, is always changing. Our bodies, desires, relationships, nervous systems, and erotic lives are constantly evolving, and this conversation is about learning how to ride those waves rather than resist them. I’m joined by Trauma-informed, Sexuality Coach Megan Millington, whose work in erotic re-patterning is helping women and men reclaim pleasure, safety, and deep intimacy from the inside out. Together, we explore why so many women experience low libido, numbness, disconnection, or shame and what lies underneath those layers. We talk about how early experiences, trauma, stress, motherhood, religious conditioning, medicalised sexuality, and cultural myths all shape our understanding of desire. And Megan shares her own journey from believing she was broken, even asexual, to discovering that her body was simply protecting itself. At the heart of this conversation is a powerful truth: desire returns when safety is restored. We explore: Why low libido is often a nervous system response, not a diagnosis How emotional, somatic, spiritual, and energetic safety impact arousal and orgasm The myth of performative, intercourse-based sex and the orgasm gap Why pleasure is not frivolous but a powerful technology for healing and regulation How intimacy can be woven into everyday life, even during exhaustion, parenting, grief, or change Why you're not broken and how your body is deeply intelligent This episode invites you to question the sexual narratives you’ve inherited, and begin rebuilding intimacy in a way that honours your body’s timing, wisdom, and truth.
  • You’re Not Broken: Why Low Libido is a Lie and How Learning the Deep Intelligence of Womens Sexuality and Desire System is the Key. 19.12.2025 42min
As we come to the close of Season One of The Ecology of Intimacy podcast, I wanted to pause, reflect, and say a heartfelt thank you for being a part of this journey with me. This episode is both a love letter and a deep exhale. It’s a celebration of the conversations we’ve shared about sexuality, intimacy, pleasure, women’s bodies, relationships, and what it truly means to feel alive in ourselves and to give ourselves permission for pleasure. To close out 2025, I’m sharing highlights from two of our most-loved, most-downloaded conversations. First, Somatic Sex Expert Susan Morgan Taylor unravels the deeply ingrained myth of “low libido” in women. We explore why so many women are mislabeled, misunderstood, and pathologised, and how education, embodiment, and somatic sexuality can radically transform desire, orgasm, and connection. Then, the Incredible Intimacy Expert Lauren Elise Rogers brings us into a tender, revolutionary conversation about body criticism, self-permission, and pleasure. We explore how the way we speak to ourselves, especially about our bodies, directly impacts our ability to feel desire, intimacy, and orgasmic aliveness. Her message is clear and deeply reassuring: you are not broken, the sexual scripts are. This episode is an invitation to soften, to unlearn, to remember, and to step into a more pleasure-filled, deeply embodied relationship with yourself and with your life. As we prepare for Season Two in early 2026, my hope is that these reflections nourish you, inspire you, and remind you why your intimacy matters. Thank you for walking this path with me. I’m so grateful you’re here. • Why You're Fighting Over Costco Receipts (And What It Really Means): Healing Relational Patterns with Monica Tanner. 10.12.2025 48min
Wow, this conversation completely shifted how I think about marriage and relationships. You know how we're always told that marriage is all about compromise? Well, what if I told you that's actually terrible advice and it's been keeping you stuck? Today I'm speaking with Monica Tanner, an incredible  Relational Life Therapy trained Relationship Coach who literally wrote the book on Bad Marriage Advice (and yes, that's the actual title!), and she absolutely blew my mind. We dove deep into why so much of the traditional wisdom we've been taught about relationships is actually sabotaging our happiness. And what hit me hardest: was how we've been sold the idea that marriage or any successful long term relationship is all about compromise, but that compromise actually makes us start to silently keep score of who gave up what. So Monica introduces this beautiful concept of collaboration instead of compromise. It's about getting what she calls compassionately curious about what matters to you AND what matters to your partner, and WHY, and then using that to create something even better together. We also talked about how we can approach extended family dynamics as the holidays approach, you know that feeling of dread mixed with excitement? That pull back into old family dynamics and the stress so many of us feel at a time of year that's meant to be joyful? Monica helped me understand why that happens and, more importantly, how to navigate it without losing yourself or your relationship in the process. But what's really stayed with me was this idea that our inner children are often running the show in our relationships. All those adaptations and coping mechanisms we created as kids to survive? They're still playing out in our relationships as adults, our communication patterns, our fights over things like Costco receipts (yes, we went there!). But the beautiful part is that once we understand this, we can start to heal and make different choices and begin to shift the patterns that have kept us stuck. This conversation reminded me that nothing has gone wrong when relationships feels hard, it's just that it's time to grow. So if you've been feeling stuck, or like you’re more roommates than lovers, if you're navigating those tricky family dynamics or just wondering how to communicate without everything turning into a battle, this episode is for you. My intention for this episode is that is supports you to navigate the coming holidays and festive season with less stress, and relational triggers, and with more ease and grace. Enjoy.  ===GUEST LINKS:OFFER: https://badmarriageadvice.com Website: https://monicatanner.com Instagram: https://instagram.com/monitalksmarriage.=== •Website: https://www.vilates.com/ •FREE RESOURCE Massage Meditation: www.vilates.com/free-breast-massage-meditation •Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/vilates_/ •Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/3fs2KlkHNzICKAg2crZSMB •Apple Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-ecology-of-intimacy-podcast/id1772602980 ===....Disclaimer This podcast is presented solely for educational and entertainment purposes. • When "How Can I Help?" Makes You Want to Scream: Let's Talk Emotional Labor, ADHD, and the Fair Play Solution with Dr Regina Lark. 02.12.2025 44min
Join me in this powerful conversation with Dr. Regina Lark about the invisible work that keeps all our homes and lives running, but that ultimately leaves us completely exhausted. In this episode, we dive deep into emotional labor, and the mental load, and why as women, we're constantly doing the behind-the-scenes work that no one sees or values. Dr Regina has a PhD in women's history and runs a professional organizing and move management company, and she brings a refreshing perspective on the work of household management, decluttering, and the cognitive skills required to keep everything together and running smoothly. We talk about the reality of being the "default parent," the one who's always doing the mental math (like figuring out if we need to to feed the kids by 5:30pm so we can get to the sitter by 6pm so we can make it to that 7pm concert). Sound familiar? Yeah, me too! Regina explains how the work we do at home requires the exact same executive function skills that professionals use in the workplace and that business leaders require to succeed, skills like; planning, processing, sequencing, time management. Yet somehow when we're doing it at home, it's dismissed as "just women's work" or a "labor of love" instead of being recognized as the actual labor and never-ending workload that it is. We also get into ADHD in women, chronic disorganization, and why so many of us are just now discovering we've been struggling with executive function challenges our whole lives. If you've ever felt overwhelmed by clutter, asked permission to throw something away, or wondered why your partner doesn't just see what needs to be done, then this conversation is for you. Regina introduces the concept of radical delegation and shares the game-changing Fair Play method (with actual playing cards!) that helps couples divide household responsibilities equitably. And makes the invisible work we all do, so much more visible. We talk about weaponized incompetence, the dreaded "how can I help?" question, and practical ways to create a household where everyone actually wants to live. This isn't just about organizing your home, it's about re-organizing your life, setting boundaries, asking for help, and recognizing that you deserve support with the enormous amount of work required to keep a house running, the very work that holds the entire fabric of our society together! So whether you're a working mom, managing a household solo, or trying to balance career and family, this conversation will make you feel seen and give you tools to create real change. Join me for this honest, compassionate discussion about women's work, gender equity, household equity, and what it really takes to lighten the load we've been carrying for far too long.   ===   GUEST LINKS: Website: https://aclearpath.net/ Website: https://www.reginalark.com/ Book: https://www.reginalark.com/emotional-labor/   https://www.amazon.com/Emotional-Labor-Womans-Never-About/dp/B09HG6C5GF/ref=sr_1_12?dchild=1&keywords=regina+lark&qid=1633128045&s=books&sr=1-12   RESOURCES: The Fair Play Policy Institute: https://www.fairplaylife.com/ Fair Play Cards: https://www.fairplaylife.com/the-cards Institute for Challenging Disorganisation: https://www.challengingdisorganization.org/   . === •Website: https://www.vilates.com/ •FREE RESOURCE Massage Meditation: www.vilates.com/free-breast-massage-meditation •Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/vilates_/ •Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/3fs2KlkHNzICKAg2crZSMB •Apple Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-ecology-of-intimacy-podcast/id1772602980   === . . . . • The Hidden Map to Female Power: Thresholds, Portals, and the Four Female Life Cycles 11.11.2025 42min
This episode is a fiery, truth-telling conversation on the four true phases of a woman’s life: Child/Maiden, Mother/Creatrix, Maga/Healer, and Wise Woman/Crone. And how patriarchal culture’s obsession with youth keeps women disconnected from their real power. We unpack how to reclaim every stage of your life as sacred, to honour your desires as your soul’s GPS, and step fully into your creative, erotic, and spiritual potency at any age. Leaving behind what no longer serves you, and claiming the power that's always been yours.  It’s raw, real, and a radical reclamation of womanhood beyond the patriarchy’s script. So often we’re told there are only two stages in a woman’s life; young and old. But that couldn’t be further from the truth.  Each stage of our life cycle carries its own gifts, power, and sacred purpose. From the innocence and exploration of the Maiden years, to the creative fire and mastery of Motherhood and Creatrix, through the potent healing and truth-telling of the Midlife Maga and Healer, and into the deep wisdom and spiritual power of the Wise Woman and Crone; each phase is a portal into greater wholeness. Each cycle carries the stories of our ancestors and the lineage of women's wisdom that we feel in our bones, that we all know in our quieter moments.  This is a tender, fierce, and deeply affirming episode. It's my love letter to every woman who’s ever felt unseen, stuck, or disconnected from her changing body and evolving self. My hope is that you walk away remembering just how extraordinary, powerful, and necessary you are: in every season of your life!       === LINKS: === •Website: vilates.com •FREE Breast Massage Meditation: www.vilates.com/free-breast-massage-meditation •Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/vilates_/ •Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/3fs2KlkHNzICKAg2crZSMB •Apple Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-ecology-of-intimacy-podcast/id1772602980     === . . . .
