His work reflects both the timelessness of analog and the forward-thinking energy of the modern scene, cementing his place as a respected figure within both the Berlin techno scene and the broader European electronic music landscape. In 2014, he launched the event series Nachteulen and Berlin Techno. Since March 2024, he has been a member of SUT - Secret Underground Techno. In 2005, Umweltpumpe1 organized its first party under the name Gepflegtes Klopfen at Triebwerk Dresden, followed by additional events in Germany and Poland.
