  As we get into finals season, we wanted to prioritize mental health and use the podcast to discuss it with everyone. Mental health is incredibly important and needs to be destigmatized. Make sure to check in on your friends, and just know if you are ever feeling down there are plenty of resources out there. Talk with a therapist, go to a Let's Talk session at Ohio State, talk with your friends or a mentor, and call 988 or visit 988lifeline.org for crisis resources.
