"Does Progressive Dispensationalism Fit in Christ's Kingdom?" —an S2S rebuttal 23.05.2026 1h 39minStrength to Strength responds to a recent episode by Anabaptist Perspectives. In this response video, Greg Weaver is joined by Justin Zehr and Bryant Martin to offer a rebuttal to the presentation offered by Julian Stoltzfus. In this episode, we respond to a presentation on Progressive Dispensationalism. Is Progressive Dispensationalism compatible with the Christo-centric hermeneutic or Anabaptism? Does Romans 11 actually teach a distinction between the church and Israel? What should be our prioritization in Bible interpretation? These are a few of the questions we explored. The Bible tells a single unified story. His body is both singular and undivided. The mystery revealed from ages past is that all nationalities would be fellow heirs in the same body. When Jesus broke into the pages of human history he revealed the prophetic mysteries Israel has been pondering for centuries. "God Is a Wonderful Father" by Rhoda Wenger 05.05.2026 1h 10minMay 2, 2026Strength to Strength Sisters welcomed Rhoda Wenger to share her testimony.Traveling through life with my sweetheart of 53½ years has been an adventure I would not trade. God blessed us with 9 precious children, 5 additional precious children through marriage, and 14 treasured grandchildren. While our children were still at home, we had the privilege of all traveling together in an itinerant ministry. As our children reached adulthood, they pursued the ministries God called them to. Eventually Ray and I traveled alone. After 33 years of traveling, COVID restrictions in 2020 and now our health issues have ended our travels. Most importantly, traveling the journey of life with the Good Shepherd as my guide, has made this path a joy-filled one, despite the humps and bumps on the path. Living life with God is a marvelous privilege because He is always beside me, guiding, giving wisdom and grace for each situation, and patiently teaching me important life lessons. I look forward to kneeling before Him in person someday to thank Him for pursuing me with goodness and mercy. An interactive question-and-answer period follows.https://strengthtostrength.org/god-is-a-wonderful-father/ -

Prayer connects us to God so that His will is lived out on earth. Prayer preserves a people from destruction. It connects your spirit to the Fountain of great fruitfulness.I will try to answer the following questions:- How do I keep from getting bored while praying?- If God wants to do something anyway, than why do I have to pray it?- Why don’t we see answers to prayer? - What examples are there of praying believers who overcame problems? https://strengthtostrength.org/the-power-of-intercessory-prayer/ -

"Sacred Roots: How the Reformers Slipped in Soteriology" by Philip Hess 23.03.2026 1h 26minMarch 14, 2026Strength to Strength welcomed Philip Hess to critique the reformer’s views of soteriology.Did the Protestant Reformers restore the true Apostolic doctrine to the church? Or did they fall short of this goal? Join us as we talk about how the Reformation teaching of “faith alone” did not represent the New Testament’s picture of faith. To support “faith alone”, the Reformers had to promote forensic justification and monergism. Their alliance with the state church kept them from understanding the New Testament vision for the church as a body of the faithful, and led them to make all kinds of compromises with the teachings of Jesus. In this talk, we will discuss “How the Reformers slipped in Soteriology”.An interactive question-and-answer period follows.https://strengthtostrength.org/sacred-roots-how-the-reformers-slipped-in-soteriology/ -
S2S Sisters: "The Power of Love: Evangelism" by Faith Zook 14.03.2026 1h 1minMarch 7, 2026Strength to Strength Sisters welcomed Faith Zook to discuss practical evangelism. When was the last time I had a conversation with a total stranger? Does talking to the ungodly around us make me feel uncomfortable or do I feel energized by these conversations? In this talk, Faith will show through humor and stories how we can have the confidence to talk to others about the hope that lies within us. Maybe you will be able to relate to her stories and get new ideas for the neighbors in your life. This talk is based on the Biblical account of Jesus meeting the Samaritan woman at the well. Jesus meets this sinful woman in an ordinary situation, asks her probing questions, and ends up saving this woman and her friends. It is an amazing story of the power of love to overcome defenses people put up, while giving us an example of how we also can witness to others.A few ideas will be given in this talk about talking to strangers, being comfortable with the uncomfortable, and pushing conversations into deeper places when given opportunity. Our quiet lives of Christian love are a powerful testimony to those around us, but sometimes our neighbors also need words to be spoken. Our goal is to get those around us to ask the question of whom we speak, “Is not this the Christ?”An interactive question-and-answer period follows.https://strengthtostrength.org/the-power-of-love-evangelism/ -
