The Merri-Cast
The Merri-Cast is a podcast aimed at emerging leaders who are working through self-doubt and building self-belief. Host Trevor Merriden, an executive coach and author of The Confidence Shift, talks with leaders and entrepreneurs about the moments that challenged their confidence and how they overcame them. The conversations are honest, practical, and deeply human, offering insight into what leadership really feels like. Each episode explores at least one of five core themes: curiosity, creativity, clarity, commitment, and confidence. It's for anyone leading for the first time, questioning their abilities, or building something new and wondering if they are ready.
