The MOST Perilous Diseases that Don't Show Symptoms 20.09.2026 10минMany chronic diseases have no symptoms for 15 to 20 years! Common diseases like type 2 diabetes, liver disease, and kidney disease often have no warning signs until they’ve significantly progressed. Discover the top diseases with no symptoms and learn how to avoid them. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: Dangerous diseases with no symptoms 2:04 High blood pressure and type 2 diabetes 3:52 Liver disease and kidney disease 4:38 Low vitamin D 5:30 4 habits to avoid and reverse silent diseases Did you know that it can take 10 to 20 years to develop high blood pressure and around 15 to 20 years for type 2 diabetes? Over 75% of your liver could be damaged before you experience symptoms from liver disease, and you can run your body on one kidney, making kidney disease equally difficult to detect. You won’t notice any symptoms from atherosclerosis until 70% of your artery is blocked, and stage 4 colon cancer is sometimes discovered with no symptoms at all! Instead of addressing the root cause of these chronic diseases, doctors will typically prescribe medication to manage the symptoms that occur later on. Before you develop type 2 diabetes, high levels of insulin keep your blood sugar normal for many years. Most people don't notice symptoms other than belly fat and fatigue, but eventually, your pancreatic cells fail to produce insulin. Low vitamin D is not a disease, but it can put you at risk for many different health conditions, including cancer, autoimmune diseases, and cardiovascular disease. Vitamin D helps increase nitric oxide to support healthy blood pressure, and also supports insulin function and sensitivity. The following 4 habits can help you avoid and reverse these asymptomatic diseases. 1. Exercise Try walking after eating. Hypoxia training can also have significant health benefits. 2. Low-carb diet and intermittent fasting Aim for 1 to 2 meals daily to improve insulin resistance and its associated health conditions. Do Healthy Keto® and intermittent fasting the right way; this FREE guide makes it easy: https://drbrg.co/4pSGvcS 3. Get more sleep Try to get an additional 30 to 60 minutes of sleep each night. 4. Spend more time outside Take walks in nature and get plenty of sun for dramatic improvements in your health. What BLOATING Really Means 20.09.2026 5минStomach bloating is one of the most common signs of a leaky gut. Find out how to get rid of bloating by addressing gut health. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. 0:00 Introduction: What is a leaky gut? 0:50 Leaky gut symptoms 1:27 What causes a leaky gut? 2:58 How to get rid of bloating and fix leaky gut 3:50 Fasting to fix leaky gut Today, we’re going to talk about bloating, the number one symptom associated with a leaky gut. If you have a leaky gut, you have crevices and holes in your gut where food particles and substances can travel through without a stamp of approval from the immune system. For example, if you have a leaky gut and egg protein gets through, your immune system will respond as if it’s a virus, bacteria, or pathogen. The next time you eat eggs, you could have an immune reaction. If you have a leaky gut, you’ll notice new food allergies along with the following symptoms: •Inflammation •Joint pain •Skin reactions (e.g. psoriasis, dermatitis) •Headaches The most damaging side effect of a leaky gut is the development of autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto’s. To get rid of bloating, you’ll need to address the cause of a leaky gut. Check out the 7 most common causes of a leaky gut: 1. Vitamin D deficiency 2. Seed oils 3. Raw vegetables 4. Lectins 5. Fiber 6. Sugar 7. Gluten Even if you correct your diet, you must ensure you have enough vitamin D to fix your leaky gut. Get plenty of sun without burning, or take 20,000 IU of vitamin D every day. Glutamine is crucial for gut health. Red meat is the best source of glutamine. Cabbage, bone broth, eggs, and kefir are also good sources. Zinc is also important for gut health. Oysters, shellfish, seafood, and sea kelp are the best sources. Fasting gives your digestive system a chance to rest and repair if you have a leaky gut. STOP Aging and Look YOUNGER! 20.09.2026 6минIs it possible to slow down aging? Find out how to look younger, live longer, and have fewer diseases in this quick video! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. 0:00 Introduction: How to slow down aging 0:35 Anti-aging secrets 1:30 NAD explained 2:25 Anti-aging tips 4:07 Check out my video on methylene blue! In this video, I’m going to tell you how to slow down aging so you can look younger and live longer. The mitochondria are the body's energy factory. The health and function of your mitochondria directly correlate to aging and longevity. The Krebs cycle is a process in your body that starts with food and ends with energy. It requires nutrients or cofactors to work properly. NAD is a vital nutrient involved in extracting energy from food to make ATP, and it’s critical for longevity and anti-aging. NAD prevents muscle loss, especially in cancer patients, and protects against radiation. As we age, NAD decreases. Researchers have found that CD38 depletes NAD, and mice with less CD38 tend to live longer. Here are 5 compounds that boost NAD to help slow aging: 1. Apigenin Parsley is the best source, but it’s also found in thyme, oregano, basil, and celery. 2. Anthoxanthin Consume blueberries and other blue, purple, or red foods such as elderberry, concord grapes, and purple potato. 3. Curcumin This is found in turmeric. 4. Quercetin The best source is onion, and the most is found in the outer part. You can also find quercetin in apple skin. 5. Methylene blue This was the first medical drug ever invented. It seems to be a good inhibitor of CD38, which can help boost NAD. Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 59, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. They Are Deceiving You About Acid Reflux 20.09.2026 24минI know firsthand how troublesome heartburn and acid reflux can be. Antacids such as TUMS can provide temporary relief but are not long-term solutions. In this video, I'll show you how to stop heartburn naturally with the best acid reflux remedies. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: Apple cider vinegar vs. TUMS 1:53 What is heartburn? 4:27 Beetroot juice powder ad 4:54 Symptoms of low stomach acid 10:03 Apple cider vinegar for heartburn and acid reflux 10:49 How to stop acid reflux and heartburn 14:39 Root cause of low stomach acid 16:11 Gastritis and ulcers GERD, acid reflux, and heartburn aren’t caused by too much acid. These related conditions are actually caused by a lack of acid, or stomach acid that's not very acidic. You can not fix these problems by further depleting your stomach acid! Antacids only address the symptoms and not the root cause. Symptoms of low stomach acid include: •GERD •Heartburn •SIBO •Increased susceptibility to gastric cancer •Anemia •Abdominal pressure •Reflux •Less tone in the stomach valve Problems with the autonomic nervous system can also affect the valve at the top of the stomach, leading to heartburn. In this case, vitamin B1 can be a helpful solution. Low stomach acid can also cause problems with H. pylori. Diluted apple cider vinegar helps address acid reflux symptoms for many people. Dilute 1 to 2 tablespoons in 8 to 12 ounces of water and drink with a straw. Betaine hydrochloride is one of the best home remedies for acid reflux. Research has shown that it can restore normal gastric acidity levels within 30 minutes! Take 2 to 7 before a meal. Vitamin D and magnesium are also vital for adequate stomach acid levels. The following factors are often at the root of low stomach acid, contributing to GERD, heartburn, and acid reflux: •Junk food •Frequent eating •Low salt •Low zinc, iodine, B1, and magnesium •Low protein intake •Type 2 diabetes If ACV or betaine hydrochloride makes your problem worse, you may have gastritis or an ulcer. Zinc carnosine is one of the best remedies! It helps maintain the protective barriers throughout your body, including the mucus layer of the eye and the lipid layer that protects your skin.Vitamin A deficiency can lead to dry, rough skin and changes in the eyes. You may even develop rough, bumpy skin or corns on your feet. Many people mistake beta-carotene for vitamin A, but these two compounds are not the same. Retinol is the active form of vitamin A, while beta-carotene is the precursor, and most of it does not convert into the active form. You need adequate bile and gallbladder function for vitamin A to work. Bile helps extract fat-soluble vitamins from the food you eat. If you've had your gallbladder removed, or have a bile deficiency or a fatty liver, it could be the reason you’re deficient in vitamin A.Focus on increasing foods high in vitamin A rather than taking a supplement if you’re deficient.DATA:https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6462169/https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3936686/ Dr. Eric Berg, DC, Bio:Dr. Berg, DC, age 61, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis and Intermittent Fasting. Your Waist Size Is IMPORTANT! 19.09.2026 5минDid you know that your waist circumference can predict your risk of severe health conditions more than your actual weight? Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. 0:00 Introduction: Waist circumference and health 0:24 Visceral fat 1:13 Visceral fat vs. subcutaneous fat 2:44 Belly fat 3:06 Check out my video on how to get rid of visceral fat! In this video, I’m going to tell you why your waist circumference is more important than your weight. A woman’s waist should be less than 35 inches, and a man’s should be less than 40 inches. Every inch increases the risk of premature death. Visceral fat is fat that surrounds the organs and has several negative health consequences, including the following: •Sends signals to increase inflammation in the body •Contributes to insulin resistance •Hard to detect •2x-3x greater risk for heart disease •Increases risk of cancer, especially of the breast and colon Visceral fat is not the same as subcutaneous fat. Visceral fat is hormonal fat caused by cortisol or insulin. Consuming carbohydrates and frequent eating can spike insulin, leading to visceral fat. After menopause, women often lose their waistline due to a shift in hormones. Estrogen and progesterone decrease while cortisol increases. This also contributes to a loss of muscle mass. Body mass index (BMI) is not the best indicator of your overall health because it doesn’t reflect whether a person has significant muscle mass or fat. Some belly fat looks like visceral fat but is actually related to cirrhosis of the liver. How to STARVE Cancer (The Ultimate Anti-Cancer Eating Plan) 19.09.2026 19минCancer prevention starts with the diet. Depending on what you eat, you’re either starving cancer or feeding it! Discover the best cancer prevention diet and my expert tips to prevent cancer and support the immune system. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: The best cancer prevention diet 1:26 Cancer explained 2:39 Cancer and your immune system 3:30 Starving cancer 5:45 Cancer prevention tips 6:39 The best cancer diet 11:13 Healthy eating for cancer prevention 12:36 Starving cancer with fasting 13:27 More cancer prevention tips Trillions of dollars are spent on cancer research, yet the mortality rates haven't changed in decades. Cancer is a heterogeneous disease, which means there are many different types. Understanding how cancer works is key to cancer prevention. Cancer tends to spread to areas of inflammation and to regions in the body where oxygen is scarce. Cancer is constantly evading your immune system! Vitamin D is essential for the health and proper functioning of your immune system. Cancer cells tend to block the receptors for vitamin D to combat this. It's beneficial to increase your vitamin D levels to penetrate the resistance created by cancer. Understanding which fuel a specific cancer uses is key to starving cancer. The majority of cancers utilize glucose and glutamine as their primary sources of fuel. Some cancers live on lipids and BCAAs, and some can even live on ketones! Cancer is highly adaptive, so effective cancer prevention requires multiple strategies, including diet rotation and intermittent fasting. Different types of cancer require the removal of different foods from the diet. Rotating the diet and removing the fuel that a specific type of cancer needs to survive prevents cancer from growing and taking over. Healthy Keto paired with intermittent fasting is the best diet for cancer prevention. Prolonged fasting is one of the best things you can do if you have cancer. Although some cancers can survive on ketones, ketones from fasting do not feed cancer cells. To prevent cancer and support the immune system, keep your blood levels of vitamin D at around 90-100 ng/mL. Incorporate regular exercise and prioritize both intermittent and prolonged fasting. Let’s talk about the incredible health benefits of clove. Clove is natural, and there is a lot of interesting research on using it to promote a healthy body. One of the most common ways to use clove is as a numbing agent for a toothache. The essential oil in clove called eugenol produces many benefits. But it also contains a lot of other phytonutrients. You can use clove oil or simply chew and swallow a piece of clove. You can also use clove oil topically on the scalp for fungus or pathogens. It may even help reduce the toxicity created as a byproduct of fungus. Clove may help enhance the effects of an antibiotic, allowing you to use lower amounts of it. Clove oil may also help inhibit H. pylori and improve peptic ulcers, gastritis, indigestion, gas, and bloating. A certain phytonutrient in clove is an MAO inhibitor. MAO inhibitors are used as antidepressants. Clove even has anti-inflammatory effects, and data shows it has anticancer properties. Clove is relatively safe, but consuming too much clove oil could create a toxic effect. You should avoid clove if you are allergic to it or are pregnant or lactating. Today we're going to talk about how you can change your breathing to help stop stress and anxiety. You can also use this simple trick to help with asthma and even to help you fall asleep easier. When someone is stressed, they often think they need more oxygen. But they really need the right balance of oxygen and CO2—CO2 actually helps increase oxygen absorption. The diaphragm is a fascinating and important muscle controlled by the phrenic nerves. It constantly works to deliver oxygen to the body and balance oxygen and CO2. The diaphragm works automatically, but it's possible to bypass the involuntary or automatic mechanism and control your breathing. When you change your breathing pattern, you're actively taking over the automatic system and putting it in your control. Any time you're in a fight or flight state, your breathing isn't balanced. So, we need to balance the breathing pattern. You can use this hack throughout the day for five minutes whenever you're feeling stressed or before bed to help you sleep better. To do this simple breathing trick, breathe in through your nose for four seconds and then breathe out for four seconds. It's best to do this while breathing through your diaphragm, not your chest. To take it to the next level, if you're in a major stress state, breathe in for four seconds and breathe out for seven to eight seconds. The #1 Nighttime Benefit of Apple Cider Vinegar That HARDLY ANYONE KNOWS 19.09.2026 9минApple cider vinegar is one of the simplest, most inexpensive natural remedies that can make a huge difference in your health. In this video, I’ll cover 7 health benefits of apple cider vinegar that can make a difference tonight! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: ACV benefits 0:10 Acetic acid and insulin resistance 1:26 Apple cider vinegar for digestion 3:28 ACV for weight loss 4:50 ACV for energy 5:52 Try apple cider vinegar at night! Check out 7 amazing apple cider vinegar benefits that can improve your health starting tonight! 1. Healthy blood sugar levels The main ingredient in apple cider vinegar is acetic acid, which can stabilize blood sugar when you go to bed. ACV can significantly improve insulin resistance. It slows the breakdown of sugar and starches to reduce the insulin spike after eating. 2. Better sleep One to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before bed can help you sleep better. 3. Improved digestion Apple cider vinegar can reduce bloating and improve digestion. This can improve sleep and eliminate heartburn at night. 4. Improves mineral absorption Apple cider vinegar can improve the absorption of important minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, and potassium. It can alleviate symptoms of magnesium deficiency like tetany or leg cramps by improving magnesium absorption. If your stomach is too alkaline, mineral absorption will be inhibited. 5. Weight loss ACV helps you lose weight by increasing insulin sensitivity and improving insulin resistance. 6. Improved liver detoxification ACV can improve liver detoxification and increase the release of bile. Bile improves the digestion of fat. 7. ACV for fuel The body can use acetic acid as fuel. This won’t keep you up at night because it takes a good amount of energy to sleep restfully! Try mixing 1 to 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar into a glass of water. Drink this mixture with a straw to protect your teeth. Comment below and let me know what benefits you see! How to Reverse Hair Thinning 19.09.2026 15минWhat’s really behind age-related hair loss, like male pattern baldness and thinning hair in women? In this video, we’ll address the root causes of hair loss and the best way to reverse hair loss naturally. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: How to reverse hair loss naturally 0:47 Hair growth explained 1:27 Causes of hair loss 4:44 The best way to reverse hair loss 8:28 Natural remedies for hair loss 10:14 Foods that reverse hair loss Today, I’m going to show you how to reverse hair loss naturally, without damaging side effects. Most hair loss is androgenic, typically resulting in male pattern baldness and thinning hair in women. The hair follicle requires significant oxygen and mitochondria for optimal hair growth. Testosterone decreases with age in both men and women and is replaced by DHT, a more powerful form of testosterone. Many hair regrowth treatments work by inhibiting DHT. Too much DHT can decrease hair growth, reduce oxygen, increase inflammation, and increase scar tissue in the hair follicle. Drugs for hair growth that work by lowering DHT can come with side effects like decreased libido and erectile dysfunction. Beyond age and genetics, the primary driver of DHT is insulin resistance! To reverse hair loss and stimulate hair regrowth, you must support the environment of the hair follicle. Mechanical scalp stimulation is one of the most overlooked yet effective remedies for hair loss, with microneedling being the most effective method. Other natural remedies for hair loss include: •Red light/NIR light •Rosemary oil (natural Rogaine) •Correcting insulin resistance. This FREE mini course can show you how: https://drbrg.co/4pBHk9O •Increase zinc (30-40 mg) and vitamin D (10,000 IU) •Natural 5 alpha-reductase inhibitors: saw palmetto, pumpkin seed oil, EGCG, peppermint oil, zinc The best foods that reverse hair loss and support hair regrowth include liver, onions, sauerkraut, and pumpkin seeds. Osteoporosis is not simply a calcium deficiency. Bones store calcium, phosphorus, and more than half of the body’s magnesium. Magnesium helps regulate calcium, supports vitamin D function, and plays an important role in bone health. One of the most common factors associated with osteoporosis is elevated parathyroid hormone related to low vitamin D. Low magnesium can also affect parathyroid hormone. Some people have normal calcium levels but still develop severe osteoporosis, showing that bone density and bone strength are not always the same.Magnesium deficiency is difficult to detect with a standard blood test and may go unnoticed until it becomes more severe. Chronic stress and certain medications, including prednisone and proton pump inhibitors (PPIs), may also affect bone health. If you have osteoporosis, getting enough magnesium is important. Focus on magnesium-rich foods, magnesium glycinate, vitamin D, and vitamin K2 to help support healthy bones and maintain bone density.DATA:https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3775240/https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0955286304001573 https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3910342/https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12626859/ Dr. Eric Berg, D.C. Viruses and nutritional deficiencies are the leading causes of hearing loss. When you experience an acute infection, there is an initial dramatic decrease in zinc and iron. Both are related to hearing loss. Viruses can also cause selenium deficiency. Selenium is important in converting T4 to T3 and supports the T-helper cell, which coordinates the entire immune system. Diabetes can damage the sensory nerves in the ear and cause hearing impairment. This is known as diabetic autonomic neuropathy. Hearing loss associated with diabetes results from severe vitamin B1 deficiency. Vitamin B1 is the key nutrient supporting the autonomic nervous system; if you’re diabetic, you’re likely deficient. Take benfotiamine, a form of B1 that can penetrate the myelin sheath, for hearing loss associated with diabetes. Vitamin D plays a critical role in protecting against autoimmune conditions. Many autoimmune conditions, such as autoimmune inner ear disease, lupus, and rheumatoid arthritis, can cause hearing impairment. If the small bones inside your ear are damaged, you could develop hearing loss. Adequate potassium levels are vital for hearing.
