Over time, I realised there was another world of equal beauty waiting to be remembered, the inner world.This first episode is the starting point, and it is about me, because this is where everything begins. I speak of what it means to return home, of the metaphor of the chalice, that vessel of light that we are, covered by the layers that life has deposited, and of the work of cleansing it, not destroying it. Of the difference between being wounded and being broken. And of a certainty I feel in every cell: no human being is truly broken.Healing is not about fixing something that is broken. I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.Bem-vindos a «Voltar a Casa», uma conversa sobre a viagem de regresso a nós próprios.Durante anos, fotografei o silêncio dos espaços e aprendi a esperar pela luz. Hoje, o meu olhar dirige-se a outro mundo, de igual beleza: o mundo interior.Neste primeiro episódio, apresento o podcast e a imagem que o sustenta, o cálice. Cada um de nós é um cálice belo e transparente, que recebe uma centelha de luz. Ao longo da vida, as feridas, as crenças herdadas e as armaduras que erguemos para nos proteger depositam-se nas suas paredes. A luz continua sempre lá, inteira e intacta, à espera de atravessar o cálice.Falo do Graal e da Alquimia como processo interior: pegar no que há de mais denso em nós e transformá-lo. Partilho a história do meu avô e da minha maior força, a capacidade de perdoar. E convido-te a olhar para o teu propósito como um regresso simples e profundo: voltar ao coração.Nenhum ser humano está verdadeiramente quebrado.
