The Economic Globe is an economics podcast that traces what actually happens to the money we earn. In its first episode, the hosts follow money from its creation through to the moment it is spent, covering money creation, the velocity of money, the MV = PY equation and inflation. They also explore why earning more does not always translate into feeling richer, touching on lifestyle inflation and how our sense of "enough" keeps shifting. The show aims to go beyond the textbook treatment of economics. It is hosted by Isa and Aarush.
