I did this before about a year ago, then deleted it, and found a little more room to share. Now, during a time of great personal struggle and tumult, I have decided it would be better to end the podcast now, rather than make the diary of a man losing his excitement for life, and the excitement for the things he previously promoted with great joy in his heart. I am consistent only at inconsistency, but the closer I come every day to being consistently honest with myself, my feelings, and my perception, than I can at least feel some solace in knowing I have been authentic throughout. I wish I could leave you all on happier and brighter notes, but this is just an honest snapshot of where I am at. EP43: What we know is a drop, what we don't, an Ocean 28.02.2026 42min

**My comments about not respecting religions should be clarified. As an ex-Christian for 37 years, and after coming face to face with multiple SA criminals within the walls of the small churches I attended, many of their offenses against children, I developed a very low opinion of religious systems in general. The more I explored as I stepped out of faith in 2018, the more I realized just how truly depraved and amoral many of these belief systems actually are, in terms of the number of flagrant, grievous acts that are perpetrated without justice. I have personally been convinced that religion overall (not in every case) is one of humanity's biggest hurdles towards progress, and mostly is used as a shield for power, influence and corruption. This is obviously not true in all cases, I am talking more about the power structures within these religions that house so much of the corruption and perpetration. HOWEVER, I do believe in autonomy and personal rights, and I don't believe people should be forced to not follow their chosen religion. I am not advocating for fascist movements of taking away a persons choice to believe and follow whatever they want. However, we have to be more frank and honest with each other when those beliefs directly infringe upon the well being of others. This is obviously a long, nuanced conversation, but I just want you to know, that if you are a person with religious beliefs, I respect you, and respect your journey. I may deeply disagree with your beliefs about certain things, but expecting all of us to agree on the same exact things is kind of what got us into this mess, in my opinion, so I stand here with my hand outstretched to meet you in the middle somewhere. My hope is that LOVE is our guiding force now and from this point forward. We've tried the old ways, and they are failing spectacularly in front of our very eyes. **In a continued theme, I am exploring ideas around shedding the old, and leaning into the new, while simultaneously understanding how little we presently understand about the reality that surrounds us. I also reflect on 14 years since my brother, my only sibling, passed away after a long battle with paralysis related issues from a terrible car accident in 2005. He sadly predicted many of the horrors and terrors that are unfolding around the world, and especially at home, and I almost feel like he definitely chose to exit before all of that for a reason! Of course I can't be sure his soul chose that, or that any of us chose any of this. I have faith, but faith has led me down darkened alleys of despair in the past, so I am extremely hesitant to lean into any 'faith' ideas. However, there has actually been evidence to support aspects of this faith, whereas my religious beliefs truly provided none. In keeping with the idea of not knowing, I wanted to celebrate us all for doing what we are able to do, with such DEEPLY limited knowledge and understanding. We truly only hold a tiny drop of knowing or understanding in our eager little hands, while we toss and swirl about in a seemingly endless ocean of options, knowledge, insight, experiences etc. The prospect of that option can be exciting, or utterly crushing and defeating. Wanted to focus this episode on an idea that has resonated with me for a few years. This is the idea that we are like a caterpillar making the transition to butterfly, in a chrysalis phase. I didn't come up with the concept, obviously, or maybe I did? Maybe you and I did?! Besides the point.... Everything that was once structure, and known, is now goo, and dissolving under it's own weight, seemingly lost to entropy and oblivion. The beautiful secret is that the melting down process is the most important, and is the only way to get to the next phase. Enter the butterfly- a beautiful, expansive, new creature. The goo phase doesn't have clarity, clear purpose, and doesn't allow for the old ways to be repeated or copied. There is no time or space for staying in the past. We are here to either embrace the transition and eventual transformation, or we are here to fight against it tooth and nail, and learn the hard lesson of fighting the only constant: change. I'm back. I felt good about leaving things be when I signed off a few months ago, but felt compelled to share some new thoughts, ideas, and also a bit of a plea for help. My body and I have always been in a wrestling match, but lately, the pains and issues have begun to get the better of me. I am doing my best to stay positive, and to manifest the healing I need. I have only been playing with it for a few days, but am already finding it super useful. As we move into a time of escalation on SO MANY FRONTS, it is very hard to feel balanced and grounded. This episode is both a confession of my own struggle owning my place in this current moment, and also my hope still for a future that is far better than any of us could have imagined. Faith seems to be a theme that is inescapable for me, despite my logical brain constantly rejecting such an outlandish notion. I need PROOF DAMNIT! It seems my astrology confirms my need to have tangible proofs, to feel satisfied about my participation in what it is I am involved with. HOWEVER, Earth school is meant to turn that on it's head, or at least, for a time. Sounds like there have been many cycles of enlightenment, and darkness on this plane, but ALLEGEDLY, these cycles are coming to an end, and Karma will be replaced by Dharma, and we will move from 3D bodies, to 4D. EP35: Dealing with the last several months, a house husband/father's perspective 13.05.2025 45min

I am sort of back! I have been really feeling things deeply and strongly in the last several months, as many of you have as well. It has been a time of listening, and absorbing. I still feel that as a human, I know so damn little, and laugh at my tiny grasp of not only human history, but the history of this planet. Tiny grasp might be too much credit. But a big wide smile comes over my face when I realize that as a complete, divine, whole and knowing being, I chose this limitation, for reasons I am not supposed to be fully connected to, or I wouldn't properly learn the lesson with the 'realness' of believing in my limitations. So this episode is just a collection of my recent thoughts and feelings about my life, and events in the world around me. I have recorded about 6 episodes that never saw an edit, because I was just dealing with a lot of heavy relationship situations, mostly pertaining to the current 'political' climate. I am not here to put out angst and negativity, but I do believe that my highest value is raw honesty. I don't personally know how to discern the line between raw honesty, and obnoxious whining, so I usually err to the side of sparing the audience of episodes that feel like an airing of grievances. EP34: 5 Basic Steps to Manifest Your Preferred Reality: Following Bashar's Formula + thoughts 15.01.2025 38min

In this episode I discuss "The Formula" as channeled by Bashar, through Darryl Anka. I read the 5 basic steps of the formula, and how even in the short time I have been working with it, I am finding it to be quite life changing. If you are unfamiliar with Bashar, I highly recommend a deep dive. What can be off-putting for some at first, is the more abrasive, masculine energy that Bashar comes through with. However, when you listen to several different sessions, you come to understand his quite diverse sense of humor, and also his constant references to his unconditional love for humanity, and that it is his passion and pleasure to assist us. I have found few other channelings as compelling as Bashar's, and what he has been discussing lately, in terms of what is around the corner for humanity and the earth, (should we choose that path) is a sublime world, filled with open contact and cooperation with other positively oriented non human sentience. We are on the cusp of an amazing new world, but part of embracing it, is letting go of our half baked, limiting beliefs that were usually formed out of desperate fear and survival instinct. Bashar challenges us to investigate our belief systems, and bring a positive state to the situation, even if it is negatively charged, so that our positive state will result in a positive take away, regardless of the situation. This is true autonomy, alchemy, spirit and who we really are, beginning to peak out. EP31: The endless awe of who we really are. Hopeful musings on the state of the world, humanity, relationships and more. 20.11.2024 45min

As the 'outside' world begins to destabilize, and there are many scary possibilities as to what the future holds, I take a minute to ponder how we can respond to this, and live a love filled life regardless. It's easy to give into despair and become rather hopeless about the state of many things happening on the Earth right now, but we also always have a choice in what we focus on, and how we respond to everything. Me 5 years ago would have been in full meltdown mode right now, and so I can relate to those who are really going through it. We are only ready to embrace the fullness of who we are, when we are ready. Very rarely can anyone shove you into it, and have it stick. We have to want to choose differently from a heart level, but it can only really organically occur when we experience many things we do not prefer or enjoy. Rather than those things being something we are victimized by, they can be the starting block for a whole new reality, perspective and interpretation of life and the path in front of you. You ALWAYS have choice, in everything, not in the physical things that happen to you, but how you respond, and what you make of it. I hope you are all hanging in there, and learning to trust and love yourself more and more. If you are struggling with that, it's ok! Take your sweet time, and tenderly approach yourself. There is no need to rush, as we truly have all the 'time' we could ever want, to learn the things we want to learn.
