193 | Become the CEO of Your Health with Margaret Wallis-Duffy 01.10.2026 43minWhat happens when you stop ignoring the whispers from your body and start listening? In this powerful conversation, Meghan sits down with Margaret Wallis-Duffy, founder of Wallace for Wellness, and the visionary behind Preventative Health Awareness Month.Margaret shares her deeply personal journey with endometriosis, being dismissed and gaslit for years, and ultimately learning to trust her own body and advocate for herself. That experience became the foundation for a much bigger mission: helping people become the CEO of their own health.Together, Meghan and Margaret talk about why prevention matters, the “opportunity gap” between being healthy and reaching a diagnosis, the importance of curiosity, self-advocacy, nervous system regulation, community, and why we need to stop waiting until our bodies completely break down before we pay attention.Margaret also shares her vision for the future of preventative healthcare, the Preventative Health Awareness Movement, her upcoming health hub, and why collaboration over competition is at the heart of everything she does.Connect with Margaret:Instagram: @margaretwallisduffy Ceoofyourhealth.clinicsense.comWallisforwellness.comGrab the free Capacity Code Magazine HERE.If you’re a high performer who feels like you’re carrying more than your body can sustainably hold, this is your starting point. 192 | How to Know When It’s Time to Let Something Go 24.09.2026 23minWhat if your capacity isn't measured by how much you can continue to tolerate? In this episode of Dropped In, Meghan shares a very real-life lesson in nervous system capacity after the backend platform supporting her business began falling apart. What initially looked like a technology problem became a much bigger realization about stress, decision-making, energy, and the hidden cost of constantly compensating for something that isn't working. She explores why capacity isn't about becoming someone who never gets stressed or overwhelmed. It's about maintaining access to yourself when stress happens, having enough flexibility to recognize what's happening, make decisions, ask for support, change direction, and recover.Sometimes capacity means holding more. And sometimes it means finally saying, "Nope. This isn't working anymore."Inside this episode:The difference between regulation and capacityWhy chronic problems can become invisible energy leaksHow your environment can contribute to hesitation and stucknessWhy not every block is a limiting beliefWhat stress can reveal about your capacityWhy capacity isn't the same as enduranceBuilding capacity before you know exactly what you'll need it forHow success, growth, money, visibility, and leadership create new demandsRecognizing when you're compensating for something that isn't workingWhy greater capacity also requires greater discernmentThe question to ask: What could become available if I stopped using my capacity to compensate for this? You don't need to build a bigger life by becoming better at overriding yourself. The goal is to have greater capacity to actually experience the life you're building.Grab the free Capacity Code Magazine HERE.If you’re a high performer who feels like you’re carrying more than your body can sustainably hold, this is your starting point. 191 | From Confusion to Clarity with Alex Street 17.09.2026 42minWhat if the story you keep trying to figure out is actually the thing that makes you uniquely powerful?Alex Street returns to Dropped In for a conversation about storytelling, confidence, finding clarity, and what happens when someone finally sees something in you that you couldn't yet see in yourself.Alex shares the story of discovering his own zone of genius during a mastermind in 2020, when one simple comment shifted the way he saw himself and his work. From there, we dive into the power of a simple story arc, moving from who I was, through what happened, to who I am now.We also explore why storytelling matters more than ever in the age of AI, why humans will always connect to lived experience and emotion, and how your "one clear story" can become the thread that runs through your business, your message, your speaking, and your impact.Inside this episode:The moment Alex realized he was forcing the wrong businessWhat it feels like to finally be seen in your zone of geniusWhy storytelling is about transformation, not simply recounting what happenedThe simple story arc: from there to hereHow to find your own "one clear story"Why public speaking can bring up fears of rejection, inadequacy, and not belongingCreating a safe space to practice before stepping onto a bigger stageWhy storytelling still matters in the age of AIThe difference between information and lived experienceThe power of entering rooms asking, "What can I give here?"Why being invited back can be its own powerful moment of being seenA message of hope for anyone who feels confused, stuck, or ready to quitAlex's reminder is simple: you have done hard things before. Your story already contains evidence of what you've overcome. And maybe you're not as far from clarity as you think.Sometimes you just need to look back and notice how far you've already come.Alex Street believes your story is your superpower. From performing on stage as an actor to spending 15 years as a pastor, he’s seen firsthand how the spoken word can move people to action. 190| The Window of Tolerance: What It Actually Tells Us About Stress & Capacity 10.09.2026 23min“Nervous system regulation” has become one of the biggest conversations online. And somewhere along the way, regulation started getting confused with being calm. That’s not how your nervous system works. In this episode of Dropped In, Meghan Weir explores the Window of Tolerance, a framework Dr. Dan Siegel developed to understand how much emotional and physiological activation we can experience while maintaining access to connection, awareness, and choice.Your nervous system is designed to respond to what’s happening around you.Activation is part of being human.Stress is part of being human. The question isn’t whether your nervous system becomes activated. It’s what happens to your capacity as that activation increases.Meg breaks down what can happen above the Window of Tolerance, often described as hyperarousal, where the system may move toward increased sympathetic activation. This can show up as anxiety, urgency, agitation, hypervigilance, racing thoughts, or increased drive. She also explores what can happen below the window, often described as hypoarousal, where energy and engagement decrease. This may show up as shutdown, numbness, disconnection, fatigue, or difficulty initiating action.Neither state tells the whole story about a person. And neither should automatically be labelled as “dysregulation.”The Window of Tolerance is also dynamic.Sleep, cumulative stress, relationships, environment, perceived safety, past experiences, and available resources can all influence how much activation we can handle in a given moment. This is where the conversation shifts from trying to constantly “regulate your nervous system” to understanding nervous system capacity. The work isn’t about manufacturing calm. It’s about increasing your ability to notice activation, stay connected to your body, and have greater access to choice as intensity changes.Especially at the edges.Meg also challenges some of the language currently circulating in the coaching and wellness industries, including the assumption that an intense somatic or emotional experience automatically means meaningful nervous system change has occurred. You’ll finish the episode with a simple body-based practice for noticing sensation and activation without immediately trying to make it disappear. And Meg introduces The Capacity Advantage™, her forthcoming digital program exploring nervous system capacity and what it means to expand what you can sustainably hold in life, leadership, and business. 189 | Can You Hold the Success You’re Creating? 03.09.2026 14minWhat if the hardest part of success isn't creating it, but holding it?In this solo episode of Dropped In, Meghan explores the often-overlooked relationship between success, stress, and nervous system capacity. Because while we spend so much time talking about how to reach the next level, we rarely talk about what happens inside our bodies once we actually get there.More money. More visibility. Bigger opportunities. Greater leadership. These are the things we say we want, but they also create more demand. And when our nervous system isn't familiar with that level of demand, even something wonderful can create activation.Meghan explores why high performers sometimes struggle to receive their own success, recreate problems when things are going well, or immediately chase the next goal instead of allowing themselves to actually experience the win.Join The Capacity Advantage Waitlist HEREGrab the free Capacity Code Magazine HERE.If you’re a high performer who feels like you’re carrying more than your body can sustainably hold, this is your starting point. 188 | The Capacity Gap: Why Knowing More Isn't the Answer 27.08.2026 16minYou already know what needs to happen next in your business. The conversation you've been avoiding. The decision you've been postponing. The visibility you've been craving but resisting. The strategy you've spent countless hours learning but still haven't fully implemented. So what's really getting in the way?In this solo episode of Dropped In, we explore the hidden space between what you intellectually know you're capable of and what your nervous system currently has the capacity to hold. This is what I call the Capacity Gap.Rather than treating every challenge as an information problem, this episode invites you to consider a different possibility: what if you don't need another strategy, course, or certification? What if the real work is expanding your capacity to hold the growth, visibility, responsibility, and success you've been asking for?Whether you're building a business, leading a team, or stepping into a bigger version of yourself, this conversation will help you understand why execution often breaks down and what it actually takes to create sustainable expansion.Join The Capacity Advantage Waitlist HEREGrab the free Capacity Code Magazine HERE.If you’re a high performer who feels like you’re carrying more than your body can sustainably hold, this is your starting point. 187 | Close the Tabs: Reclaiming Your Capacity 20.08.2026 15minWhat if the thing draining your energy isn't your workload, but all the decisions you haven't finished making? In this solo episode of Dropped In, Meghan dives into decision fatigue and the hidden impact of unresolved decisions, unfinished conversations, and commitments that are sitting in the background of your mind.Using the metaphor of having dozens of open browser tabs, Meghan explores how these "open loops" quietly consume your attention and reduce your available capacity. She also explains why the answer isn't always to do less. Sometimes, we need to close the tabs, and sometimes we need to build the capacity to hold more.In this episode, Meghan explores:How unresolved decisions quietly consume your capacityWhy decision fatigue can make simple tasks feel overwhelmingThe connection between open loops, attention, and your nervous systemWhy capacity isn't about making your life smallerHow to recognize what needs closure versus what requires greater capacityWhy reclaiming existing energy can be more powerful than trying to create moreHow decision fatigue can become a leadership bottleneck as your business growsA simple journaling exercise to identify your "open tabs"Your next level will ask more of you. The goal isn't to eliminate every demand. It's to develop the capacity to meet those demands without losing access to yourself. And maybe it's time to close a few damn tabs.Join The Capacity Advantage Waitlist HEREGrab the free Capacity Code Magazine HERE.If you’re a high performer who feels like you’re carrying more than your body can sustainably hold, this is your starting point. 186 | The Power of Prevention with Tatianna Graham 13.08.2026 31minWhat if your body has been whispering to you long before it ever starts screaming? In this episode of Dropped In, Meghan sits down with Tatianna Graham, a physiotherapist, yoga teacher, and online mind-body coach who is passionate about preventative health and helping people reconnect with their bodies before pain, injury, or burnout forces them to stop.Tatianna shares how her 15+ years as a physiotherapist, combined with her personal journey through yoga, motherhood, running, and injury, shaped her approach to health. What began as yoga to stay active during pregnancy eventually became an anchor for stillness, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. Her philosophy is simple but powerful: don't wait until your body breaks down before you start listening to it.Tatianna also opens up about a significant hip injury that forced her to recognize the difference between knowing how to listen to your body and actually embodying that practice. Through breath, awareness, movement, and attention, she began rebuilding her relationship with her body and ultimately returned to the activities she loves.Tatianna Graham is a physiotherapist, yoga teacher, MindBody coach, and host of The Move With Ease Podcast. She helps women reconnect with their bodies through a unique blend of physiotherapy, mindful movement, breathwork, and deep core retraining. Inspired by her own journey through injury, motherhood, marathon running, and midlife, Tatianna's work is rooted in one simple belief: our bodies are always communicating with us, and when we learn to listen, we unlock greater strength, resilience, and ease.3 Foundational Shifts https://pages.tatiannagraham.com/3foundationalshifts-951772One Core Secret (everyone needs to know) https://pages.tatiannagraham.com/onecoresecretThe Move With Ease Podcast www.tatiannagraham.comInstagram @tatiannagrahamincEmail [email protected]Join The Capacity Advantage Waitlist HEREGrab the free Capacity Code Magazine HERE.If you’re a high performer who feels like you’re carrying more than your body can sustainably hold, this is your starting point. 185 | Stay at the Table 06.08.2026 15minIn today’s episode, Meghan shares a simple experience at a wedding that became a powerful lesson in nervous system regulation, leadership, and the unexpected opportunities that unfold when we stop resisting what is and start getting curious. After discovering she and her husband had been seated away from the people they knew, Meghan noticed her mind immediately trying to rewrite the situation. But instead of resisting, she chose curiosity—and that single shift led to an unexpected conversation with the leadership team of a large organization, opening the door to a potential corporate partnership. This episode is a reminder that our greatest opportunities often don't arrive wrapped in perfect plans. They arrive disguised as inconveniences, unexpected conversations, and moments we never would have chosen ourselves.Join The Capacity Advantage Waitlist HEREGrab the free Capacity Code Magazine HERE.If you’re a high performer who feels like you’re carrying more than your body can sustainably hold, this is your starting point. The two dive deep into the inner and outer renovations that happen when you stop living by other people's expectations and start building a life that's truly your own.In this episode, you'll hear about:Harmonizing vs. balancing — why Kristie prefers to think of a flowing, back-and-forth rhythm rather than the image of a waitress balancing platesThe Heartwired CEO Mastermind: what it's like to be surrounded by heart-led entrepreneurs at every stage, and why community matters more than we thinkThe Heart-Wired CEO Live Event: Kristie shares her experience as both a participant and the event photographer, including the wild morning her bank account was hacked while travelingBuilt From Within: Kristie’s guided audio experience that helps you time-travel to your highest self, dream again, and bring that vision into your present life; inspired by a woman in midlife learning to honor herself for the first timeRapid Resolution Therapy (RRT): how Kristiei is training in RRT, how it helped her release lifelong abandonment wounds in a way traditional CBT/DBT couldn't, and why she's now integrating it into her nursing practice with cancer patientsSelf-trust as a practice: the marble jar analogy, and how every time you listen to your body you compound your capacity for exponential growthKristie Crate lives where the trees outnumber the houses and the wind through the pines is a steady reminder to slow down. She walks the space between who she has been and who she is becoming, alchemizing lived experience into wisdom. Her days are layered, not divided. Mother. Wife. Nurse. Co-owner of a construction company. Photographer. Coach. Each role an instrument she picks up with intention. At the core of it all is one belief: self-trust changes everything. When a woman remembers who she is beneath the conditioning and noise, she becomes grounded and powerful. Kristie believes healing and building are the same sacred practice, and the result is legacy. To experience Kristie is to feel both roots and expansion, evolving on purpose, not away from her life, but deeper into it.Connect with Kristie:IG: https://www.instagram.com/kristiecratehttps://www.oaklandnorthremodelling.com/courses/built-from-withinGrab the free Capacity Code Magazine HERE.If you’re a high performer who feels like you’re carrying more than your body can sustainably hold, this is your starting point. 176 | Diving Deep into Fascial Work with Sue Ruhe 04.06.2026 40minIn today’s episode of Dropped In, Meghan welcomes back returning guest Sue Ruhe — podcast editor, boutique book publisher, and former myofascial release therapist with 15 years of clinical experience. If you've been dealing with mysterious symptoms, chronic pain, or a feeling that something's "off" that doctors can't explain, this episode is for you.Sue breaks down what fascia actually is — a giant, continuous web of connective tissue that connects every one of your 37 trillion cells, from your brain to your toes. She explains how myofascial release works, and how this hands-on therapy can create real, visible shifts in the body in real time. The conversation goes deep on the surprising connections between old scars, jaw surgery, C-section scars, and pain that shows up seemingly unrelated places in the body. Meghan shares her own health journey and how a TikTok rabbit hole led her to fascia and, ultimately, back to Sue.Sue shares about why she stepped back from clinical practice, touching on the physical toll of absorbing clients' energy through hands-on work, as well as her frustrations with industry regulations in Canada that limit how practitioners can share this work publicly. Finally, Sue and Megan talk about the Every Body Holds a Story collaborative book series — how it started as a phrase that came through during a fascial session, and why Volume 2 (with chapters from both Megan and Sue) is coming soon.Connect with Sue: www.sueruhe.comhttps://www.instagram.com/suru.productions/Grab the free Capacity Code Magazine HERE.If you’re a high performer who feels like you’re carrying more than your body can sustainably hold, this is your starting point.
