Wairua & Waffles is a Māori-led podcast about trying to care for your wairua in a world obsessed with wellness. Hosts Kristina Cavit, Brady Polkinghorne, and Te Aorangi Morini discuss what it really means to be well without buying into wellness trends. They bring mātauranga Māori and Western wellbeing into one conversation, questioning what they've been taught and what works in daily life. The show also shares personal wellbeing fails, questionable fads, and lessons from working with rangatahi and whānau across Aotearoa. New episodes are released every Monday.
